- On June 21st, 2022, officers responded to a disturbance. Dispatch advised that a suspicious female was creating a disturbance at a construction site and wasn’t allowing the workers to do their job. She was very uncooperative when the police arrived. Soon, the officers were able to track down the female. She wasn’t ready to give her information to the officers at all. She continued to act difficult and resist the officers. The female was charged with trespass, obstructing and battery on a peace officer.

This woman was once some proud parents' adorable baby.
A sad example of why we need State Hospitals. Even if she is strung out on drugs, their should be a place for inpatient to sober up and work towards gaining skills to help prevent people stay clean and sober.
Bingo. The community mental health model failed MISERABLY. We absolutely need to bring back long term mental health facilities.
One that doesn’t cost at least $1000 a night! I’ve never done drugs but I stayed at a place inpatient after a suicide attempt and that’s how much they were charging my insurance so I had to leave before my psychiatrist wanted me to.
Yeah, I agree she needs help but straight to mental health is not appropriate. First, you have detox the person before you know if there’s underlying mental illness or not. It’s a waste of precious space to automatically treat someone under the influence based on what is likely side effects of drugs.
No point in being aggressive with this one, she is incapable of following instructions, she’s not malicious, just incapable.

Yeah 90% of the time when they are 'rough' with someone it is justified but at the very end the guy swinging her around and smashing her face on the hard plastic seat while she was handcuffed was unnecessary... whether she s just totally mentally ill from genetic reasons, drugs, or a combination of both, either way she is GONZO and doesn't know what is going on...
You have to use the minimum amount of force... she's not going to cooperate with kind words.

I can't say much. I had people for years tell me I was on drugs. I can't tell you how many drug tests my employer had to do to get people to shut up.
My anxiety didn't help me at all. Once I stopped working and was disabled by 28, my body chilled out and I wasn't told I did drug.
This gal 100% was on something but I'm proof that people can think what ever they want, but that doesn't mean its always true.
I've seen that before I was a bounty hunter I had had people that were shaking and they were just really nervous I remember one the reason they missed their court date they were in the hospital and come to find out it was his older brother was the one that tried to make him take the faud charge but they were still arrested because they didn't show up but after they provided the paperwork of him being in the hospital we were able to rebound him he thought we were the sheriff and wouldn't have a chance to prove that they were in the hospital until they would have been in jail that's why he was so nervous and shaking their are some people who have a rough time with it and they never did any drugs
One of the sad parts is that people like this who have almost constant interactions with the police, at some time or another, likely on probation, are offered services, sometimes required to participate. Mental health, addiction, anger management, parenting, housing support, etc. often, they will agree and then simply abscond from probation and as they are often transient there’s no way of keeping track of them. The resources aren’t perfect by any means but they exist and are offered and the participation of the defendant is the only thing that will change their situation. At a certain point, there’s nothing more you can do.
That was my experience working in mental health. Very, " you can lead a horse to water."

It makes me even sadder cos this is underlying psychosi.s My ex was the same way...but damn if it didn't almost kill me to see her full blown. She unraveled so hard and so fast. It was all I could do to keep from crying when she went before a judge for a competency hearing. She didn't even recognize her family.

I've seen a lot of body cam videos with addicts but this one made me genuinely sad. She's lost a lot of cognitive ability and those female cops weren't helping the situation one bit. I sincerely hope Christianne gets the help she needs to turn her life around.
Why you being so sensitive about the spiel from someone completely wasted? Need thicker skin than that officer if you want to be an effective cop on the street. I see so many cops getting petty with drunks & druggies like theyre the parent. All you're there for is to make sure law & order's kept & detain/arrest anyone not adhering to that. This afternoon, I watched a video that restored just a bit of my confidence in the concept of female officers. She was knowledgeable and concise, yet managed to assert dominance and gain control of the derranged female criminal with minimal effort. She was an officer in Atlanta, Ga.
BUT THEN....this evening....I stumble across THIS unprofessional, unhinged, screaming banchee of a female cop .....and EVERYTHING that had made me feel just a tinsey bit better about women cops just VANISHED into the noisey thin air!!

As a resident of Wichita KS (where this is) I have to say that these videos from WPD are sadly, an accurate representation of the state of this city. What we used to call "the biggest small town in Kansas" has become known locally as "little Chicago", between the shootings and meth
The ones pumping the meth into communities are bike gangs. They're fittingly the ones who sell the low-rent stuff to their own communities. Used to be weed & meth, now it's mostly meth & fentanyl. Weed's gonna be legal soon, so they had to let go of that profit.
