I really feel the ‘tips’ issue. So many people ask for tips on how to get good at piano fast. It’s not fast, it’s not painless, there is no cheat code for it. The ability to delay your gratification is vital.
If anything i believe people should find gratification in the process of improvement. I play music as well and I used to wish I was amazing at the get go but soon realized that I found most of my joy in music from the continuous practice, even when it feels like crap, even when I don’t want to, even when i have to do all the annoying things like recording myself and analyzing and stuff, I find that all part of the passion and joy in learning music and anything in general. There is no cheat in life, it’s a matter of learning to enjoy the process
but for anything one can optimize their learning by hyper concentrating on everything you need to know pair that with the right exercises, experience to build that connection in your brain so it stays solidly in your brain the difference between a person who can play triads and a person who could solo using only triadic notes and have it sound good requires optimal learning
Harris, I hardly ever comment on videos. Can't really tell why but I rarely feel the urge. However, I really appreciate you and also the completely diverse spectrum of your videos. Thanks for working this hard to inspire others. Cheers
Traveling is still there... Just works a little different if you can manage. I thought the same as you but then realized, I could still travel. I live in California and there is so many places to go and explore, hiking, motorcycle, road trip, RV ing' just gotta keep safe.
1. Go for a Walk 2. Learn Something New 3. Leave your home 4. Watch other creators 5. Build something. In general, get inspired, feel what you are making in a deeper way, that will get you far without even worrying about it. That's just my thoughts on it♥ Awesome video, here before 20K. Loveya H
when you said "im afraid to fail", i sadly felt that way too seriously in my heart. thank you Harris, for being honest and open with us, and for sharing your knowledge. much love
It doesn't need to. This channel's genre is very niche. It feels better as a specific channel were content creators go to. His content is not for the mainstream audience and that's a good thing.
"Go on a walk" is such a simple tip but is really so, so effective. I've been working from home, freelance editing and streaming the past few months and staying inside all day, every day, will literally make you go insane. My escape from redundancy has been going for a walk and even playing VR. Little escapes make all the difference in the world.
This channel is like those Dark Souls guides, they tell you where the gear is and where to go to fight the next boss, but they can’t fight the boss for you.
I also do the midnight walks on my dead end street. It is by far my best way to reset. This video is fantastic and one I will reference when people who are starting out ask me for the path to success. 💪
3:40 Damn I felt that on another level...when I first started making content I never felt it was good enough, or that I was copying someone. Eventually I just stopped cause I would record TONS of footage, but never made them into videos, cause I was afraid to fail. I wouldn’t say I’ve succeeded, but I’ve learned a new skill if anything, and it’s fun, and awesome.
^ i cant explain how many times ive deleted footage that was probably ok but i always say 'nah its prolly shit' its taken me almost 2 years to realise that my problem was that i was scared to fail. i only truly realised this like 2 days ago and now my mind has shifted from "this isn't good enough, its trash and probably gonna fail" to "if it fails, it fails. im going to do my best and learn from what doesn't work and improve on it that's all I can do." and I feel thats what holds so many people back its definitely what held me back from actually now wanting to try and try over and over again. (sorry for the mini-rant?)
Adam the honest reply I’ll give you to why I thought that way is because when I first watched big streamers on twitch in my game category they all sucked. They weren’t funny although all the chat laughs, the content was repetitive and I couldn’t see anything special about their personality. I apologize to myself for thinking I’d attract more viewers and have a better personality even though I know I am much more entertaining than some of them
I started this video like Bet me! 1. I don’t go on walks - quiet time sounds like a vacation 2. I am terrible at learning language. Will have to think of something similar that is challenging 3. I have 3 kids. Air B&B would be epic 4. I watch other RUclips videos and streamers to try and learn to get better all the time. 5. Building some furniture today My pro tip is to keep notes. We all have great ideas. Those great ideas go away if you don’t write them down.
