- We are in Salento which is part of the coffee triangle here in Colombia, and the region where some of the best coffee in the world comes from. The coffee culture is so rich in this region that it is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site called “Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia”. Today, we are visiting a coffee plantation to learn the ENTIRE seed to cup process.

The ULTIMATE SALENTO COFFEE TOUR - we visited a coffee plantation in COLOMBIA
What a beautiful countryside Columbia has.
Yes it does 😍 Colombia has so many shades of green! Nice to see you here 👋
Wow! Really makes you appreciate your cup of coffee more! Such hard work 🙂 Thank you 😊
Yes it really does! Thanks for the great comment Janette 💜
The Best, I am also a coffee farmer from Gayo, Aceh, Indonesia. The spirit of protecting nature is economically beneficial
Colombia is passion!, Thanks for showing the beauty of my country
Our pleasure! So many beautiful areas with such diversity 😍
You know good coffee farm ??
We had amazing tour with you guys, tanks for share my job, our culture and also for highligth the farmer's job... You were amazing ☕✌️
Our pleasure! Thanks for the excellent and informative tour! You were an amazing guide 🙏
I was a judge for 16 years at the NY International Food show where I was mostly tasting everything at the show from Europe.
I also have lived in 7 different cultures, not just visited them for a day or 2, although I have been around the world many times.
Living in France now, I plan to move to another culture in 2025 since my husband died in 2024..
How things legally are organised and operate in each culture is the decoding that must be learned to be able to decide which one is best for you to use legally in the years to come. The world is changing and has changed. It's no longer what it was.
I hope this lovely couple will think about what they might learn on their travels that will help them in their futures should they ever need to work again.
Great video!! What a cool coffee experience and a way to learn more about the culture. 🤩
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. We learned so much from wonderful guide!
Beautiful country, beautiful people, beautiful tourists.
Bienvenidos a Colombia!
Gracias 🤗
Thanks for visiting us. Greetings from Popayán, Colombia! God bless you!🙏👏
Thank you so much!!
Wow, just an amazing video, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I love Daniel's reminder to always think about how many hands it takes for your one cup of coffee! Salute!
A marvellous adventure, very interesting and uplifting too 🌻🌞 Lovely video ☕☕☕☕☕
Thanks for such a wonderful comment friend! Hope you’re doing well 💜
Waoooo...excellent production of video. The experience of making fresh coffee ☕️ is excited
Thanks for the awesome feedback Mario 🙏
while i definitely enjoyed the daily posts, and a couple of times actually was behind watching your videos, please don't forget to actually have fun (and don't get stress or burnout cause of us)
we're absolutely fine with weekly or bi-weekly posts :)
i actually wasn't even a fan of travel vlogs till mid pandemic when i accidentally stumbled on yours and another couple's vlogs from my country, now i watch both religiously
love you guys, you're the best!
Thanks for making our day Cris 🥰 Yes daily videos was way too much! I am too much of a perfectionist to try and do daily vlogs and they have done poorly so we are taking a step back. We still want to post twice a week at minimum. Thanks for all the love 🙏

Wow... what a wonderful experience and beautiful landscape (your aerial shots are unbelievable - cant imagine all the work that goes with merging all these different shots) ... so different to Bogota..... Did you pick enough beans to serve one cup of coffee for you and Tommy? They should definitively hire you to pick coffee beans.... 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks so much Pedro 🙏 It was so much fun to drone in nature again! Yes we really wouldn't make it as a coffee picker 😂 Not even close to a cup of coffee 🤦♂️
My dream vacations. Going to a place with coffee farms & tobacco for cigars. I only wish life were longer so I could do it again and again and again. Love the laid back nature of places like Colombia. Most people rush around and miss a good part of the world right in front of themselves. PJ
Great coffee process information and experience ...! Last scene in the jeep so cool ...! Bless you guys...!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the awesome support 🙏
Wow, what a spectacular experience. Definitely, I have to go. Thank you nice video

Great video, guys! My wife and I are planning to visit Salento and Coroca Valley in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the tips. Cheers!
Someone should start a co-op that pays the plantation owners and workers a higher wage. Beautiful countryside and thank you for giving awareness of the process
it was great and more good experiences from there, i love it.
and now i've knew about green bean from colombia and the enviroment such as indonesia ,, there a lot of more intresting views❤❤❤
Because I'm decidedly NOT a cat person, thank you for putting local dogs in your videos. (So many documentarians put images of cats in their videos that it's become trite.) That--and the quality of your vlogs and narration--are refreshing. Thanks for what you do.
The real coffee region is Armenia,Pereira,Manizales( It's sourrandings)Yeah,Salento too.I was born there, although I grew up between New York and Paris, there's no way USA or France would match, the Colombian beauty.
I've seen many creators, but this Couple is deffinite the best.Ça C'est vrai,Ça que J' veut dire.
Great Video, When visiting Colombia you can order from café Miralindo online shopping...

Nuestro Café ☕️ en Colombian Food EXPERIENCE en ocala Florida los Espera
So informative and fun video.
Thanks Mom 🤗
It is seen there are big tree along with other small bushes tree which I guess may be the coffee tree? Would you please let me know what are large tree and why they are there? Thanks
Is there a Colombian coffee that starts off using the dry or natural process, and finishes with the honey process?
Great video guys!
Its funny seeing this because im here right now, i found your youtube on the wall in the "brunch" restaurant 😂
😂🤣 this made our day! I remember Sammy attempting to draw on the wall 😂 Looks like it paid off. Glad you found our channel!
@@SammyandTommy Haha glad to have made your day! You got a new sub :)
At 3:06 that large leaf looks very much like a monstera, although I can't quite identify the red (likely a tree) bloom. A type of mimosa?
At 2:43, I think that's a variety of heliopsis (sunflowers), at 2:57 I'm pretty sure that's thumbergia, and at 3:05 that's definitely anthurium.
I looked it up, it's thumbergia alata.
I'm an American living in Santa Rosa Colombia coffee country I work coffee here and ship it to our farm in California.
Beautiful country I live in the mountain area you need to like thunderstorms the average temperature here is between 60° and 80° The sun will affect you a little more because of the elevation suggest you get an umbrella or a decent hat if you're out on a warm day. Leave your ego in the States and when in Columbia live like a columbiano.
Bogota like living in New York 9 million people don't like it. Medellin San Francisco 2 and 1/2 million more expensive , 1:33 but very nice if you stay out of the American areas you won't overpay.
I explore Columbia by taking buses if we arrived in a small town I liked I would just get off the bus take my bag and spend a few days. The drivers were shocked for example a bus or Medellin to Santa Rosa $21 maybe $25 try to avoid American hotels in Medellin you can stay in a hotel for $140 a night I stand one or have breakfast in a decent room $21 a night no one speaks English but you can use your Google translation and survive.
What kind of coffee available 😊
salento es bonito
💞 realmente es!
If you want to know the most traditional fair or festival in COLOMBIA, you have to visit Medellin in August to enjoy "THE FLOWERS FAIR" *(LA FERIA DE LAS FLORES)* the only fair on the planet where the protagonist is flowers and COLOMBIA is the country with the most species and variety. of flowers on the planet.
Someone else mentioned that festival and it looks amazing 😍 Thanks for the awesome suggestion!
I was Thinking it, You said it. LOL let the Gringos pick the Coffee For Free! LOL! Heck I would Love to be there and Pick their Coffee for Free.
