    Ingredients (serves 1)
    25g oats- 89.4cal
    10g chia seeds- 46.7
    130g low fat curd- 71.5cal
    1/2 tsp olive oil- 20.3cal
    1/2 cup water
    Salt to taste
    2-3 cashews optional
    1 tbsp roasted peanuts optional
    Green chilli
    Curry leaves
    Some veggies of your choice ( I've used carrot & sweet corn )
    Total calories- 239
    Protein- 11.2g
    Fibre- 6.8g
    Carbs- 29.4g
    Fats- 8.9g
    For an extra protein boost can also add paneer or tofu.