Your content has helped me so much and the fact you give this all for free along with your alerts with guides on how they work etc is just incredible. I've taken what you've said in your videos and applied them to my Twitch and it's helped so damn much. Because of you, I've started to grow on Twitch and I honestly cannot thank you enough man. Honestly
"If you are reaching out before your even willing to fail even once, what your'e not asking for is some help - what your'e asking for is a boss"....this kid is wise beyond his years....This is right up there with a mentor that old me "You deserve what you tolerate."...Thanks HH. Friends tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear.
this video came at the right time in my life, I'm trying to make something out of myself and after a year of grinding I've found myself burnt out on life this could be pivot that helps me keep going
My channel and life improved when I went for a walk first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. It is my version of driving to work. My phone goes into my backpack, and just listen to music. But the movement of my legs, the pain in my calves whne I push it, and my eyes focused on the sidewalk, has been meditation for me. I find it opens a door in my brain to my problems and allows me to find solutions. Walking and/or meditation has changed my life. I schedule it, and I never miss it. I'm about to go for my morning walk right now.
I also take massive inspiration from other content creators and niches. I also gain creativity from my walks. An orange flower with a dark background grabbed my attention on a walk. That improved my thumbnails.
That's actually something a lot of people use on a regular basis. It causes what's called bipedal stimulation (stimulation on both sides of your body in a rhythm) and it helps the brain process things. I learned about this from helping people with anxiety disorders, doing this can (and often does) help them process what they're anxious about so they can get through it although it's generally done with patting or light touches as opposed to walking but same idea.
I am glad I found this channel, most channels and guides are gimmicks. Harris you are genuine, wholesome and are not afraid to share good knowledge from your experiences. Thank-you for the content, Always happy to see one of your videos.
I watch so many different content creators, and find new ines daily. And i havent found anyone thats doing as much as im doing. Its literally addicting to scroll through the browse section hoping to find someone that will inspire me. You and Nutty are the only ones doing as much or slightly more than I. Im thankful for. But not overly refreshing lol. Im the person people go to for inspiration. But its usually not the other way around. Anyone else feel me?
I just. Want to thank you for all the tips. Before I had been streaming for almost a year and only had 4 followers, most of which were my friends that I peer pressured into following me. Now I have tripled that in just a week. So thank u.
I gotta be honest these tips are the best I've ever heard before. I'm so ridiculously driven to become a content creator that nothing will stop me at this point. But these tips have really helped me understand that you need to think outside of the box. Build something, do something different . Go on a walk! It's truly inspired me and opened my eyes to the fact that there is a lot more to it than just uploading some videos. Thank you. Very much.
I think this is great. You really have to take a chance and try to make something work. It will means some things won't work, that some things will fail, but that's what needs to happen to do better things.
This might hurt someones "feelings" might even get hate, but if you're starting from zero and your sole intentions of becoming a "streamer" or "content creator" is to become "rich" or for the money only. Then you're not going to get too far. You're quickly going to get demoralized sooo fast. If you don't enjoy editing your own content/ videos. Interacting/ helping a community it's gonna feel like a chore and let's be honest, no one likes doing chores that they are forced to do. I'm referring to someone new who wants to start in this overly saturated community of "content creating/ streaming" I am not referring to someone who is already "established"
@Happy Struggle You may not think you have the means, BUT just remember how Star Trek started out bowering other si-fiy shows sets so they could save money (that they did not have anyway). I am just saying you can do it. you have the drive now get out there and don't let anything stop you. YOU CAN DO IT!
Been following the channel for more than a year now and its genuinely helped me make my career. I attribute a lot of my success to Gary Vee and well as yourself. Its not about hearing what to do, its about ACTUALLY DOING IT. So many people just won't. I also get questions asking me how to grow their stream and I always give one of two answers, I point them in your direction or i simply tell them to make valuable content that shares their personality. Streaming truly is useless without content on other platforms and I am unbelievably grateful for the help you've given me over the past year. I'd love to have a conversation with you about all this one day. Thank you, brother.
Personally. I don’t ever think I could do content creation full time. I enjoy RUclips as an outlet to express my creativity. I am growing steadily playing a game a have a passion for and if someday I make some money off of it that would be great, just to counter my time spent. But I enjoy my regular Job as a Medic and would rather keep RUclips as an escape.
"trying something, realize where you failed" this is the most important "Tip" anyone can give anyone, in any industry. This video was well done, and I appreciate you coming out about it like this. I noticed how quickly that topic moved on, but i also know your take on that exactly. We all should, talking with you and watching your videos. However, it is good you put it on record and made this. The five tips obviously won't settle with us all but i like how, and you even said, it might spark creativity in our own way. I really appreciate everything you're doing for the culture, the business and everything we're here for. Thank you, Harris.
