Processing & fermentation - Natural. The ripest cherries are hand-picked following strict guidelines. They are cleaned and sorted to make sure no immature coffee gets through. They are placed on raised beds to dry slowly (weather permitting) and raked constantly for an even and consistent result.
Impact - Housing and a school are provided for employees and their children, and meals are also provided for the children.
