I'd put it in the top 3 worst lists. I can't recall the other 2, but they were so bad I know they were even worse. That doesn't mean I cut this list any slack though, since out of boredom I've seen hundreds of lists and this actually got the 3rd worst spot. The Flash fought his future self, the Blue Flash, and a lot of heroes fought against alternate universe versions of themselves. The only things on this list that can NOT be done by other super heroes are the ones that involve very specific things that are only found in the Dragon Ball universe like summoning Zen oh or turning Super Saiyan or survive being absorbed by Cell. Other than those very specific things, all super heroes have done the things on your list. Except for Super Saiyan, because the Great Saiyaman is a superhero so technically a superhero has gone Super Saiyan before. Speaking of Super Saiyan, that "lesser form" wasn't worked into the canon. The only other time his hair is like that is just before he turns Super Saiyan, it just raises before turning blonde. It's not some special form. And why put False Super Saiyan separately on the list? That's like putting Super Saiyan on your list and then putting Super Saiyan 2 in separately, it's all the same thing.

Beerus and Whis do not trump him. He is more powerful than Beerus, and after attaining Mastered Ultra Instinct, we can probably assume he could beat Whis, too. Even though they never fought, Whis had mentioned Ultra Instinct (Regular, not mastered). He might have been training Beerus to get Ultra Instinct, but Beerus never got there. Since Mastered Ultra Instinct is more powerful than regular Ultra Instinct, we can assume he could beat Beerus and Whis.

3: Able to fuse with fuse earrings, that's how Gogeta and Vegito were created. Damn he didn't even add that on the list.

The Flash fought his future self, the Blue Flash, and a lot of heroes fought against alternate universe versions of themselves. The only things on this list that can NOT be done by other super heroes are the ones that involve very specific things that are only found in the Dragon Ball universe like summoning Zen oh or turning Super Saiyan or survive being absorbed by Cell. Other than those very specific things, all super heroes have done the things on your list. Except for Super Saiyan, because the Great Saiyaman is a superhero so technically a superhero has gone Super Saiyan before.
Speaking of Super Saiyan, that "lesser form" wasn't worked into the canon. The only other time his hair is like that is just before he turns Super Saiyan, it just raises before turning blonde. It's not some special form. And why put False Super Saiyan separately on the list? That's like putting Super Saiyan on your list and then putting Super Saiyan 2 in separately, it's all the same thing.
