I love how you don't waste time with your videos!

Seriously. I’m subscribing just for that and the short, info-filled videos.
My husband is diabetic and in our research there is one sweetener that doesn’t affect blood sure, and that is erythritol. Neither does heavy cream. It makes a really good cup of coffee.
French-pressed coffee, heavy whipping cream. That's it and it's great!
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
Wrong about that drip coffee, a simple Molita glass pot with a filter over it boiling water slowly dripped is much less bitter when you use a French press your pressing all those bitter oils into it
I have enjoyed all of your videos and learned so much from it so thank you :)
Thank you. This is very helpful. And I like short videos like this, straight up to the point. U really should make more videos like this. Don't worry about the algorithm. As long as you put out good content, your channel will grow.
I'm glad you're liking the short videos! Thanks for tuning in!
I am learning so much from you. Thank you so much!!!👊👊
Well said, to the point, no hype. Thanks.
Autumn, your like a little ray of sunshine!!! Im going to miss oat milk though 😢
Do not ever trust dieticians! Except, what she says in this video is reasonable, so good advice.
So nice to have someone in this profession who also loves coffee and enjoys smoothies as well. Great video! I really appreciate the “just the facts approach.”
Thanks Nancy! I'm glad to hear you love coffee and smoothies, too! Smoothie queen for life 👸🏼
Good reminder, thanks! 😊
So helpful 🙏😘 gracias
No sweetners or sugar...
100% Agreed! My first cup is black & the next, blended w- Grassed, unsalted butter. 😋

Autumn! When I first began watching your videos I was super resistant. I thought I could NEVER go without my carbs/sugar! Two months in, I’ve lost 13 lbs, my migraines are gone, and so is the massive stomach pain I was feeling nearly everyday. Thank you so much for providing this information to us for free! I appreciate you ❤️
Hey Vic , I’ve been doing keto for quite awhile , I’ve had literally low to zero carbs for along time , I’ve had a bad migraine for a few days recently, I think it might be doing long term keto but I dunno , any advice ?
@@QFilmz oohhh I’m not sure unfortunately. I know migraines for me occur with my cycle, if I eat very very spicy food, too much chocolate, not enough sleep and stress-some very common reasons. I hope you figure out the cause and the migraine is gone very soon!
Wow, congrats Vic!!!! I'm so proud of you!
🌞 Awesome info Autumn!! ⚘
☕ Thanks and Keto coffee Cheers to you!! 🌬 ...🏄🏼♀️
Keto coffee cheers, my friend!
Everything coffee is useful and interesting !!! Thank you ❤️☺️
coffee is ALWAYS a good topic!❤️
thank you our lady
Cool job and staying on track, Autumn!❤️❤️
Great concise source of information!
Much appreciated! 👍
Glad it was helpful!🤓❤️

Thank you for putting this into words I can understand ... I have been using Keto Coffees but have been adding a pinch of stevia ... Been stagnant for a few months. Going to drop the Stevia. Thanks again Autumn!
Happy to help! 🤓❤️
Great video! Short & “sweet” haha. Thanks 🙏🏾
You bet! Thanks for tuning in, Chad!

Hey Autumn! Do you have any coffee substitute recipes? Or even just another hot morning drink? This would make a cool video!
This is a really good video….lots of great tips! I just wish you would slow down a bit because I had to keep backing up and even listening again. Otherwise thank you for the great tips 😉
Great video; I need it start drinking black coffee or matcha
Great information!
Good stuff… I must admit tho, I start my day with a couple scoops of Great Value Stevia in my cappuccino (unsweetened almond milk & super free Torani) and I’ve yet to see any negative impact or cravings to my weight loss. Still, I love your channel and advice. You’ve helped me out a lot. Thanx!
See if there is maltodextrin in the flavoring your using. It effects sugar like real sugar
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
Thank you for sharing about the reality that insulin can be boosted by sweet things. So important! (and so rare to hear in the wellness community!)
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
I’ve seen videos with PHD level influencers that say one of the biggest problems in following nutritional advice online is the fallacy that spiking insulin is a huge problem. The only way to remedy this is to stop eating altogether
Yay! Fits with what I've learned.
I've been told to avoid artificial sweeteners all together because they just confuse your endocrine system (hormones). Your body gets ready for sweets but then no sweets come. WTF?!
My mom always drank her coffee black and I've been searching for a really good coffee I can enjoy black. If I have to sweeten it, I lose.
I hate sweeteners.
Thank you 🙋♀️
I hear you and understand you perfectly! I saw the other comments 🙄
Finally someone don’t talk about their life first and you to the nitty gritty
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
I started buying organic coffee because of pesticides.
Coffee is high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
Hi Autumn Good information What kind of coffee and where to buy it? I'm used to flavor coffee such as vanilla. Does the have a flavor?
My hack is to replace the coffee with green tea matcha and pour in half an ounce of coconut milk.
I shall do this right now.
Hey Autumn, could you possibly make a video about what it means to “eat until satiated”? I really struggle with overeating, even my balanced meals with PF&F. Thank you!
Absolutely!! Thanks for the video recommendation!
