Raspberry Pavlova - a perfect summer dessert

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen! This Pavlova is made using deliciously sweet British raspberries, sitting on a bed of fresh cream. The meringue base is baked to be soft and chewy in the middle; a perfect combination and a perfect summer dessert.
~~ Ingredients ~~
• 4 egg whites
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 8oz/225g caster sugar
• 4 teaspoons cornflour
• 2 teaspoons white vinegar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ pint/300ml double cream
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• Fresh raspberries (or fruit of your choice)
