I totally agree - we are in national lockdown here and being able to do one of these everyday and having a plan for the month really keeps me motivated and distracted for a little while!💘
The second round always seems to go by so much faster! I loved the workout and honestly can't believe I have made it to day 16 with no cheating, finishing the video all the way through and even doing extra. I don't know if my body has changed much but I am already feeling so much stronger and my mental health is better! Thank you so much Maddie for this it has been one of the best things to come out of 2021 so far! ❤💕

My specialty is also giving up especially when it comes to working out but this has helped me tremendously! I believe in you, you will get through it and feel great at the end!

This is one of my absolute favorites along with the upper body+abs. I personally prefer these kind of 30 min workouts with equipment that target abs+ some other muscle group. There are great, challenging and you definitely feel the burn afterwards. They also fit very well within my busy schedule. Thank you Maddie!!!

The way you mix movements and there is almost no repetition make you feel like the time goes fast and before you know it you be touch all the small muscle in an area. Keep on the good work! Oi! The table-top glute series towards the end of the set is killer. I'm starting to see results from this month of workouts! I just ended my collegiate running career and this has been so helpful in guiding me into a new era of training. I'm still running every other day but I love your style of workouts.
I really enjoyed this one! I have been doing a program that incorporates weights and HIIT 4x/week. I had a rest day but wanted to still do something. This workout was just the right amount of low intensity and toning I needed today!

I love this workout. I use a booty band for most of it and alternate this with arms and upper body next day. Great for appartments!
