Baked apples - with Ruby Port Mincemeat

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen! Now the colder weather is with us, these baked apples are the perfect hot pudding. They are filled with mincemeat so are just right for the run up to Christmas, and an ideal way to use up leftover mincemeat in January.
