@@AVoiceForRadiomaybe, though there are Dragonborn in Sovngarde, which doesn't make a lot of sense when you remember Shor was killed by Akatosh, yet his kids can walk around Shor's hall without issue?
Yeah, that is something I hate when any fantasy RPG does, where it hypes up an artifact to be this ULTIAMTE WEAPON that gives you UNLIMITED POWAH!!! But when you finally get it, it turns out to be this weak-ass thing that does average damage to a bandit, or just gives you some pathetic stat buffs *Glares pointedly at the Augur Amulet*
34:26 the fact that Sanguine himself shows up just to beat the hell out of a couple mages that were in the way of you retrieving Meridia's Beacon is hilarious. A Daedric Lord popping in to bully some mortals for a demi-god he just had a drink with is such a ridiculous but funny course of events. Sanguine really is biggest bro of all the Daedric Lords sometimes
Sanguine is the biggest bro of all the daedra. He just wants to drink and party and fuck in peace, though I also like Sheogorath. My personal headcanon is that Sheogorath is still very much aware of his time as the Hero of Kvatch and he still drops into The Deadlands and steals the occasional sigil stone while he isn't busy mantling Sheogorath, because not only is he still intrigued by them, it also annoys the hell out of Dagon, which is absolutely hilarious to the part of the Hero of Kvatch that has fully embraced his role as the Prince of Madness.
13:25 Gotta love how this lady effectively gaslights you into believing that you had once eaten someone and blocked out the memory. If I recall, she actually has a necklace that improves speechcraft and likely it's meant to imply that she was using her own Speech skill on you.
its a neat trick to make it so whatever option you pick it still makes sense. If you choose to side with her, she was right and that repression was the in-universe reason you werent already going around eating people. If you don't side with her, she was trying to manipulate you and failed. Of course this does fall apart a bit if your character isnt just John Skyrim The Generic Skyrim Guy
@@plasmabasher As a Dragonborn who travels with a wood elf, it'd be rude to ignore your customs and ways of life. That being said I have some concerns about the kidneys that seem to be of varying quality

42:15 Skyrim items are first loaded into the database with their base image as a bucket. They are changed individually based on what the item and item class is supposed to be.Mysterium Xarxes has no burned version of itself so it reverts to bucket. Red eagle's sword also does this.
Reminds me of how world of Warcraft used mobs with spells to be a more engine efficient way to have locational effects, but you can’t have a creature without a model, even if it’s permanently undetectable, so they used a generic bunny model as the base. Invisible bunnies
Imagine being in the Hall of Valor. Various heroes are around you, telling their heroic tales. Then, a voice speaks up from the back of the hall. "What, Dragonborn, was the true key to your success?" You take a moment to think, before saying "vegetable soup, of course." The mysterious figure laughs. "Of course." Then, they step forth, and reveal themselves to be Ysgramor
One thing you should always remember is that Markarth is just Skyrim's Brazil. There is a big economical diffrence between rich and poor, it has a high murder rate, there's corruption, there's shady mining operations and they have cool vibes
Fun fact about the Ebony Blade! There's an easy way to charge it without killing 10 people you may not want to. You must not do the Lights Out! quest, and you need the ritual stone. Get your ebony blade, do the quest normally, and then when Deeja betrays you, kill her with the blade. Res her with the ritual stone, and then kill her again. Repeat until Mephala is satisfied, being careful not to decapitate her otherwise you won't be able to revive her again. Boom, fully charged blade and no major alterations to the world!
For me after I cleared a bandit camp I gathered the bodies in a pile and used them as blade fodder like some dark ritual... Well I guess the name is accurate.
@@Nerbit13098 in the azura's star quest, the mages in the soul gem area drop dedra hearts to. could have the saved the trouble from the start but longer vid is better vid so i can't complain.
"Like every sentient creature in Skyrim who has the ability to speak, he of course asks for my assistance." Congratulations Nerbit, you just summarized 95% of the gameplay loop in a total of 19 words.
The extra 5% is finding cool junk to put inside your house because it looks nice or only one is in existence. Or even though it's a standard malachite sword, it has a unique name, and you _need_ to make sure it ends up in your private museum AKA: Your home
I actually tried this run myself, and I picked a character that would be quite fitting for collecting mythical fantasy artifacts. Purveyor of fine fairy tale relics himself: Mr Big Jack Horner. "Yeah, I couldn't get this beacon off it, but still pretty cool, right?" I ended up going the extra mile and grabbing Wuuthrad, Staff of Magnus, Blade of Woe, Auriel's bow, and all of Miraak's gear. They might not all be Daedric artifacts, but Mr Horner is a thorough collector.