Man it was like listening to a conversation I had just over a month ago with my wife. I had tried streaming so many times but never really put the effort in. So I researched, watched loads of content, started walking twice a day, picked the bits I liked out of the content and put together my stream. Within a month I achieved Twitch Affiliate and had my first sub last week. You and Sam played a big part in the content consumption and I couldn’t agree more with everything you said. If you believe and are willing to fail you will eventually succeed. I have never been happier now that when I stream 👍 Thank you Harris and Sam
Bro, I just need to say THANK YOU!!! Truly, because of your videos and content, I went from streaming and getting nowhere for over 2 years, to all of a sudden getting affiliate, and averaging between 10-20 viewers in just one month, and am still growing, and will probably continue to grow as I do more research, and expand my horizons, so I tip my hat to you good sir for helping me think out of the box!
Good advice as always! I know when I first started that I wanted everything to be perfect, that I SHOULDN'T make ANY mistakes, otherwise no one will watch my streams. The thing is, as you've said, you have to be willing to fail. I have failed and I'm still failing A LOT as I don't have enough experience to declare myself a "Pro". But I'm enjoying every moment of it... By failing, I have the potential to grow, and this video is just the confirmation that I should move forward! Thank you! 🤟
Thank you for this, Harris. everything you said really strikes at the heart, but in a good way. I want to be a content creator, but that fear of being rejected and/or the fruits of my hard work not being accepted really is a large obstacle in this kind of work. Also, at a point in time that the market might already be "too saturated", there is this hesitation of producing similar output, thinking that "they've already seen this somewhere else", or "this or that creator already did this". Though I already know that I should not allow this way of thinking to stop me, your words served as a strong reminder that everyone has to start somewhere, that there really is no shortcuts, and that as long as we stay true to our passion of crafting content, we will eventually be in a place far better than the one where we started.
Harris gives AMAZING help for starting out. I admit I used a few of his ideas. But the issue I'm having now is I had a HUGE spurt of growth. I started ~2 months ago and I got to 450 Twitch followers and plateaued. So now I've gone off the deep end trying to get that number up, as well as Increasing average viewers. Like he said, there is no set path, there is no right and wrong. I started out in a Top Row game and grew FAST. That's not supposed to happen. But encountering an issue and pushing to fix it day after day helps build your confidence whenever you ACTUALLY start to see those numbers climb up again. One of my "things" is that I raid someone smaller than me every night. I raided someone the other night who had never been raided in TWO years of streaming and he cried. Pay it forward guys!
This is my favorite video of yours. Truly. If you hesitated to post this, I’m really glad you did. It came at the right time, generous I appreciate it 💛From Western Australia on a Sunday night
Dude this Video was everything i needed today, thx alot! Love your Videos and try to get better every day :) its so hard to find your own style at the beginning
The moment that "clear path" is set, it's time to pivot to a new thing. Think about all the industries that have a "clear path." Social Media Marketing, Amazon FBA, etc... The moment a "Guru" comes up with a "buy my course" style product, its too saturated to grow. The wonderful thing, is this is not the case with streaming (yet). So while theres not a dedicated formula for success, you can become your own factor for success. Work for it, trial and error your way and keep your faith. Nothing that was worth doing, was ever easy. Thanks Harris, you inspire the hell out of me dude.
This whole video speaks to me! I use content creation as an escape from reality. I do a lot of what you do in my life to help me run my drywall business. I have failed so many countless times, whether it was losing a bid, completely effed up on a job and had to spend time fixing it, or under estimating materials. There’s always room to grow and learn. Content creation is what I use to trigger my creative side and turn my brain off from the wife, the kids, the house, the business. I stress to everyone to get a hobby outside of your comfort zone and what you rely on for income to separate yourself and use a different part of your brain. There’s no direct avenues in life, you just have to do what is best for you and yours. They say it takes upwards of 10,000 hours to be a professional in something, it doesn’t happen overnight! You have to grow it and cultivate whatever it is you’re trying to do!
Great advice! I can especially attest to items 4 and 5. Inspiration can come from many sources and getting yourself out of your comfort zone (by watching an entirely different genre of channel or tackling a project in a new medium) can give you a totally fresh perspective and generate new ideas. Nice video, Harris! 👍
I've always wanted to do content creation n i'll spend hundreds hours researching different ways to make good content and how to stay engaged but i'll never actually follow through with it. There was always this feeling stopping me from sitting down and streaming or making the content that i want to create and i've always chalked it up to being lazy or unmotivated but thanks to this video I realized it's just fear. I've never felt true worry or fear before so this is new to me, and honestly knowing that it's the one thing stopping me from really stepping forward and there is a way to get over it is super motivating. I haven't felt this confident in my choice in making this my dream career ever before. I'm sure you get this a lot but truly, thank you.
