I Look Freaking AMAZING!! | Lets Play Dark Souls [Part 7]

Never played Dark Souls, never played a Souls-Like, but I've heard from many of you that they are amazing! So I guess it's time for me to put my big-boy pants on and give one of these a try. Things I've been told to expect:

lol... I'm SUPER excited though to delve into the genre that has defined what a 'challenging video game' looks like. I really hope you have an awesome time, and if you do, it would be amazing if you'd consider subscribing.

So the numbers at the top left is how many humanity you have same as the black souls you can absorb, the higher that number is the higher it increases your over all stats, you can spend 1 humanity at a bonfire to "Reverse Hollowing" and become human, in this form you're able to see and use the summon signs found on the ground and summon both real players and NPCS when available to help you with the area/bosses if you choose to do so (Such as Solaire would appear before the Gargoyles). And honestly don't feel pressured to do an offline only run, almost no player can say they did this game by themselves the first time through, at the very least we used the NPC summons when absolutely needed

Take note that when your shield is up, your stamina regenerates significantly slower. Only hold your shield up in combat when your stamina bar is full, otherwise it’s better to run away, as hits with your shield up drain your stamina, and if your stamina gets knocked down to 0 with your shield up it’ll stun you for a pretty dangerous amount of time, leaving you wide open.

Tip: If you recall the tutorial messages, you can tho-hand a weapon and , the game doesn't tell you this but if you have half of the required strength for a weapon ,you can two-hand it to properly make up for the lack of strength stat, try with the halberd. And also about humanity, the number in your top left circle dictates how much you have ready to use in the bonfire to Revert Hollowing and to Kinddle which you definitely must consider doing for more heals. Perhaps you would like to explore a bit more to the right of the bonfire with the red ladder, maybe the could be something you missed there ,wink!

You can cheese that red dragon by the way. If you get yourself a bow, you can shoot it's tail from under the bridge until it dies.