I don't think it's possible in Oblivion. The only Artifact you can get at level 1, as far as I remember, is Azura's Star so, you'd have to find a way to level up without using any weapons for the run to even start.
Sanguine chilling and breaking some spines reminds me of the time Meridia casually stopped talking to me while I was in the air with her so we could both take on a random dragon encounter. It was certainly wild.
@@lsswappedcessna Basically, yes. I did, unfortunately have to load a save from the ground and fight the random dragon encounter again, as I could not get her to talk to me after so was just stuck in the air. Got to love Skyrim and its "features."
That would be a fun reward. Completing her quest would give you a greater power, allowing you to summon a Sprite of Meridia or something, abd it just floats around for a few hours blasting enemies with lasers. Or just an orbital strike. Both work
@@dogdog357 Someone needs to make a mod for this! Actually, for a full mod, imagine a summon power for each of those quests as an option to take instead of their artifacts? Would be neat.
I think the reason that you can light the beehives without casting flames is so you don’t get detected while sneaking if you want to be stealthy in the quest and not using a torch that can make you visible from the light
I usually just do the hives last. Since it's a channeled spell it's easy to swipe three then book it to the water. Always made sense to me since the entire quest is called "loud and clear." If only it wasn't technically the first quest of the _thieves guild._
If you ever need to get the blood for discerning the transmundane again, there's a dungeon called Liar's Retreat where you can get all but Altmer blood.
I just go to halted stream camp. There is a guaranteed orc in it, and in the pit trap behind it, a dead altmer. The dungeon usually has a dark elf/wood elf if not both, then I just run over to the silent moons camp directly next to it and generally between the two camps I have everything I need except falmer.
You can also just run back through Alftand, with the explorer's bodies and falmer you get all but the dark elf blood, and since you already cleared it out there's no enemies to deal with
@@Hubcat_ Yeah but I never went through all of Alftand to begin with because when I get to the pit I just become ethereal and jump to the end of the dungeon and skip everything.
Did the quest recently, and the most annoying were Falmer and Aldmer. Falmer for obvious reasons, but Aldmer becomes easy once you remember that all Thalmor in Skyrim are Aldmer. On second thought, he could've just avoided the guards, leave town, dismiss Janessa, and then take her out. Perhaps even go after Faendal in Riverwood, much fewer guards around and he is outside, so just become Sneak, archer of souls.
The fact that Mehrune's Razor has a chance to instantly kill Alduin in *both* fights is really funny. I feel like it probably shouldn't work, but... I guess It Just Works (tm)
I mean if you want a lore reason, while Alduin was the most powerful dragon created by Akatosh and given a specific purpose to bring about the end of the world (pretty much the ragnorok mythos) he still wasn't an aedra or daedra who have godly powers. So Mehrunes Dagon will always be stronger than Alduin and as such his artifact should impact anything on Mondus (the mortal plane, which Alduin was a part of).
@@pacmonster066 Eh... Technically Alduin is STRONGER than the Daedric Princes. To the point HE'S the reason why Mehrunes Dagon is the way he is. He was once an imp who hid part of the kalpas from Alduin's feasts and in turn Alduin cursed him. But he's only that strong if he's doing his job (ending the kalpa). Aludin in Skyrim is explicitly NOT doing that- he's trying to rule, not consume. So he's just the strongest dragon instead of 'literally insurmountable'.
@@KnightofChaosDeck Two things. First, that's an alternative source for the origin of Dagon that wasn't in the actual games. It was a series of posts on the Bethesda forums from one of the writers. So even if that origin could be considered "canon", it's not the only origin for Dagon. Just the ancient nords' version. Secondly, even if we go with that origin for Dagon, it doesn't counter any of what I said. Even if Alduin was stronger than Dagon before Dagon became a Daedric Prince, once Dagon *was* a Daedric Prince, he was more powerful than Alduin.
reminds me of that one spongebob episode in where mr/krab's sold his soul to the flying dutchman, only for the dutchman to find out that he wasn't the only entity that, that is trying to claim mr.krab's soul and yeah spongebob also has claim on his boss's soul.
There's some subtle comedy to the guy in the Masque of Clavicus Vile and the Ebony Mail, wielding the weapon of Mehrunes Dagon himself, being...barefoot.
As I sit here eating a bowl of Shin black ramen with extra mushrooms, bone broth, soy sauce, garlic, and a boiled egg I can confirm there is nothing more magical or powerful than a bowl of soup.
The red and black Shin Ramyun is even more magical. So spicy that it clears your sinuses, and it's not overwhelmingly spicy, it's just extremely spicy.