Hey Harris! I've finally dropped by yesterday for your 24 hours stream. Just wanted to say thank you so much for inspiring me to continue streaming. I've failed a number of times before this until I've finally made Shut Up Carl TV on FBGaming. I thought this was gonna be another failure but as you've said: "Expect for it to happen." This time, it's gotten better traction and I just continue to love live streaming my gameplays and chatting with my community. I learn a lot from my shortcomings and thanks to you and the Alpha Gaming crew, I opened up my view wider and better than before. Thank you yet again, Doc!
This is what I love about this channel. It's raw, it's emotional, it's true. It's tough love at times but in the end the message resonates very clearly. If you want something, don't be afraid to fail multiple times and learn and grow from it in order to obtain it.
First of all, Thanks to Harris and the team for all those years of Content helping us out. I created my Twitch account 2 years ago. I've been watching videos of (how to, coaching, setup, etc) for a year and a half, maybe more. But i was used to freak out by just thinking about starting my streams. I have note of tips to guide me and stuffs and i wasn't able to start. Yes i did start my streaming and yes i went to the trail and error situation. I was able to reach the Affiliate last Sunday, i have tiny community cheering me out. And my biggest regrets is... why i didn't do this way earlier!? My little journey just have begun, but im enjoying it every second i can. Happy Streaming you all! AND AGAIN.. THANK YOU HARRIS!
This video came out at the perfect time for me, later today I am going to be streaming while I upgrade my PC with my phone. It's going to be the first time I've streamed something other than a video game and although I am excited, I'm also nervous. What you said about failing is definitely going to help me so thank you.
I started following you because I want to get into content creation and I genuinely appreciate your honesty even on the hard to accept parts of content creation, the more challenging parts that many people don't want to look at.
This is gold! I'm a photographer and after 15 years doing that I felt burned out. I decided to start working in waerhouse. I have to say - it was very refreshing for me - working there and taking pictures for clients was hard - damn - it was hard - but after 6 months I felt so much better, with so much ideas in my head. Sometimes having a boss (for sometime at least) and not being one, can help you a ton! It helped me. :)
I took one of your pointers from before and set a goal for 35 videos to start the channel. In less than a month, I pushed out almost 50. Is it the best quality stuff? No. Is is hitting every target audience I'm after? No. Having I spent much time marketing for it? No. Does it need work in every direction? Yes. But it's there and more cohesive because I had a plan. Now...to just get my first real subscriber, since I did all of this work...LOL! I'm sure it will come with time. Anyway, thank you so much for the advice. Super helpful!
Solid advice. As an ex mixer partner who had 24k followers, I didn't know that it was a faux par to ask for tips and I am glad to know this now, even though it is after I tipped Devin and asked for advice the other day. I now understand the expression on his face a lot better. It is frightening to have your entire follow base taken out from under you by a massive corporation and I guess I was hoping for some insight, so that I could make an informed decision. I did not come wanting someone to save me, I do not want a boss, I especially don't want to be told what to do. I like learning from my mistakes, because that is one of the many aspects of life that makes it what it is. Devin provided a link to the document he was working on for all Mixer people and I was happy with that, I didn't donate much and wasn't expecting a sit down coaching session. I have since shared that document with other partners and streamers from Mixer to pay it forward. It is good to know that what I did was not really welcomed though, so I appreciate the lesson Harris, thank you.
So I discovered you last week while I was at work. While we're working we're allowed to have headphones in. so I listened to like 130+ of your videos (don't judge me lol) and I think you've inspired me to give it a shot. I had a steadily growing channel a few years ago but then I enlisted and so i never really touched it again. You seem like a genuinely good dude who actually cares about your viewers as if they were your close friends. Time to get down to planning I suppose! Keep this good shit comin man! 🤙🏼
So spot on. I have been streaming and "changing my ways" for some time and have followed you since PUBG days. I saw the greatness in you early and I'm always glad that you are growing. Keep doing what you are doing.
i don't comment often but i have to say this has been one of the most eye opening videos to me as i usually ask people in curiosity of wanting to learn but then i guess i never thought about it this deeply and this has really kinda opened up a new way of thinking that i didn't know before, so thank you for that and everything you do Harris.
