Honestly, win or lose, you guys are better than the SportsNet LA postgame. Being real with a healthy mix of pessimism and optimism, rather than just watching the players get interviewed after a loss. Or a win. What’s the point of interviews? Anyway, keep doing what you’re doing, this is the best Dodgers channel! 💙
If Miller is having mental struggles, i have a suggestion. Go get a 9-5 job at minimum wage. Guarantee you'll get you act together on day one. Even though you aren't making big boy money it's way better then 9 to 5.
I think what's funny about this game is that the fans are crying about Marlins scoring 11 against us (rightfully so) when not too long ago the Phillies gave up 19 runs to the Marlins in two games with a HEALTHY pitching staff. Puts into perspective how narrow some fans views can be. These games do happen, and it was Bobby Miller starting--do we have any modicum of faith in him? Absolutely not. How about Grove? Not really. Hudson? Not lately. Braiser? Yeah but he did get roughed up recently too. Brush it off fans, get up and stop crying over spilt milk. A setback, nothing more. Too many defeatists in this fanbase who claim they're just "realist." I don't hear the Dbacks and Ranger fans crying when they barely made the playoffs last year. You never know. I bet most of you who are crying now thought we were going to lose in 2020 to the Braves when down 3-1 in the NLCS. I did. I was wrong.
Yes we know these games happen, we've witnessed them too many times this season. And it is only happening more frequently and the worst possible time with two teamz nipping at our feet. In final stretch of season.
@Sammy_Boy_Smith I agree that if Miller can work on coping with anxiety and learning to truly have confidence in himself along with whatever pitching adjustments he needs to make, he will be great. It's too bad he couldn't spend this year in AAA doing that because everyone has been injured. It's not good for him to be with the big league club right now. I don't want them to DFA him.
you cannot place the blame on the offense with 9 runs on the board. It was poor pitching (period). 1 of 5 with HR and 2RBI is good enough than 0 for 4 with no RBI. Give Ohtani the chance to drive someone home. Ohtani seems to be getting frustrated and disappointed on the performance of the pitching but he still does his best to help the team by being aggressive rather than caught looking.
Sad but true. And they're showing no signs of slowing down or just lucky. I assumed Profar n Merrill would've slowed down by now. And Darvish n musgrove would suck coming off the IL..... NOPE! lol
The “fire the medical staff” narrative happened before with Dodger hamstring epidemic year. It happened in the year when we had our first woman heading the medical staff. Things happen in sports. The blame game isn’t always the most helpful first reaction to have.
This what happens when your stubborn like the dodgers!! Can’t afford throw away games!! Better options than bueler. Both down in the minors and on the market.
6:31 I appreciate how honest and practical Anthony is on this show. Honest take on the Bobby Miller situation.
Dodger Team MVP Miguel Rojas has a shot at hitting 300.
knew we would lose when i realised miller is pitching tonight
Several times in recent games, Ohtani was taken out by Mookie’s double plays which didn’t help his # of stolen bases.
Also I would like to mention that I'm "hopeful" we don't see Bobby again this year.

well said!!!
We need to be more efficient in the starting pitching lineup.. go dodgers we can do it.

I’m 80% sure he’s dealing with a nagging injury and that’s why his control is way off.

I’ve never got the whole “We lost one game and it’s time to panic” mentality.
@@AtomicPunk51 I don't disagree, but it's not over until it's over.
@@AtomicPunk51 And at least it's just two teams, since Arizona has fallen off quite a bit.
Send Miller down bring up Casparius and Henriquez
Grove needs to go to OKC too
@@amandazee3706Grove will be gone gone gone next Year. Miller is way to talented to be DFA'd. Lmao. He'll be good one day

No one said DFA him clearly optioning him would be the clear choice. Ffs
Miller will be good one day ... Mark my words. Just won't be for a while.
Like next year with a fresh start and room to let him lose us a game or two without costing us the division.
Can they make Bobby Miller disappear on Glassnow's secret flight?

The bullpen is bound to break with its o going over usage.... we have seem glimpses of this 2nd half
Padres are built to win in the playoffs. Very good starting and dominating bullpen with a nice lineup. Dodgers in trouble again man....

The frustrating thing is that if everyone were healthy, we’d be built to be an absolute juggernaut in the playoffs.

Hey, I’ll take stubborn any day of the week. Stubborn keeps pushing. Stubborn wins championships.
Stone, Sheehan, Miller, May, Grove, and Gonsolin were our future, what happened?
Injured, injured, broken, cursed, bad, injured.
Not trying to offend or disrespect, but they are all american-bred softies

miller was awful but they have so many injured pitchers who else is there? not much.
We have 2 starting pitchers and are playing .500 ball. This team is going nowhere.
WITH all the pitching injuries, are they happening because they throw too hard for the body to handle? The coaches? Dave or?
U can spin it all you want, but let's be honest. The dodgers r done!!😢