Volendrung actually wasn’t forged by Malacath! It was forged by a Dwemer clan who left Vvardenfell due to being angry that Dumac allied with the Chimer. Some Orisimer probably simply found it when the Redguards pushed them out of Hammerfell into the Western Reach.
He actually yeeted it across Tamriel vowing to settle wherever it landed. The exact spot became known as "Volunfell" a Dwemer dungeon in ESO and the wider region became known as hammerfell.
Just an FYI if it’s necessary in future runs… there’s just a daedric heart lying around in Jorvaskarr. I believe in the same room that Kodlak and Vilkas are in at the start.
People consistently underrate how dangerous Peryite is. They love theorizing about the falmer taking over, but a single rogue Peyite leader has an entire army of plague carriers just waiting to wreak havoc on the surface. Orchednor is also the only enemy in Skyrim that’s 100% immune to shock damage.
if I remember right due to his quirk with his teleportation gimmick it also makes him completely immune to any magic at all, his unique gimmick still persists if you resurrect him with Dead Thrall or Staff of Worms if you have Anniversary Edition installed, which makes him quite a unit for permanent undead follower option
Little fun fact. 50:35 in the german players guide, they do tell you to do it that way because using flames is too loud and a torch is too bright and will revile you.
Just came across this channel and it reminds me a lot of mitten squad, glad to see someone else doing Skyrim and fallout challenges but R.I.P Paul of mitten squad hope he’s having a wonderful day😔
It's worse than that. It would be more akin to Gavrilo Princip. The guy who Serbed Archduke Franz Ferdinand, causing WW1 to kick off, which indirectly lead to the rise of the failed painter.
Playing Skyrim for the first time not long after finishing Oblivion made this a memorable moment for me. - I'm opening a museum of the Mythic Dawn - You… what?
After getting these brief summaries of all these quests, it just keeps making me think of a joke from Dungeon Dynamite: "That's not going to do anything! To fix the economy, you must head east to the Dungeon of Greed and defeat the wicked Economancer who lives inside!"
Couple notes For the black star when you absorb a soul it is checking if the soul can be contained within the gemstone, theoretically a black soul gem can contain a white lesser soul and it’d be a lesser soul gem. The black soul gem therefore can absorb any soul and fuel a soul. Just thought you should know. Also for the ebony blade if you use the standing stone that gives you the the ability to raise a dead body every day you can keep resurrecting the same follower to fuel the blade, handy and works in anniversary
Yeah but that’s a bug. It’s supposed to ONLY hold black souls. Although I guess if a bug lasts this many rereleases it’s just a feature so I’ll be quiet now
@@TheJcjonesacp the corrupted star is SUPPOSED to be black souls only. If you listen to quest dialogue that’s clear. They I guess decided to cut corners by reusing black soul gem behavior, which can hold any soul, and I guess either messed up a flag or smth. It’s just a pointless bit of trivia I felt compelled to share.
Azura's star kept filling up with lesser and petty souls, so I just took it to the shrine on my following playthrough. People overrate the artifact imo. I find soul gems everywhere and go to the soul cairn.
If you tell Barbus you are busy, he makes fun of you, then says meet me at haemars shame when you feel like doing something useful, and you can just fast travel to the shrine and use the in game wait function for barbas. EDIT: Oh my god you got so lucky not looting the chest in morvunskar before you ran into the portal. I did that one time when I couldn't beat the mages, and if you grab meridia's beacon from the chest and run into the portal to the misty grove while meridia's dialogue is still going, it halts her dialogue and breaks the quest completely.
This run is one of my favorites, first because it doesn't require any loopholes or "we'll just ignore that" moments, and second because it really does require some forethought and planning to pull off. You can't just jump in and grab stuff, you actually needed a plan.
You know they say that Boethiah is the god of Betrayal, so you know what else fits the theme of betrayal? Playing through Fallout 4 as Revolver Ocelot Nothing but pistols, and betraying every faction Side with everyone until you destroy the institute (there is a guide for having all the main three factions getting along to destroy the institute, and part of the railroad is going undercover and betraying the institute so, yeah), HOWEVER, dont rush destroying the institute, because you can side with everyone in Far Harbour, then destroy all their factions by first nuking and shutting off the first lot, then, telling the institute about arcadia but yeah, then you can betray all the factions with the Minute men helping then betray the minute men with the Nuka World raiders taking over sanctuary and the fort THEN betraying the Nuka Raiders in the end.
Oh dont mind if i steal that idea, use it for myself until i eventually just forget to continue it as my fifth hundreth run like all the others before it due to adhd or something...