I can do the low carb. I managed to increase my protein intake and follow your other rules regarding IF. Ive even cut out snacking and limit desserts to 1-2x/week. However, I cant NOT have flavored creamer in my coffee. Its my one treat I refuse to give up. Greasy black coffee is just not appealing. Ill work on decreasing the amount of creamer I use though.
Losing weight is calories in vs calories out.Doesnt matter what diet you do this is always the case.I have lost 65 pounds in 8 months eating anything I want in moderation.
Me too
Soooo true! Intermittent fasting is a game changer too..
Great tips thk u😊
Can you have MCT oil in morning coffee?
Is coffemate non dairy liquid creamer ok to use? Just regular not the flavored ones?
Does adding coconut oil/grass fed butter increase your cholesterol though? I love having bullet proof coffee but I am concerned about the cholesterol by doing that. I usually only have a max of 2 cups of coffee a day.
what about adding to black coffee Alpro’s unsweetened almond milk? it doesn’t have sweets or carbs but it’s true that 100ml has 13kcal. would that break the fasting? thanks 💘💘
Is it ok to have coffee with a little bit of regular full cream milk?
Can I use vanilla essence? Before I went low carb I lived on coffee with skimmed milk now black coffee with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Hope that’s okay? Thanks 😊
I had recently started using Oat Milk on cereal. Then I figured out I am Insulin Resistant, Oh well. Coffee wise I have been drinking my coffee black since I left home.
Could you use soya unsweetened milk in your coffee?
At the time of writing this comment and just before this video , I just pulled the trigger on a bag of monkfruit sweetener 😳 , hope I haven't made a mistake
What about macadamia milk?
I wonder if it’s a good nut milk option
Hi, will adding ground vanilla bean to my coffee break my fast?
Autumn for older women closer to 50 could u do u have any knowledge on HORMONES & weightloss?
I add cinnamon in my black coffee from time to time
I take medication 2x a day that requires me to have fat with it. I have been using heavy whipping cream but it has 50 calories per tablespoon and so would that be considered breaking my fast? I really would love to fast because I have Cystic Fibrosis related diabetes (CFRD) and fasting helps me keep my blood glucose levels lower. Is 2 tbs of heavy cream ok for fasting? Thank you for your amazing videos!
Just half and half, frothed in my coffee at 10 am with breakfast.
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
Hi autumn! I love my coffee either black or keto style. However, I've heard that if you have keto Coffee just before you eat or if you're not also (in conjunction) utilizing intermittent fasting when you drink keto coffee, it can have adverse affects on fat burn. Is this true?
Thank you for all your videos.
?????I do 18 hour fast with 6 hour eating window. Can I drink Keto Coffee w/o breaking my fast????
*** I don't fasting for gut health, its for losing/maintaining weight. ***
Because she had mentioned you could use a bit of coconut Cream in the coffee what about coconut butter?
when I used to drink coffee especially once I managed my body's weight, I got more and more into no sweeteners just pure black coffee. Nowadays, caffeine intake is from green tea.
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
What if you not doing keto, can you still use coconut oil in your coffee?
How about cinnamon is that ok during Intermittent fasting to use in coffee Or will it break the fast?
I want my sugary coffee 😭😂
ruclips.net/video/oUtPcpfILHU/видео.html
black coffee with a pinch of salt for me... then on my way for 10k steps...💪
Why salt?
@@bigz5262 salt blocks the bitter taste receptors of our tongue making it less bitter...
@@acemcknaves interesting. I’ll have to try it
that, and can help with electrolyte balance!
@@AutumnBates oh wow... I was more concerned with the taste I didn't know about the electrolytes part! Thank you so much for the added learning!
I drink Mate! And it’s so bitter without sugar. I was able to cut my sugar off most of my drinks except Mate 🥲
Does consuming butter & coconut oil in coffee on a regular basis have a negative affect on heart health over time. I feel like every day would be risky, but I don’t know the science behind it. Thanks!
Thanks for the info! Do you think a little Cacao would be ok?
Pure unsweetened cacao doesn't contain any sugar and therefore shouldn't be a problem!
Just found your channel & may have watched 4 videos in the last hour & a half... What about milk in the coffee? Is that okay? thank you for the info on oat milk. Can you intermittent fast w/ coffee & something in it? or does that break the fasting window? A-mazing info & so glad I found you!
Check out her blog! She has a whole "can you put __ " in your coffee post. Generally, it depends on what you are putting in it and what your goals are/what you're using IF for. You can use a small amount of a fat source as she said in this video and it won't break your fast as long as you are portioning it right
Autumn can you please do a video on thyroid and fasting?
I'm interested in this also. Have low thyroid and no gall bladder.
Every one is different ppl just have to test their selves with a glucose meter to see if those sugars would mess with their insulin but as for me I have no spikes with stevia monkfruit I mean if im adding a bit of it my number goes up 5to7 like if my glucose was 79 and I tested after I used a good bit of them sweeteners then it would go up to 84 they really don't mess with your glucose now ppl can try aculose sweetener that dont move it not one bit
Instead of butter or coconut oil, what about a natural nut butter as a source of fat to add in my coffee?
