  • Thanks for stopping by my kitchen! In this video I show you how to turn the humble omelette into something colourful and tasty. I make this pepper omelette for a midweek dinner but it would also be suitable to have for lunch or even a weekend brunch. Enjoy.
    ~~ Ingredients ~~
    • 1 onion
    • ½ red bell pepper, ½ green bell pepper (or use 1 whole green pepper instead of two halves)
    • 3 eggs
    • Salt and pepper
    • Olive oil (to fry)
    • Butter (to fry)