I was gonna make a snarky comment about how "Well, he got the black star, which technically isn't a Daedric artifact, it's been corrupted past their influence" But egg on my face, cuz when I look it up, even the achievement says it's strictly better, because it counts for the Oblivion Walker achievement. @@plaguenplay3516 first, I like killing rabbits. Second it is overrated. I have soul gems for days. Wtf do I need one star for? Use common or lesser souls mostly for weapons anyway. Grand or greater souls are saved for enchanting weapons. End up filling space with them in storage.

omfg.... I've spent over a decade playing this game at this point but 5 minutes in and my world is shattered. It never once occurred to me to run an npc out of magika during ward spells.... so many magic builds that suffered for nothing
According to the wiki Auriel's bow counts towards the daedric artifact achievement despite being an aedric artifact, so if anyone wants to do this run you have a ranged option
You can get both hircine's ring and the saviors hide. Spare sinding, get the ring, go back inside the cave, kill sinding, get the hide. Skyrim my beloved.
Oblivion's rat quest for the fighters guild is actually more subtle than the thieves guild quest in Skyrim. In the fighters guild quest you are trying to find out what/who is killing the rats. Storytelling is my jam. I loved your whole essay, very entertaining. Thank you for the hard work and comedy talent.😊
Alongside the soul collector challenge, another interesting one I thought of is this. Can you beat Skyrim as Delphine? - Standard Character-Run restrictions - Kill Paarthurnax and Reform the Blades, of course - Main rule: You must eliminate as much Thalmor presence from Skyrim as possible. Killing NPCs, doing certain quests, clearing out locations, etc. If there's anything that could even mildly inconvenience them, it must be done!
"Can you beat Fallout: New Vegas as a Lobotomite?" -can only wear clothes that drop from Lobotomites. -can only use weapons that drop from Lobotomites. -1 Intelligence -1 Charisma -must leave your brain at Big MT. -i guess technically you can use common Wastelander gear until you get to Big Mt, since at least some of the Lobotomites were Wastelanders before the brain surgery.
My fav "razor moment" was in Oblivion. I played on max Dif- so 6 x less damage delt, 6 x more damage taken. I was way in the lategame, and I just came around to complete Arena questline. The final boss of the arena, gray orc, just found out he is a child of a vampire and lost will to live. At the time of the fight I was Sheogorath, with full madness set and almost all Daedric artifacts, including Staff of Command (or order? i dont remeber, one from Shimmering Isle DLC) At the begging of the fight Ive used it to freeze all enemies in place with loud booming *STOP*. It turns out, that gray orc has dialoge when you walk over to him when he is frozen, he said something in a line of: "Please, cant you see I dont want to live, just get it over with already" I said to myself, - well ok... took out the razor and it proced on first hit. In universe, people watching the fight must have felt like they blinked and gray orc was dead, because they would be frozen by Staff of Command too...
that dialogue worked out well for the situation but whats funny is you didnt actually need to do all that. If youve told him what he is he doesn't fight back at all and just repeatedly wails at you to kill him while just standing there. Demonstrated in the funniest way possible in Nerbit's fist only Oblivion video.
@@simonnachreiner8380 I was playing on some mods but nothing that made game easier. On top of that I dumped 1/3 of my level up into luck. By the time I was doing DLC razor was procking so often I really didnt feel the sponginess. (I also made sure to be resistant to magic ofc)
If you ever do this challenge in Oblivion, the Gray Cowl that you receive for completing the Thieves Guild questline is a Daedric Artifact belonging to Nocturnal.
On my copy of Skyrim on the Switch I somehow managed to duplicate Dawnbringer by complete accident. I used a fireball spell while fighting the enemies in the last room, and it knocked the sword off the pedestal. I picked up the sword, it was added to my inventory, but the quest still wanted me to retrieve the sword. So I went and interacted with the place you're supposed to pick up the sword and, lo and behold, it gave me a second one. I immediately started using them dual-handed for the rest of the playthrough because it was super badass
That can actually be done on all versions of the game. And the way I found out is the same as you, my fireballs were being flung all over the place trying to hit the guy and I knocked the sword out of the pedestal. Anyway if you only have one dawnbreaker after the quest is complete and don't want to reload an old save you can try to duplicate the sword by dropping the sword in front of whiterun's gate. Then command a follower to pick it up and leave the out the gate and fast-travel back to whiterun. You should find the sword on the ground and have one in the follower's inventory.
A New Vegas run in which you just collect all the unique weapons and use those? Man, other than the "you can't kill anything without a named item in hand" starting bit of these runs, you literally just described every single one of my Bethesda open world RPG playthroughs. I don't remember the last time I played Morrowind without rushing to the Boots of Blinding Speed followed shortly by ransacking Tel Fyr and its half dozen legendary items literally just stashed in a closet somewhere or sitting right behind weird quarantine wizard Divayth.
