I made this today! Delicious!! The radishes caught my eye, love them..I’m just trying the jarred jalapeños, but the horseradish is terrific. I used just ordinary. Added boiled egg. You are just wonderful!!

Wonderful Susan !! I add horseradish to many things...as I get older, I seem to want to use more spices.....I also buy the jalapeno's on the "mark down" shelf at the grocery store ( cheap) then I grind them up, seeds and all, add vinegar and put them in a jar. They stay good for a very long time because of the vinegar..much cheaper ...I use them every day in our scrambled eggs/cheese/veggies......

You're right about breaking up tuna by hand, but I use one hand so both don't smell like fish. This looks really good but I'd leave out the jalapeno and maybe throw in a hard boiled egg. You must be able to tolerate "hot" dishes because the combo of horseradish & jalapeno would bring tears to my eyes and maybe peel off the roof of my mouth! :)

hahaha.....as I got older, I craved spicier stuff....years ago I would not have tolerated the "hot"......now I put jalapenos in everything.....
