- On June 24, 2023, officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arriving at the scene, they found a man and a woman arguing inside a car. The man became increasingly agitated as the officers began to question him. The man continued to behave in an aggressive manner. He was showing no signs of stopping with the nonsense. Shortly after, he was taken to jail for further processing. The man was charged with resisting arrest.

I don't know about that, I have seen plenty of frivolous cases settled by local municipalities over the past few years. A crazy one I remember was a city paid BLM rioters tens of thousands of dollars each, because they claimed the police were too aggressive when they used tear gas, and batons to push back the crowds of rioters.