While that might be interesting, it would also force a hard decision between using or not using the wild wasteland perk, since some weapons require it and others can't be collected if you have it.
Yeah, I don't know what Bethesda was thinking with Malkoran, even as a Nord Vampire, his spell does absurd damage. You really do just have to stun lock him, I find that Become Ethereal to get right into his face works best, don't bother with Ward spells, because they'll break instantly and you'll still get 1 shot. Obviously, if you're running a stealth character, that trivializes things. Also, fun fact, if you have the Dead Thrall spell, you can actually rez him and have one of the most powerful zombies in the game. But you can only do this during the quest itself because the temple gets sealed after you complete it.
@@LAZERAK47V2 They were probably thinking, "damn dawnbreaker is really good 80% of combat encounters in this game are drauger. We need to make getting it hard. So should we make the dungeon to get it hard, or the quest longer? Nah let's just make the boss ridiculously powerful."
I'm pretty sure that boss uses the adept level spell 'Ice Storm' as his primary attack. It's either 1} over tuned because artificial difficulty or 2} bugged (shocking, I know) Forsworn and necromancers can also use the spell and do the same thing. They are squishy though, so no problem If I were to guess, the spell hit box can hit the player more than once on a single pass. I don't think it works that way for player use though.
A funny thing about Orchendor, the mage you fight for Peryite's quest- he is entirely unique in that he has a 100% magic immunity, for some reason I still can't fathom all these years on. This means he's immune also immune to the effects of enchanted weapons, hence him being completely unbothered by the damage magicka effect on the Mace of Molag Bal.
I usually end up turning in the skeleton key because after hours of looting everything that isn’t nailed down (and several things that are), i tend to have hundreds of lockpicks so i will never run out for the rest of the playthrough anyways
I keep purchasing them from the guild until I have thousands. Then I go to the lockpick training room and proceed to break them all on the master chest a voilà... 100 lockpick and enough perk points to get unbreakable lockpicks.
At this point Nexus isn't even that better. You want a mod for new armor? You have to go through 800 skimpy bikinis, big boob armor meshes, and flower girl sex NPCs.
To be fair to the Thieves Guild, the whole sidequest of doing jobs, rebuilding the influence as well as the Ragged Flagon and collecting random shit to sell to devin for your trophy case is actually the cooles RP thing about skyrim. Somehow
Fun fact, you can actually get both the Rueful Axe and Masque of Clavicus Vile with at least a slow time level two shout. Also my favorite weapon combo is the windbreaker with Mehrunes Razor.
I really just want to see Nerbit play through Skyrim, Oblivion, and the Fallout games the way he would actually play. No restrictions, no character in mind, just Nerbit
I have a fun challenge… a bandit loot only challenge… so you can only use items looted from bandits… or to elaborate further the only thing in the entire game you can loot is bandits, no forsworn or npc’s ect! This includes chest and any gold not found on bandits (unless gold is a quest reward) If you given an item as a quest reward you have to drop straight away the only exception is if an item can’t be dropped e.g an elder scroll! You also can’t use any sort of magic. Apart from maybe healing spells… otherwise it would be pretty much like a normal game of Skyrim.
Nerbit, i've been a fan of yours since the beginning. I've watched every video you've put out, and thoroughly enjoyed em. With that being said, your accent murders me in my sleep and makes me cry laughing. You opened the video with "but first, RIZZ"
0:13 Nerbit if you do collect all unique weapons in new Vegas, I got some advice for that video. Every single time I play NV that’s exactly what I do, I don’t know why but I do. What I recommend is start the game by going after the lower leveled gear such as Maria or Figaro. Then as you get into mid game go for the middle grade gear such as This machine or Paciencia then lastly the high end gear. Obviously you don’t have to take my advice but if you do I hope it helps!
Yeah but I would also set a rule which says the weapons have to have different stats or a different design due to the van graff rifles not being all the special.
Day 1 of asking nerbit to beat fallout new vegas as Doctor Zero from Old World Blues. - Complete old world blues: leave your body parts in the big mt and solve doctor zero's name issues. - Can only use LAERs and metal armors. - Must break every single breakable machine in the mojave. Good luck!
In case you need to grind levels for another video - Dragonsreach is great for Sneak. Get in, up the stairs and to the right "balcony" overlooking the dining hall. Crouch down, run into the railing and watch the levels go up. Great video as always 💪🏻
I've read online somewhere (I can't recall where; I'm sorry) that the reason the Mysterium Xarxes (and other objects) turn into buckets when burned, is that there is no "burned Mysterium Xarxes" object, and bucket is some kind of "default" item.
