Easy Microwave Bread Pudding || Golden Whisk Ja

As requested by you guys... this is an easy microwave recipe that you can try at home 💃🏽😌
The ingredients and measurements are listed below:
* 1 egg
* Pinch of salt
* 1tsp vanilla
* 3/4 cups milk
* 1tbs sugar
* 2 slices of buttered bread
* 1 tbs raisins (Optional)
* 1tbs chocolate chips (Optional)
* Extra cinnamon, raisins and chocolate chips for presentation (Optional)

This was nice. I made it with two dried up half slices of sour dough and a smaill slice of raisin bread. Ewww, One of those slices was TOO old so that was a mistake. And having three slices meant I had to remove a chunk of bread from the dish to see when the licqud had cooked into the food. But those things were my fault. It tasted GREAT. 😃

What should I do if I don't have vanilla essence atm? Are there any adjustments to the recipe?
Feel free to leave it out, it’s just one of my favorite flavorings and so I add it to everything 🫣 but it will still be good without, or you can try your own flavorings if you have any on hand

I made this and I followed it exactly minus the raisins and I threw it away because it wasn’t good. I must have screwed up somewhere. First of all it was too runny so maybe I didn’t cook it long enough 😒😒
Hey darling sorry about that… since you said it was runny it probably just needed more time because all microwave power is different and so yours might take longer to cook, also the type of bread might be less absorbent and so you might need to lessen the milk. If you do want to give it a try again however feel free to message me on Instagram and I could walk you through the process one-on-one 💛
