Replace Climate Control (Heater/AC) Backlight Bulbs | Acura Integra

- How to replace climate control bulbs on a 94-01 Acura Integra. In this video I will be replacing them with LEDS.
Bulbs:
NEO4 (4mm) LED Instrument Panel Bulb (x4) Climate Control Backlights
NEO3 (3mm) LED Instrument Panel Bulb For Hazard Switch backlight. This bulb also fits the defroster on indicator (the amber light that comes on when defroster is on) but NOT the defroster backlight bulb. The defroster backlight bulb uses a different bulb only availible from Honda (Part # 35511-SM4-000).
I got my LED bulbs from www.superbrightleds.com
Tools:
Plastic Trim Removal Tool
Phillips Screwdriver (Magnetic is helpful)
Flat Head Screw Driver (With detachable bit)
Needle Nose Pliers
Small screw extractor (mine is out of a set of tools intended for working on computers. Not 100% necessary if you have a good magnetic screwdriver but it will make it easier).

Is there a way to make my AC/Heater slider easy to slide left and right because it’s quite rough on mine.
Try some white lithium grease

@@karwinchau4684 you're in luck, I actually just posted a video that covers that. Check out the most recent video on my channel, it shows you how to take out your gauge cluster. Mine's a manual so I don't have the D4 light, but yours will have a vertical row of small bulbs on the back of the cluster that are for the gear indicators

Hi I recently bought the same lights as you and I’m having trouble getting the hazard and defrost lights to be tight when I put them in, causing them to not work, any suggestions?
Once they are inserted turn them with a small flathead screwdriver a small amount and they should feel tight. If not then they aren't lined up properly. There are notches on the bulb twist base that have to line up with the cutout where you insert them
