Thanks for the recipe! I love to try great new ideas, and this "Salmon Fishcakes" looks just delicious! "Cabbage Slaw yoghourt" that is new usually i use cucumber yoghourt!!!

Fresh salmon isn't always "fresh", where I live, so I make fish cakes with cod fillets. I'll have to try your recipe...This is a good summer menu...Thank You...
