Really appreciated my ex boss that tried to catch ppl doing right and allowed us to experiment and try out new methods to get to the goals set. It definitely shaped how I see managers and made me feel safe to make mistakes - like she said, no one non-malicious really wakes up thinking how can I screw the team up today 🥲