This video reached out to me on a lot of levels, I have been doing youtube for the past 8 years and I have had to many channels to count all making content on subjects I love, Not one of them was ever successful other than this one..I have had my head stuck in the books learning, watching others, learning to edit properly,Figuring out what went wrong a thousand times and yes just like Alpha, I to have failed many, many times, RUclips is not a free ticket, It's Hard work, many sleepless nights and learning but most importantly its perseverance, I am where i am today because I never give up.. Now I have a channel that is growing faster than i ever thought possible, with sponsors and backers..Dedicate yourself, learn and grow.
I agree with others about the brilliance of this quote - "You Need To Consume Creativity If You Want To Be Creative" - such a plain but true statement. Powerful words that are so easily overlooked. The only quote I've seen on your channel that I like more is from a year or so ago: "You are not a small streamer; you are a streamer who hasn't found your audience yet."
Why in the world do I feel more enlightened after watching videos like this? I was LITERALLY on the precipice of being this person and I'm so glad I found this. I will probably fail at first, and second, and third, but I won't let that stop me. I AM NOT AFRAID TO FAIL!
What I absolutely love about this video is that it focusses on your mind, your way of thinking instead of the standard "oh yeh go make better content" type of videos. It's a video that actually helps your mindset, not only for content creating but for everything that your trying to accomplish.
11:39 one thing i found really fun was trying out music for the first time, it was pretty bad but i still enjoyed making it. Another one is art, try a new art style your not used to, and who cares if its horrible, try to have fun with it. And for the travel thing, i usually have lots of ideas when im in a mundane environment, instead of focusing on the environment i can brainstorm stuff
There's no shortcut when trying to improve on something and if someone claims to have one, 99% of the time it's a scam. It's better to just spend some time on it and try to outdo YOURSELF every time :D
4:59 : "What you're asking for is a boss" --> I wouldn't 100% agree on this, I think what people are looking for is a mentor. Someone who is able to tell them what they are doing wrong. What people don't realize that super high quality of personal adepted information doesn't come for free. At 5:52 you explain "the issue very well. "I want you to find the answer yourself at the same time". If you are going to succeed in any form for content creation you need to be willing to fail. --> They want perfection from the go start, and you will never "become perfect" without doing anything. Twitch is like a startup. The only way to learn is by failing. GG Harris :) (or rather GC = Good Content)
My brain does not comprehend the thumbs downs on this video.. not one bit. Here is a man explaining truths and being genuine, thoughtful and honest, from his experiences... of what so many want to experience for themselves. He is telling you how he did it, how he does it.. and from his experiences.. explaining that what he does, is not for everyone. For what this video is.. it doesn’t get better than this. Great video!
Harris - you're an absolute legend. You've given so much to thousands of people. Massive respect, sir. I'm about to start a podcast about gaming, fitness and health and you've indirectly given me the confidence to do this.
RUclips should not be a chore to you. It should be something you look forward to! Make videos because you love making them, editing them, and have a legit passion for them. I seriously enjoy editing my videos on sony vegas pro and i just have this fire inside just excited to release a new video. That's passion!
