Then this evil cop came, verbally assaulted him, and arrested him. This cop is the reason his life is bad. Now his 3 kids from 2 different mothers are going to starve and he will have no choice but to shoot heroin and rob houses when he gets out of prison. This is systematic abuse and he is the victim.

I live next door to a dude named Matt - he’s 50, never held a job (stated by landlord), and is on disability. He’s about half this dudes size and has long hair but sounds the Exact same-totally entitled and a huge nuisance if he doesn’t get his way. My neighbor has exhibited the exact same characteristics as this guy it’s so uncanny .... @ 12:00 When the cop is vehemently telling this guy why he has no right to an attorney is pure $. (He actually did not have to say all that either). The fact is you have the right to remain silent when arrested only after you’ve been investigated and subsequently interrogated-at which point you “get” to have an attorney. You don’t HAVE a right to an “attorney”, “Matt”. This was a truly learned lesson !
People who uses a disability as any form of excuse in the face of their poor life choices and crappy attitudes are some of the worst. You don't get free passes in life just because you're feeling "special". It's up to other people to determine your value and what you deserve or not.
Look what happened during the pandemic. People who didn't want to wear a mask, saying that they have a breathing problem. I have COPD and I wore a mask when required. So, using the disability excuse is getting old.

I’m pretty sure the cop mentioned that Matt was on parole/probation. The way this was explained to me when I was on probation, you are technically still “incarcerated”. You don’t have the same rights as other people. When they searched my car, they didn’t ask my permission, they asked my PO who then informed me that she gave consent. They were going to get his blood no matter what in that situation. That’s why the cop said he had a warrant for his blood from a judge…at 2 in the morning. How, you ask? It’s a standing order in his conditional release 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
As true as this is, all a police officer has to do is call a judge/magistrate and have them sign the warrant and send it back. I do blood draws at a jail and we poke until we get blood when there’s a warrant. Officers have gone to the judges house sometimes for their signature at any time of the night lol 😂
What a patient officer and very caring towards the pup. I'm a huge animal lover❤ That poor girl looked terrified to talk to the officer. I pray she gets away from him. He definitely has violent tendencies.
I’ve always learned that even if you don’t agree with cops or you feel like they’re doing things wrong or shouldn’t be doing what they’re doing, take it to court. Do what the cops say and it’ll be easier on you, then you can tell the judge about your mistreatment. People make things way worse then they need to be
This is the way. Even if the cop is doing everything wrong, they are not a judge. They are an employee of the state doing their job, perhaps poorly. The best you can do, for better or worse, is comply with whatever they tell you. If they were wrong, you fight it in court. It might be an uphill climb, but there is no benefit to resisting. If we don’t like that, which I completely understand, it needs to be changed at the top.
Prime example, i was once “busted” for going double the speed limit on a 45. I was going only 5 over. I could have thrown a huge tantrum about it and caught a felony, but instead i waited and took it to court. Turns out it was faulty radar equipment and i wasnt the only one that had this problem with that officer. You can choose to either make things worse or comply and get the charges dropped.
No they mostly don't, it's literally just to stall. He knows he's not making sense. They think they have nothing left in life other than to push their frustration on to the next guy, usually the officer.
It is a stall tactic, yet he does hav3 right to attorney, also cop told then he was refusing to leave the car, yet that wasn’t the case. Do not give then a sample, no way he had a court order.
And worst of all, you can't change their ways either if you give them the benefit of the doubt. That's why the revolving door effect of plead deals, bonds and probations will always result in repeat offenders. You should never trust a criminal to not cause trouble until they've earned that trust.
@@Ragehunger not always true. Only the idiots and willful criminals make it a revolving door. I have known a number of people that did so etching stupid as a kid, and after doing their time they got their life together. That one time though woke them up and they straightened their lives out.

This dude is just so, so sure that he, at all times, has the right to get an attorney before complying with law enforcement under any circumstances. Brick. Wall.
He really didn't though. Saying that the dude can't have an attorney because he just can't and then saying "I already explained it" isn't an explanation. If an arrestee doesn't understand his rights, the police are required to explain it. He could have easily just said "you have the right to an attorney for all else, but when there is a warrant for a search/blood draw etc, that specific thing can be required without an attorney present." But he kept repeating "because you can't" as if he just couldn't remember the actual reason. He also said "I couldn't get you an attorney, so I'm not asking you any questions," after asking this dude at least 5 questions a minute earlier.

I'm always amazed at how calm and respectful these officers can be under circumstances like these
This is one of the best cops I have ever seen.
I think the same!
Exactly bro. Sometimes whole cases get dismissed due to cops doing things wrong. Why try and stop them?
Prime example, i was once “busted” for going double the speed limit on a 45. I was going only 5 over. I could have thrown a huge tantrum about it and caught a felony, but instead i waited and took it to court. Turns out it was faulty radar equipment and i wasnt the only one that had this problem with that officer. You can choose to either make things worse or comply and get the charges dropped.
You gotta love the notion of one is innocent once.....you spend money, take off of work, get dicked around by the courts and prove you are not guilty.
@@profile5 no, you only comply with everything they say if you dont mind with lettting your rights get trampled on.
They think “a Judge or Attorney” means getting out of jail. Stupid! Ha!
“It’s hard to win an argument with a smart person, but damn dear impossible to win an argument with a stupid person” - Bill Murray

That officer handled that whole situation from start to finish perfectly.
I get that this dude is a scumbag, but that doesn't make how the cop handled it okay. Everyone is entitled to hearing and understanding their rights.