Another argument for the Skeleton Key, it isn't properly unbreakable (unless my game was incredibly bugged), it just remakes itself. You still get the broken lockpick animation and the lock resets. By the time you get the Skeleton Key, you have hundreds of lockpicks in your inventory
your game was incredibly bugged, that did not occur for me on any of my playthroughs (some being base game on xbox 360, so my pc playthoughs being modded does not play a part in that), it was just unbreakable
Fairly certain your game was bugged. I never opt to keep the key, but whenever I have used it while it has been in my possession over the course of 1,000+ hours of gameplay, it simply does not break. Or maybe my game was bugged. It’s Skyrim; bugs are basically a mechanic.
I know you went to the bandit camp for the experience, but if you ever want to do Ysolda's quest quickly, there's a mammoth tusk behind where Hulda stands at the inn in Whiterun. You can easily steal it and give it to Ysolda without even leaving town.
theres also one in the little side room in the main hall of Jorrvaskr, its super easy to get because you can just walk into the room and close the door
For the fallout I would love to see almost like a gun game sort of thing, basically only using most recently acquired legendary at any one time. Makes the run a little more interesting.
I got a suggestion for a next challenge: Beat Fallout New Vegas, completing ALL the quests possible in one single run, trying to get the most amouth of finished quests possible
Late to this video but two pro tips: - If you tell Barbas you’re busy when you first meet him, he tells you to meet him at Haemar’s Shame. So you don’t have to follow him this way, as the quest marker just goes there. - You can kill Tyranus as soon as you enter the house, skipping a good few minutes of that first part of the quest
God I fucking love this guys content. Absolute peak sleep videos. Also do it in oblivion, and make it like a 3 hour video, so that my sleep content is sorted for weeks. Thanks.
I've played Skyrim so many times, but I always devolve to a stealth archer. Also; R.I.P Mitten Squad, I will always miss your videos whenever I watch a Skyrim challenge.
Possible Skyrim Challenge: Can you beat Skyrim as a soul collector? - Go through all Major quest lines (Story, Civil War, Dark Brotherhood, Daedric, etc) - Any NPC you are tasked to kill (both mandatory and optional) must be soul trapped into Azura's Star. This only applies to named NPCs. - Take whatever weapon the NPC has on them and use the soul in Azura's star to enchant the weapon - Put weapon on display in a player home (Bloodchill Manor is reccomended)
that would be WAY too much of a god damn pain in the ass Just the dragonstone dungeon alone has like, 5 humans, 15 dragur or so? So, ignoring 'no weapon' spiders, skeevers, trolls, etc, this would be, kill something, loot the weapon, run outside, hope you can fast travel to an enchanting table, enchant the weapon, store it, rinse repeat, for every. Fucking. Humaniod. In the game.
For another challenge idea, can you beat Skyrim as Iron Man? Can only use gear under the Iron smithing tab, and nothing else. If you want to take it literally, iron armor and only magic so you can be Tony Stark. Since there is no Iron Bow, however, you can use a Longbow instead
Super useful tip for the elf blood thing. Go to Halted Stream Camp. That's it, that's the tip. In Halted Stream Camp just north of Whiterun, if you just go to the main room and then up the tunnel that leads to the spike pit, you can find most of the normal elves. Add onto that bandits often include orcs and wood elves, and you can get basically everything but Falmer, which just needs any dwarven ruin to get. I do this every time, it's ridiculously effective.
Can you beat Fallout 4: Mr. Freeze Skyrim: Monster(Blade) Fallout 3: The Pyro(TF2) Fallout New Vegas: as The Good or The Bad or the Ugly Edit: if you like these I got more ideas for runs from basic to complex
The last one is basically just the three main characters of the movie The Good ,The Bad and The Ugly So cowboys that vary on morality. Edit: (with outfits that look something like the movie characters) But if you want to make it more interesting you could roll a dice to decide what morality you’d have for quests and encounters. So let’s say 1 and 4 is Good 2 and 5 is bad And 3 and 6 is ugly
Or just have a character based on one of them my favorite is bad because he looks cool and his nickname is Angel eyes Edit: if you wanted to know the just of their personalities let me know
“You’re an idiot if you take the Black Star” My companion Aranea disagrees. A black soul gem? Few thousand septims. Walking artillery that is the adept and expert level spells she has? Priceless.
