I used to get this crash and definitely my Dad gets it. Since I started carnivore I only have coffee/MCT for breakfast and do not have this afternoon crash. Fasting through until 6pm OMAD keeps my mood and energy levels very consistent thru the entire day, but even with carnivore lunch and dinner still very smooth sailing. ❤ great stuff Kait!
I practise ketovore 2mad. I have breakfast and lunch every day, usually in a 4 to 6 hour eating window. The weight is literally melting off. I tried 2mad with lunch and dinner, but I found that not eating in the mornings stressed me out for some reason and just made my body cling to the fat, but when I switched and opened my eating window earlier in the day, it made a huge difference. I feel fantastic and everyone is complimenting me on how great my skin looks. I eat meat, seafood, avocadoes and coconuts. I also use low carb seasonings and sugar free BBQ sauce.
Usually I do eat proteins in the morning. I also have coffee about 1 1/2 hours after I get up. Im also an introvert and after I get home I am drained cause of interaction with people ( the more the worse Im drained). Im trying to get myself to be both extrovert and introvert but its hard for me. That is why Im tired in afternoon. Its worst when dealing with someone who's has issues. So not just the type of food and drinks.... It could be the type of person you are and the type of people you are dealing with that cause tiredness in the after and evening..

I don't drink coffee. Can you recommend a commercial energy drink?

I started blending my cold brew coffee with shrooms and I get no crash and energy all day long baby.