I used several videos on this channel to grow my RUclips and Twitch following, and in one month I am a Twitch Affiliate. Thanks for all of the FREE info, it's appreciated
Everything you said is absolutely right ! Everything I have learned made me wish I started youtube way earlier when I wanted to. What I have also learned that kept me from running out of ideas/creativity is ANYTIME I think of an idea no matter how dumb or simple it may be I always write them down (either in notes in my phone or on a journal). Looking at them on paper prevents you from forgetting but also helps you expand and tweak your ideas for better content in the future. Which then keeps you from creator content exhaustion
I started to see you like a week ago i think, and i found you in a moment of weakness and frustration, because i couldnt continue growing on twitch, and you Sir became a light of hope for me and i think for a lot of people too, thanks to you, now i can think of where am i going and how to accomplish that, and the most important thing, to be patient, to become the rule, not the exception, so...thanks a lot dude, really thank you
Hey man I just wanna let you know that you were a random blessing at the perfect time for me. I'm 35 years old and never really had the extra money to buy the stuff to start doing content creation. But I always wanted to. My father recently passed away in February and life has been really hard. I said screw it and bought a $1500 computer, mic, monitor, camera and desk and I really had no clue on how all this works. I stumbled across one of your videos and you have helped me a lot. I know I have the personality to do great things streaming. I know I'm a little late to the party but I just wanna make my father proud. I know I'm kinda venting but I just wanted to let you know your appreciated man. Thanks
I stopped using starting soon screens/videos on my streams after your video, and I actually like it. Somehow I can chat with a few people coming in early and the first attenders. I'm a small streamer on Twitch, and thought that a starting soon screen would help me get people in. And that those 3 minutes was crucial... but after having a cup of coffee, sharing on Instagram and just taking it easy, talking to people who are there early, I found out that I got a higher retention rate. People who said "hello" in my 3 min intro before, and probably left before the intro was done, now stay longer and talk. It feels really nice not having that long intro and loosing early viewers :)
I've been binge watching your content this month. This is by far the best and most universally useful advice you've given.( Not to take away from the other great advice.) I have a lot of failed RUclips projects and the biggest disappointment is that I didn't bring others as much joy as I wanted. I don't mind failing though. I always have fun. Do something crazy and see what happens. I sure have.
I went on three walks yesterday. Walking just really helps let the brain decompress and sort of defragment. It really helps me redefine my intentions. I've had a channel for a few years and only now am I starting to realize that I need to make content I care about. I've posted mostly just edited gameplay because I enjoy the editing process. I like the passion you have and your dedication to this channel and brand. For me it's just difficult learning how to be myself and authentically so in front of a camera without feeling anxious and deciding to avoid making new videos.
Not only does my man Harris give great streaming advice THAT ACTUALY WORKS... his life advice is on point as well. I'll add this... you cant expect CHANGE if you DONT embrace change and change up what your doing wrong! Thanks for doing what you do man honestly big props.
I recently discovered your channel. pioneering is not easy. Pouring your time and love into your passion and sharing it is such a great gift. Thank you.
Hey Harris, this reminds of Tomas Edison quote "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work"
Oh yessss I completely forgot about this gem of a quote and it’s actually something I believe in quite a lot
So true

This comment is what I needed to see today! Thank you.
I really feel the ‘tips’ issue. So many people ask for tips on how to get good at piano fast. It’s not fast, it’s not painless, there is no cheat code for it. The ability to delay your gratification is vital.
Just discovered your channel through this comment. Your performances are charming and powerful! ^_^
There is no cheat in life, it’s a matter of learning to enjoy the process
wow that insane anyway can you give me some tips
but for anything one can optimize their learning by hyper concentrating on everything you need to know
pair that with the right exercises, experience to build that connection in your brain so it stays solidly in your brain
the difference between a person who can play triads and a person who could solo using only triadic notes and have it sound good requires optimal learning
Harris, I hardly ever comment on videos. Can't really tell why but I rarely feel the urge. However, I really appreciate you and also the completely diverse spectrum of your videos. Thanks for working this hard to inspire others. Cheers

It feels better as a specific channel were content creators go to.
His content is not for the mainstream audience and that's a good thing.
Won't take forever, but its a niche channel
Oh it'll get there at this point, deff
"Go on a walk" is such a simple tip but is really so, so effective. I've been working from home, freelance editing and streaming the past few months and staying inside all day, every day, will literally make you go insane. My escape from redundancy has been going for a walk and even playing VR. Little escapes make all the difference in the world.
"you need to be willing to fail"
even though this is a pretty classic message, i think it helps to hear it again from time to time 👍
RUclips is like Dark Souls, the more you die and fail the more you get stronger and learn... We're all lucky a channel like this exists.
Do you turn hollow as well?
Nice analogy, Ashen One...
People won't do the research and expect the things to be handed to them on a golden platter, with no work.
Adam the honest reply I’ll give you to why I thought that way is because when I first watched big streamers on twitch in my game category they all sucked. They weren’t funny although all the chat laughs, the content was repetitive and I couldn’t see anything special about their personality. I apologize to myself for thinking I’d attract more viewers and have a better personality even though I know I am much more entertaining than some of them
Amen!
“You have to be odd to be number 1” - Dr. Seuss
Nice
👏👏👏
I started this video like Bet me!