I've got something for you. Recently, I got into skyrim - and recently, on my first playthrough, I beat miraak..... with spiders. So, in White Ridge Barrow, there's this machine that allows you to create spiders inbuded with elements... So, I crafted maybe 30 spiders in total, cloaked, jumping, explosive, etc. And sicked them on Miraak. They demolished him. I didn't even have to lift a finger. So, in that vain, I think a "Can you beat skyrim with spiders" would be a good challenge. (They're technically scrolls/summons, so "can you beat skyrim with summons/scrolls works too") Heads up though, you'll needa large assortment of jewels, perferbally flawsless, salt piles and albino spider pods. Flame cloaked spider worked the best for me.
I love how even tho the free ebony boots *could* be counted as an extra gift from Boethiah, you absolutely refused to use them and just took on the World-Eater barefoot (also love the idea of Delphine having to take a barefoot maniac seriously)
There's gonna be the biggest lawsuit in Nirn for which daedric lord should get the dragonborn's soul after they die
It becomes a free for all in Oblivion up until their soul goes to Sovngarde because nobody can tell Akatosh "no".
nah it just becomes a very complex divorce hearing for the child.

That's how I killer him. I nibbled at his ankles until RNGesus smiled upon me favorably
After getting folded by Akatosh at the end of TES4, Mehrunes Dagon's been training. Now the time has come for him to dunk on the Akatosh's own!
Making deals with Daedra can never go wrong.

At the time of the fight I was Sheogorath, with full madness set and almost all Daedric artifacts, including Staff of Command (or order? i dont remeber, one from Shimmering Isle DLC)
At the begging of the fight Ive used it to freeze all enemies in place with loud booming *STOP*.
It turns out, that gray orc has dialoge when you walk over to him when he is frozen, he said something in a line of:
"Please, cant you see I dont want to live, just get it over with already"
I said to myself, - well ok... took out the razor and it proced on first hit.
In universe, people watching the fight must have felt like they blinked and gray orc was dead, because they would be frozen by Staff of Command too...

I absolutely HATE the Merida dungeon boss, his "spell" is just a shout only he can cast, and always one shots me
Get good.

I usually end up turning in the skeleton key because after hours of looting everything that isn’t nailed down (and several things that are), i tend to have hundreds of lockpicks so i will never run out for the rest of the playthrough anyways
Lockpicking is too easy in Skyrim. Skeleton key is unnecessary.
Picking is a lot more CONVENIENT with unbreakable pick though. Literally brainless.
@@Darchias lockpicking is easy. I never used the key, just turned it in.
@@Darchias sounds like a skill issue to me
I keep purchasing them from the guild until I have thousands. Then I go to the lockpick training room and proceed to break them all on the master chest a voilà... 100 lockpick and enough perk points to get unbreakable lockpicks.
Me: Huh, what's Lover's Lab?
Me, 2 minutes: Oh... Why am I surprised?
At this point Nexus isn't even that better. You want a mod for new armor? You have to go through 800 skimpy bikinis, big boob armor meshes, and flower girl sex NPCs.
@@LycanFerretAtleast lovers lab has slightly better crafted big boob mods
@@LycanFerret Ikr? Especially when you even block those kinds of mods and they somehow show up
@@paintedgear2105 I wouldn't know. I use a female muscle mod that gives women abs, body hair, and massive muscles.
Calling the lockpick a deadric artifact means you invalidated the run by using a lockpick to escape jail (per your logical regarding soul gems)
You do realize that he didn't pick the lock on his cell he literally pushed over a crumbling wall
He picked the chest to get his items back
@@showsteen1534 he also said that the skeley key isn't needed for the achievement so let it pass
The script for this one was *chefs kiss*, thanks for all the laughs when I really needed them!
I know this has nothing to do with the video, but I always give a sigh of relief whenever I hear the Fable OST, great music choice!
Can you watch Nerbit with only a hangover? Answer: YES. 😂
same
True. But I'm also still dippin into the same bottle to counteract lol
Hearing the fable soundtrack in a skyrim video is so funny especially since it fits pretty well honestly
You could definitely beat new Vegas with just this machine and the medicine stick
Yeah but I would also set a rule which says the weapons have to have different stats or a different design due to the van graff rifles not being all the special.
Plus they have no different stats or a unique design for coolness points.
@@Monki_Lives_Again you could beat new vegas using literally any weapon
Day 1 of asking nerbit to beat fallout new vegas as Doctor Zero from Old World Blues.
- Complete old world blues: leave your body parts in the big mt and solve doctor zero's name issues.
- Can only use LAERs and metal armors.
- Must break every single breakable machine in the mojave.
Good luck!
I haven't watched a challenge video like this since MittenSquad passed. It's good to be back Nerbit
Falion in Morthal and the fence at the college of winterhold are usually selling at least 1 daedra heart the first time I meet them in a playthrough.
