The second round always seems to go by so much faster! I loved the workout and honestly can't believe I have made it to day 16 with no cheating, finishing the video all the way through and even doing extra. I don't know if my body has changed much but I am already feeling so much stronger and my mental health is better! Thank you so much Maddie for this it has been one of the best things to come out of 2021 so far! ❤💕

@@Rinnie822 ahh that so cool I don’t really meet that many Natasha’s 😂 and thank you I ended up falling in love with Maddies workouts and the calendars so I redid it with some new videos for February and using the same type of schedule for March! My specialty is also giving up especially when it comes to working out but this has helped me tremendously! I believe in you, you will get through it and feel great at the end!

I love the way you organized the exercises. I wasn't up and down throughout the workout. If Im on the mat, im on the mat. The sequence of the exercise makes a huge difference so thank you!

This is one of my absolute favorites along with the upper body+abs.
I personally prefer these kind of 30 min workouts with equipment that target abs+ some other muscle group. There are great, challenging and you definitely feel the burn afterwards. They also fit very well within my busy schedule. Thank you Maddie!!!

I love it when you do multiple exercises in "one"- i.e combining plank jacks with mountain climbers, or the low side to side squats with the knee switches, or the hydrant and the leg extension... it makes it more fun~! Wing training with you for a bit more than a month now. I Love all your trainings!!! The way you mix movements and there is almost no repetition make you feel like the time goes fast and before you know it you be touch all the small muscle in an area.
