WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS

LPI’s mission has always been centered around the idea that there is nothing greater than 1) the therapeutic relationship built between therapist and patient and 2) the outcome provided only after #1 is satisfied. This means that the most important thing in our business are the people that walk through the doors. There is nothing greater than prioritizing the person in front of us (you). And in order to serve our people better than anyone else, we need a knowledge base that is vast, with experience in intentional application of that knowledge base over time to deliver outcomes, fast. The two are not mutually exclusive, but in order to deliver the outcome, we believe we must develop the people (relationship between therapist/patient and development of the therapist as a person) first.
