That truck will have huge potential on that track. The ExoPlex track is a different beast than a clay track, and thats what makes it so cool. Gotta tune for those conditions
change the wheel and trigger springs on your iXSR to the heavier springs that come in the box. Did that for a customer of mine at the shop I work at and it made a big difference.
I changed the stock servo to a Protek RC racing servo. It handles so much better. The stock servo is weak and slow. I'm sure there are cheaper options that are good too. The Servo cost me 169.00. Worth every penny for me. The stock servo did not have enough power on high-bite clay and carpet tracks.
Cool, I just got my nitro losi 8ight truggy in. After I get the engine broke in, maybe I can stop by sometime and we can run them both. I live in just down the street in Lake Asbury.
That truck and radio handles amazing and judging on your feedback on your videos on the iXSR it may as well be my next radio since my RC8X isn't quite cutting it anymore and it also has been pretty unreliable at least in my experience. So the iXSR might be my next RC purchase once it comes out and i have adequate funds to buy along with a few receivers.
@@meirdeaph I can agree with you, That new iXSR radio completely hit me over the head out of nowhere but i can't wait to get mine if the reviews will be good enough Spektrum's other products seem to get good reviews so i'm hoping the iXSR will be similar.
The metal spindle/ wheel hubs are garbadge , forst thing ill be upgrading Same ones on my losi lasernut . Shame on losi I'd rather the really hard rubber ones .

For the price of that radio, it should be giving ur hand a massage.

Awesome Truggy and Transmitter !!!
iv got the kit version and im thinking of ordering another kit of this its an awesome truggy it races hard and bashes hard as well
Those tires are decent on grass. I love mine.
That toe out in the front probably contributed to the sensitive steering
Nice color, I can't believe Larry didn't hit the wall with it😂
LoL

It is pricey but definitely awesome 💯👍

Thats what you were talking about in the live tonight!🏁💯👍
The Xte is an awesome truggy! RcDude81 has a few great videos launching this thing... good buy Joe 👊
He has the kit version, this rtr just came out, it doesn't have half the goodies his does lol
@spddmn75ify Yep! So this particular rtr doesn't have the same potential? Doesn't matter anyway. Joe is gonna race it buddy
@letsgetitrc yea it has the same potential if you want to dump a bunch more money into it lol, this is a $500 set up at best
Can’t go wrong with Losi when it comes to racing that is, lol
Red clay would go good with the red fence
Hey 👋 from North Carolina.
@Wanted1069 hey buddy GOLDBORO N.C. you drag race?
@NCMATT No.. I'm more into crawlers, basher and boats!
But I do have a Jato I can drag!
Welcome to the racer life🎉
👍
👋
No motor fans is kinda crazy but hey, throw one on and it should run even cooler. Might be able to gear up a bit while maintaining stock fanless temps
👍👍😁
Losi truggies top of the line
👍😁😎✌️
Try those tires on a crawler
I think it needs Black Mambas on it for a sand track 😈
I'm sure I'd like the radio too if I didn't have to pay $700 for it
You said you glued the holes in the wheels closed. Are the tires vented as well (any holes in them). Thanks

You said that comes in at just under 10lbs. Do you happen to have an exact weight? And is that with or without the battery.
looks like it has way to much toe out on the front and thats why it cant seem to go in a straight line also why its to responsive
If somebody gave you clay for your track , would you put it out there?
He explained in another video why it would be difficult to maintain with all the different types of vehicles that get to run an race there😊
@@meirdeaph didn't see that 1
I love Losi, but this appears to be a money grab from them. Those parts look very generic, but the electronics are amazing.
Too much stamped aluminum for me for the price , it’s a pass for me
I give it a month before it has a bunch of dumb aluminum on it that makes it drive worse and less durable
racecars stay lightweight
it's not a basher
🤡
New ESC? rebadged HW XR8 Pro with the 4274 2250KV Motor nothing new.
