Kill me or is this the best podcast of my life. Gosh. You changed my life. I'm listening to this while eating a steak at a restaurant and i have tears in my eyes. People are watching me but I have started living my life with courage life and laughter.
our bodies very well know the difference between thought and reality. A starving body still feels miserable even if you try to convince it that it has enough food to eat. The brain/mind does not know the difference between thought and reality!
"If your why is strong enough, your how will reveal itself" Words to live by. Wonderful podcast and the way he explained this topic was easy to follow and relate to.
I found this podcast looking for ways to improve my English, and what I found out was an incredible lesson for my life. I completely agree with everything with what y'all said. Thanks for those thoughts that make us think about life and what we are doing here in this world. All of us have a mission that god or wherever god is, sent to us to do or to archive. So that is what makes us wake up every day to discover it.
Wow! I'm a Rob Dial fan now and I hadn't heard of him before. This past week I've binge-watched Jay's interviews and was starting to get annoyed with all the cliches. Everyone pretty much saying the same thing, the same personal development language that's been around for years, and a couple of the people patting themselves on the back for how great they are. Then Rob comes along and actually offers action steps, processes, ideas, tools. THIS is what I needed! It was so practical, plus he's so well-spoken and easy to understand and I didn't feel like he was just repeating all the cliches. Can't wait to read the book! And Jay...LOVE listening to you and LOVE your questions! I have noticed some people don't answer them though, they default to telling a story that makes them sound good. But Rob....excellent answers and stayed on topic with super helpful info! Thanks for a mind & heart shifting hour!
Honestly, I felt relieved listening to this podcast. I realized that many of the concepts discussed are present in Islam, but I hadn't focused on them before. Now, I've understood some aspects of my religion from a non-Muslim😁. Thank you very much ❤
Mostly we understand Quran as we read or as we see. But If you listen to many scholars like Nouman Ali Khan, you think, yeah this verse can have this meaning. which is Psychological meaning.. Maybe in Arabic, Islam is well explained but in other languages, it's not. There should be some sort of subjects which can explain how we can use concepts in modern era. May Allah give us deeper knowledge of Islam and forgive our all sins. Alhamdulillah for being a Musli.
@@ZayedRasool I think also in Arabic there a lot of people can't understand the main idea of quran they don't ponder it well but when you understand it every thing will change to better
@@okashagameing774 Arabic is the necessary part of understanding the Quran. But you don't have to be master to understand Quran. Here on RUclips, a lot of courses are available. After this, it's important to know about approach to be taken while understanding the Quran. And one more thing, when you're understanding the Quran, always keep in mind that you don't have previous knowledge. It's my approach.. knowledge in Arabic is like an ocean. You have to be thirsty for knowledge and then implementation in your life.
I love this guy. My dad also passed away from alcoholism. I also grew up in extreme poverty and this left me with a life long trauma that I constantly have to battle. I consider myself to be pretty successful but the fear of poverty or scarcity never left me. It’s a constant battle. I still love life and continue to move forward.
I've thought a lot of things that man said in the podcast. I've always believed we choose our lives. Well, our soul in order to learn from different lives and people. Wooooow I loved it!!! he's right and you as well!!! you guys made me think about my life again.

Jay, thank you for this episode!!!! I've been listening to Rob, daily for almost 2 years. I even enrolled in his courses. He introduced me to you, and your journey. Thank you, for this episode, and all the positivity you share in the world!!!!!!!

Hello Jay, I am really thankful for your podcast. It has changed my life, my mindset. Please continue with the amazing job. My limitations have stopped and my why is what is really strong now. Please bring juni to UAE,thanks!
I think I love the idea of practicing self awareness everyday . Talking to yourself everyday actually can change your life for the better. Good to know about different perspectives. I think I agree with a lot of stuffs that you said.
i keep falling into the same problem...i have a why, i feel motivated, i start to change, something gets in the way, i get distracted, i fall back to what i was doing before, become complacent, reignite my why...ect. i feel like i just go in circles...
I grew up without my mother and it kind of affected me, I kind of want to do everything on my own but I have learnt through this podcast to always ask for help
Omgod!!! I NEVER would’ve thought to see both of my favorite podcasters/mentors collab together! Rob Dial was the first “self help” podcast I discovered then followed Jay Shetty! I’m proud of the both of you!!! This episode means to me ❤️🩹💖

This conversation means so much to me!! At one point in my life I viewed silence and isolation as a punishment, but for the last three years silence has been the remedy for all my emotional, mental, and spiritual battles. I invite everyone I commune with to partake in silence. It is there where you will hear from your higher and lower self, as well as the Creator. 🥰🙏🏽
Love this episode with Rob Dial and Jay Shetty today. I am writing down and putting into practice now all the "golden nuggets" from this episode. I am about to start reading my copy of Rob's book "Level Up" today. Just what the doctor ordered. This knowledge is very much needed now in my life. Thank you Rob and Jay. 🤗😇🤗

How many experts need to tell us our bodies don’t know the difference between thought and reality. We’ve got to use this to our advantage! Incredible!
