    My fiancée and I are horrible at cooking anything seafood 😅. Our many attempts had our fish burnt to a crisp or undercooked.
    I'm really excited to try this.

    Skip the oil and gluten, other then that everything else was good

      Olive Oil is in no way bad for you

      neither is gluten, unless you have an autoimmune disease which is less than 1% of the population.

      ​@celesteroberts7743 Olive oil oxidizes and causes free radical damage in the body which leads to inflammation. Gluten damages the small intestine villi over time and decreases your ability to absorb nutrients + gluten contains phytic acid which binds to Minerals and stops them being absorbed.
