How do you open the cluster? Like to install a cluster cover (the background around the gauges)

I took the speedometer out and when i went to put it back some lights did not work and my rpm and mph did not work as well as the gas and c-h also my automatic shifter got stuck on park??? Anyone know what might happend???

Does the glass come off the front of the gauge cluster? My RPM dial somehow got on the wrong side of the pin? I have no idea how.
