Bosnian Šareni Burek with Homemade Phyllo (Jufka) 🇧🇦| BOSNIAN MEAT & POTATO PIE

This meat and potato pie (Bosnian Šareni Burek) is hands down one of my favorite pita. It is soooo tasty and filling! I can eat 2 or 3 of this in 1 sitting (don't judge me! LOL).

The filling is just made of ground beef and potatoes.
Ingredients:
300g ground beef
400g potatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp spice mix (optional)
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter, melted
extra oil for brushing
Bake in preheated oven at 220C for 30 m inutes. Then, remove from oeven and splash some hot water and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
After baking, brush with melted butter.
Serve and enjoy!
This is best paired with pickled salad like cucumber, paprika or cabbage or even fresh green salad(lettuce) is fine. Do not forget to get a glass of your favorite yogurt.
