    was drawn to this by Serenity and Strength which are integral parts of the Serenity Prayer. Wow, my body feels like it just worked out yet well rested, too, i guess strength does often take effort while serenity maybe is letting go of effort... so perhaps the trick is to discern when and what as needed. thanks Dr Ariele 🙏

    ❤ Thank you Ariel for doing this class. You are my favorite yoga instructor on RUclips. I alway learn so much from your classes. Your core work is “sneaky” because it doesn’t seem hard while doing it but after I am sore lol.