Does soy milk trigger insulin spike?
How about if I use one teaspoon of sugar but I Exercise on daily basis? Is it okay?
i like to add heavy cream, a pinch of vanilla powder, a good shake of cinnamon...when i want something special. otherwise, my usual coffee is taken black.
So what is the recipe
Thank you for the video! However i will probably still put ice cream and sugar in my coffee
So are you saying that heavy cream or 1/2 1/2 doesn’t break a fast?
Can you make a video on best cooking oils?
YES! I've been wanting to do this! It's on my list!🤓❤️
Can you make a video about supplements like Ashwagandha, magnesium, probiotics ? Or any supplements that improve gut health
Hi Aariya! I have a video on magnesium supplements here: ruclips.net/video/fNST3b9juBQ/видео.html
What’s your opinion on almond milk in place of cream? I use ground cinnamon and unsweetened almond milk, Califia (brand), in my morning coffee
Never mind you literally just released a video about this lololol
me looking at my bulk bought oat milk and listening to this lady spit straight facts 👁👄👁
Can you explain how stevia can cause a spike in insulin? I was always told these aren’t really sugars or don’t act like normal sugars. I have bile acid malabsorption and IBS so I’m sensitive to most sugary things so I’ve had to either use stevia or monk fruit (with no Erythritol) to help sweeten things (I use one small pack and that’s enough).
@pixelb33 - I've had IBS-d since I was a kid.. found out Milk made it worse, so quit That 20 yrs ago.. But. 2 yrs ago after Alot of researching, I found Milk Kefir, within 2 wks my Colon did a 180°. I was So impressed I researched Again and found Milk Kefir Grains and ordered off Etsy. BEST Decision Ever.. I use Regular Milk to "feed" the Grains, and can even tolerate a glass a day if I like. It's Much cheaper to make your own and has Tons more Good Bacteria/Probiotics and Many more strains to heal us.
I now Also make Water Kefir with W. Kefir grains to drink during the day along with regular water here and there. The WK drink replaced All Sodas and similar drinks and of course it has Probiotics. gl.
Autumb I am a tea drinker, black tea with milk and sugar. Any hacks for tea drinkers?
Hi Neelam! Many of the "hacks" can be used with tea as well. But I've just added a tea specific video to my content list. Thanks for the suggestion!
Can you tell us about the Coffee loophole ?
What about some regular whole cows milk in coffee??
I don’t drink anything with caffeine. - Are there benefits of decaf green tea?
Honestly, I still do the Stevia and other artificial sweeteners. I stopped having coffee right when I wake up. I try to keep the use of those zero calorie sweeteners strickly during my meals, and not during the periods when I'm not eating. While I don't rely too heavily on the sweet things. In fact, I haven't been craving sweets or carbs during my long 12-14 fasting work day. But, Sometimes it's nice to have a diet cola here and there. So I wonder, how huge of a spike are we talking about? Is it really a game over, start again kind of thing?
Thank you for your videos.
Can I use Erythritol as a sweetener?
Erythritol is another one of those sweeteners that can be an issue for some when it comes to achieving a weight loss goal. There can also be GI issues associated with it. It's worth testing coffee with and without to see how your body responds.
@@AutumnBates thank you so much. I'm so glad I found your videos. Your making the world a better place.
Won’t BP coffee stop your body from using the keytones in your fat storage and use the energy in the oil and butter? The point of IF?
Can you put a video about boosting Metabolism higher?
Added to my content list! 🤓❤️
Yes please! Also does intermittent fasting everyday long term lower your metabolism?
Nope, theres already a video on this where Autumn addresses this myth 😊
Is powdered Coconut ok?
How about 1/2 teaspoon of agave syrup? 🤔
coffe with olive oil is ok?
I'm part of several Facebook groups that stress the importance of having nothing in your coffee. My cup of coffee in the morning includes about a teaspoon of cream and a teaspoon of an unsweetened nutpod. It is true - I'm not losing weight though I seem to be doing everything. Could this small thing be derailing me?
Can I put one spoon of sugar ??
So you can have coffee w/ fats in your fasting window?
Coffee... coffee... ☕️ coffee
Is there a way to tell if your body specifically is one of those that are sensitive to stevia and monkfruit or if you’re the type that can eat them and not have an insulin spike?
Hi Nicole! The best way to tell is by removing all stevia/monk fruit and seeing how your body responds. This is what one of my clients, Katy, did and was able to determine that she was fairly sensitive to these sweeteners. You can check out her experience here: ruclips.net/video/TWzyX_mzD9M/видео.html
Good morning pal❤️
Good morning!
I want to try the keto coffee but is it ok if I don’t have a French press?
Absolutely! I prefer a French press, but you can make your coffee with your preferred method.
Please make video on arm fat reduction. 😭
What’s a good alternative if you’re trying to lower cholesterol?
Hi Desire! I have a video where I discuss cholesterol here: ruclips.net/video/ozM9Zzl6cRA/видео.html
SO, no cows milk in the coffee, but butter is ok?
"Sweat from my eyeballs"ha ha ,love it man!! Had the same "sweat" the first time!!
