Love this thing! I only ever had arrma 8s 6s and 4s outcast big rock so I did not know what to expect.. but thing is awesome! Dirt grass whatever does great.. good review just subscribed.. Springfield mass here !shout out western mass!
I just bought the esc and motor (2200kv) bundle on horizon hobby. Said 115 bucks might as well try it snd bought some tires and wheels. Good clearance deals right now.
Everyone thinks that you cant bash race platforms, I've been bashing my tlr buggy kit for years, never breaks, with a nicely set up race kit its hard to not land on the wheel, they're soooo balanced. Besides, kraton, outcast etc are based off of race platforms to begin with. Nice video, and some clean laps for a guy who says he's not a racer.
@@K2H117 thanks for the comment and for watching. I think you're right! My buddy, who is featured in many of my videos, bashes race trucks that are built up. They are so light weight that it really seems to help them get huge air!!
Nice one man, looks really good! I think the battery tray size was designed with the "Go big or Go home" principle in mind. Not giving you any ideas, i promise....
Nice, let me know how you like it! RCM Is the spot, but I haven't gone there for parts yet for it. However horizon hobby carries parts for it, so you should be good either way!
@@rohitppatil Thanks for watching! I mentioned it in the end of the video, but I'm much prefer this for track driving. That being said, I do still love the TLR since it's one of the most versatile RCs I have. But for track driving, this thing is so much faster.
Had the Losi 8ight .2 Truggy n it made a great basher!! I couldn’t kill the thing!! Finally the center diff blew but still bashing her!!🤙🏼👍🏼💪🏼
@@secondhandrc7024 Nice! I was afraid someone would say that. Lol
Great job on the video!
Thank you!! I learn from you!
I appreciate the video. I'm a long time basher but I like the play around at the track and want to get in to racing. This was very informative.
@@joshnoi1804 Awesome. You're exactly the audience I was hoping to help! Thanks for the feedback.

Love it! Thanks for the comments and support of the channel! Maybe I'll see you out there on the track! 👊
The Losi is awesome I love my truggy and buggy both very fast on the track
Great video. Truck looks fast.
R/C Madness is the best

@@andyrips834 nice! It's usually like 350 bucks I believe. Nice purchase!

That Tekno is on another level ...you are also pretty dam good with the Losi for a beginner 😅
@@MuscleAKAOzzy Thanks! After what I'm used to this truggy he made it seem easy. Yeah that tekno is a beast!
Represent RC Madness 🤘😁
Hell yeah! The best spot!

put a pro basher 6800mah 120c 4s on it and run like a nasty beast! trust me on this
Nice video 🎥👏🏼
@@Mikeys_RC_fun thank you!
good video, what do you think it's the top speed of the losi?
Thanks for watching! Hmm since it's only 4s I don't think it has a high top speed. But maybe I should test it!
Rc madness is my local hobby shop too. How is the parts availability for the losi. Im looking into getting the buggy version

@@ICRC83 thanks! Torn between the losi and the kyosho mp10e
Looks like another good one. I don't have that one so can't help. But definitely subscribe to the channel until your friends! Lots of local footage
Are those electronics waterproof? Would be nice to run in all weather conditions
@@jessiemorales5852 good question, yes they are! As long as you keep water out of the receiver box, but that is sealed.
My radio that came with it sucks. Looses reception easily so I switched out to my dx5. Much better!
@@Eric78360 oh really? I switched it to a DX6C which also works well
How do you like it when compared to your TLR Typhon? Is it worth getting the 8ight-XTE over TLR Typhon in your opinion for tracking?

Liked and subbed I have had a losing eight nitro for fifteen years I have been thinking of converting to electric or maybe just buying a new one
@@shawnrichardson118 awesome, thanks for the support! Subscribed to you as well! This sounds like a good truck for you
@@ICRC83 thanks for the love back and yes, I think I need to get one
I prefer this style of driving. But the other cars look way cool with the monster wheels and everything.
@@azchris1979 it was surprisingly addicting to drive on the track. I'll definitely be doing more of this.
Do not get the losi 8ight/e 2.0 ots hot garbage. The xte is better but not much losis suck. Get a tekno or a mugen much better
Losis suck?! What? lol. O mean mean are sick!
@@Facts-R-RealI'm with you on this one!
I got the 8ight X/E 2.0 and I made a few adjustments and I think it’s awesome, hooked up and dependable, just the way I like it 😉