1. I don’t go on walks - quiet time sounds like a vacation
2. I am terrible at learning language. Will have to think of something similar that is challenging
3. I have 3 kids. Air B&B would be epic
4. I watch other RUclips videos and streamers to try and learn to get better all the time.
5. Building some furniture today
My pro tip is to keep notes. We all have great ideas. Those great ideas go away if you don’t write them down.
Your very inspirational keep up the good work man
Your content has helped me so much and the fact you give this all for free along with your alerts with guides on how they work etc is just incredible. I've taken what you've said in your videos and applied them to my Twitch and it's helped so damn much. Because of you, I've started to grow on Twitch and I honestly cannot thank you enough man. Honestly
Awesome work man thank you, your vids inspire me to be better after I started really getting into it this year. Thank you for your insight.

"You need to consume creativity in order to be creative" Yes!
this video came at the right time in my life, I'm trying to make something out of myself and after a year of grinding I've found myself burnt out on life this could be pivot that helps me keep going
Doing this today, thanks for sharing Dan!
I love you i decide to get my endorsement and motorcycle 8 months ago ish because of all amazon videos
I think it should'nt be willing to fail but.
Willing to fail and learn from your mistakes the lead to your failure.
I am glad I found this channel, most channels and guides are gimmicks. Harris you are genuine, wholesome and are not afraid to share good knowledge from your experiences. Thank-you for the content, Always happy to see one of your videos.
"I love doing just chatting, links in the description down below" That was so smooth I am now obligated to watch.
Looks like im on the right track. Ive been failing for 2 years!
I really appreciate these videos Harris, they are very helpful. Thanks heaps!
It's nbd but did anyone catch him say "bright up lighter" when he's talking about building his amp? God I do that stuff all the time! xD
Harris, as a new content creator that has always watched your videos, this is your best one yet, no cap. Keep it real homie, I'll keep watching.
"Why do we fall sir? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up."
Son palabras bonitas y bastante motivadoras, I like It... I'll save those words... If you let me
@LZONE4 Well Said 👍
Couldn't have said it better myself!
I feel like understanding this is a maturity thing that for a lot of people will only come with time
@Happy Struggle You may not think you have the means, BUT just remember how Star Trek started out bowering other si-fiy shows sets so they could save money (that they did not have anyway).
For anyone who have no time, 6:51.
Thank me later.
.
No hate. Your tips are quite unique and insightful. Watched it all the way to the end.😊
much appreciated. He sure is good at keeping our attention eh. Waiting 6min to deliver on the title takes confidence.
Brilliant video Harris.
i watch you btw
@@RandpmRUclipsShorts so your 5?

Oh hi
I just wanted to switch to ur new video after watching this bruh
I really needed this video, thanks, Harris! You're the best! Can't wait to fail lol, you know what I mean!
💯% agree with you Maria! All the best from Western Australia :)
I think you should do a whole theory around the Granola thing bc it's certainly all about that ! Great video !!
You have to grow it and cultivate whatever it is you’re trying to do!
keep up the good work man youve helped me come up with ways to improve my stream quality without spending so much
Great advice!
I thought this was gonna be another failure but as you've said: "Expect for it to happen."
This time, it's gotten better traction and I just continue to love live streaming my gameplays and chatting with my community.
If you want something, don't be afraid to fail multiple times and learn and grow from it in order to obtain it.
preach brother! I love your content and I really appreciate what you do for this community! keep at it Stream Doctor!
It’s hard out here in these streets.
I like the learn a new language tip because I was raised in 2 languages and it genuinely changes your perspective sometimes
I AM NOT AFRAID TO FAIL!
i love your tips, hopefully i start growing!
And for the travel thing, i usually have lots of ideas when im in a mundane environment, instead of focusing on the environment i can brainstorm stuff
this video feels more like a life motivation video. unexpected
Harris: "Build Something"
Me: *Is currently working on recording a series "The Making Of My RUclips Studio"* xD Perfect timing
Nice shameless plug....
Best video you have done so far - this elevates your content. Great job - thank you, Sam and the community!
Thanks
Great message Harris maybe my favorite content yet! Just staring in the journey and I love making videos of my stream content
Every video has killer value! Love you and Alpha gaming and all the work you do!! 😁
Thank you.
nailed it! I have been wanted to do RUclips for a while. Definitely afraid to fail. Thanks for everything Harris.
Harris' videos always feel like that one cool school counsler that really believed in you giving you life advice. I truly love it.
