Just made this but I made a few twists! Instead of layering like a pie, I made it into a more layered trifle. Also I added some greek yogurt in-between alternating banana and toffee layers as I thought it might be too rich. Its delicious and a seriously great recipe :D

Works out at about 1350 calories per pot...that's about 3/4 of a female's daily calorie allowance
YUMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYY will make this soon.
Let us know how you get on if you do! : )
oh it came out so well thankyou.
Great recipe Maddy!! Do you think I could replace the coconut milk with almond milk instead? Cos coconut milk is not the most healthy (;
Thank you and you are so beautiful
What is the food processor being used? Looks awesome! I can't get my little wimpy one to grind medjool dates...
Hi Lori N. It's by Sage Appliances. Works wonders with dates!
I noticed you used a lot of nuts in this recipe and I was wondering: how many calories per portion?
1350 calories each!
In my country I can´t find dates. What can I use instead of dates???
The thing is, how is this beneficial when you can have a portion of genuine, full fat banoffee pie for well under the calories of one of these.
sooo many calories.
good point "calories" + Fat
I wish I liked banoffee pie but the only part I like is the banana, I wouldn't eat that even if I got paid. Yuck😷
a lot of mixing going on...