In case you need to grind levels for another video - Dragonsreach is great for Sneak. Get in, up the stairs and to the right "balcony" overlooking the dining hall. Crouch down, run into the railing and watch the levels go up. Great video as always 💪🏻
some players like to "cheese" Sneak skill using the BEAR in the cave at the beginning!
Man bringing up the dreaming about going to school only to wake up and have to go for real gave me PTSD i havent felt in a good long while
Idea for a run: CYBF4 as The Ghoul from fallout tv Show.

•rad resist
•chems resist
•ghoulish

Funny enough for brenuins mini quest regarding the argonian ale. If you give firewood to hulda. The Argonian ale is no longer labeled as stolen.
For the fallout I would love to see almost like a gun game sort of thing, basically only using most recently acquired legendary at any one time. Makes the run a little more interesting.
might be interesting - like the borderlands 'use guns once' thing, but less of a pita.
I got a suggestion for a next challenge:
Beat Fallout New Vegas, completing ALL the quests possible in one single run, trying to get the most amouth of finished quests possible
Late to this video but two pro tips:
- If you tell Barbas you’re busy when you first meet him, he tells you to meet him at Haemar’s Shame.
Also;
R.I.P Mitten Squad, I will always miss your videos whenever I watch a Skyrim challenge.
R.I.P
I have awaited this day. Glorious
Let's GOOOOOOO
Exact same thing happened to me on my very first playthrough of Skyrim, with Alduin and Mehrunes Razor. Was a very pleasant surprise.
Possible Skyrim Challenge: Can you beat Skyrim as a soul collector?
- Go through all Major quest lines (Story, Civil War, Dark Brotherhood, Daedric, etc)
- Any NPC you are tasked to kill (both mandatory and optional) must be soul trapped into Azura's Star. This only applies to named NPCs.
- Take whatever weapon the NPC has on them and use the soul in Azura's star to enchant the weapon
- Put weapon on display in a player home (Bloodchill Manor is reccomended)
that would be WAY too much of a god damn pain in the ass
Just the dragonstone dungeon alone has like, 5 humans, 15 dragur or so?
So, ignoring 'no weapon' spiders, skeevers, trolls, etc, this would be, kill something, loot the weapon, run outside, hope you can fast travel to an enchanting table, enchant the weapon, store it, rinse repeat, for every. Fucking. Humaniod. In the game.
@@KeithElliott-zd8cx This would only apply to named NPC. In the case of Bleak Falls Barrow, the only soul you'd need to acquire is Arvel's
"At risk of getting a 1 back and sides" has me rolling ngl.
When will ”Can You Beating Skyrim With Only Fallout 4?” come out?
You can’t hide from me forever Nerbit
Super useful tip for the elf blood thing.
Go to Halted Stream Camp.
That's it, that's the tip.
In Halted Stream Camp just north of Whiterun, if you just go to the main room and then up the tunnel that leads to the spike pit, you can find most of the normal elves. Add onto that bandits often include orcs and wood elves, and you can get basically everything but Falmer, which just needs any dwarven ruin to get. I do this every time, it's ridiculously effective.
19:22 It also LITERALLY speaks to you.
Can you beat
Fallout 4: Mr. Freeze
Skyrim: Monster(Blade)
Fallout 3: The Pyro(TF2)
Fallout New Vegas: as The Good or The Bad or the Ugly
Edit: if you like these I got more ideas for runs from basic to complex
Please explain that last one. Might try it myself 🙏
The last one is basically just the three main characters of the movie The Good ,The Bad and The Ugly
So cowboys that vary on morality.
Edit: (with outfits that look something like the movie characters)
But if you want to make it more interesting you could roll a dice to decide what morality you’d have for quests and encounters.
So let’s say
1 and 4 is Good
2 and 5 is bad
And 3 and 6 is ugly
Or just have a character based on one of them my favorite is bad because he looks cool and his nickname is Angel eyes
Edit: if you wanted to know the just of their personalities let me know
@@BatmantheAnimatedSeriesFan the diceroll thing is a really cool idea.
It's a good day when Nerbit uploads a 40+ min video
“You’re an idiot if you take the Black Star”
My companion Aranea disagrees.
(They're technically scrolls/summons, so "can you beat skyrim with summons/scrolls works too")
Heads up though, you'll needa large assortment of jewels, perferbally flawsless, salt piles and albino spider pods. Flame cloaked spider worked the best for me.
I love how even tho the free ebony boots *could* be counted as an extra gift from Boethiah, you absolutely refused to use them and just took on the World-Eater barefoot (also love the idea of Delphine having to take a barefoot maniac seriously)
