regarding your question: sorry but you can't remove or upgrade the internal storage, its a small emmc chip that is soldered on motherboard, and you can't install m.2 because its missing many components and the m.2 jack and firmware.
lo siento amigo pero la memoria interno no se puede ser cambiado, ya que viene soldado en la tarjeta madre es un chip emmc. y para m.2 le falta muchas componentes en la tarjeta y aparte la entrada de m.2 no esta instalado y falta el firmware. :(
they should not be able to sell these in the laptop category , should be under tablet section, it fools those who are not technical.
It has windows so.........and also it can handle light pc games i have it i bought it 128gigs though idk how

regarding your opinion: yes it should be categorized under tablets. as it is a tablet motherboard and added keyboard and flip screen. BUT this is called marketing at its BEST to be able to sell, its unfortunate to see people buying this devices (as i would not call it laptop).
having windows doesn't make it laptop or having an apple OS. you can play games on this as you can on a tablet. i been doing this over 17years. and if you keep playing light games on this motherboard its just question of time before the will bee a damage on components of the motherboard as we repair them because of the same reasons.
companies pay million and millions to promote gaming on tablets and low grade laptops, because they know for fact by playing games on phones and "tablets", the life spam of the device will be cut to more than half.
so they can resell more devices. they don't want people to keep the devices for long time. its marketing.
if you want to game get nintendo SW or steam pad or many other devices that are designed for it with a fan and better heatsink.

regarding your question: no unfortunately its not upgradable 😔 the rams are soldered on board, thats why i made the video showing that its not upgradable. Sorry to inform you about this bad news 😢

I bought that Lenovo and its a trash, idk if only is my computer, I search to see if I can upgrade the RAM, but like you say its ungradable, and I spend 85 dollars in fix the screen and upgrade the RAM after, but It was a waste, I feel rlly bad, I wont buy something of Lenovo again

regarding your question: sorry to hear that, but lenovo do make one of the best laptop and they do make many other categories like this laptop that is intended for a very low budget, if you get a T or S series lenovo they are one of the best . if you go asus or acer or any other brands they do have low end categories too, you need to watch out for those low end categories.
OK but this is a cheeap laptop cuz THE BEST chromebooks are 85 bucks and bruh lenovo got crazy good laptops pls dont forget that and also if you want a really good laptop SPEND LIKE 300 BUCKS
it has nothing to do with lenovo, all makes have models with specs this low, its not a laptop its a tablet, a lenovo laptop is like 2 grand, you get what you pay for
