France entered to the war in the side of Prussia Bavaria and Spain even despite the diplomatic actions of Cardinal Fleury, who was Louis XV’s right hand, That’s why the king said he doesn’t want war
the only reason France "sided" with Spain was that Louis XV had a previous claim to the Spanish throne as a descendant of Marie Therese daughter of Philip IV. Also the Dauphine was Spanish as well funny thing was that the Duchesse de Pompadour became Maria Theresia's champion
Could be worse, in the series Carlos, rey emperador there's a scene where King Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon visit Charles and Isabella in Spain, and not only does Henry speak Spanish, they couldn't have picked a more Spanish-looking actor to play him 😂
@@anterionan4731 The funny thing is that Henry could indeed speak some Spanish, while Catherine obviously could too, so the two of them talking in Spanish to Charles is not that impossible, on the contrary. It has much more chance to happen than they speaking in English (because Charles never could) which happens in every English language production, eg. The Tudors. You mean Alex Brendemühl in CRE looked too Spanish? That is funny because he is actually of German descent. images.app.goo.gl/mwMxgvLzwiRBXupZ9 And with his fair skin, blue eyes and brown hair, he is no more Spanish looking than others who played Henry like the Irish Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Not to mention Eric Bana, now he is much more Spanish looking 😄
Love your content! Thanks For this❤❤❤

I've seen the first season but haven't been able to find the later episodes anywhere in any language, so thanks for uploading
Louis XV's hubris helped in toppling the French monarchy
A bit strange hearing Louis XV speaking in German :-) Couldn't they have had French actors and subtitles?
Well they don't speak in Latin in Gladiator either 🤷♀ It is usually the language of the origin country of the production that the actors speak
@@Lily1127channel Non queror si Latine loquantur in fabula "Gladiator"😄
