Had this for my first dance at my wedding! And there was so many but it was always gonna be luther! Thing is my first ever song that really stuck with me and loved which obviously wouldn't of work for a wedding first dance was give me the reason! What a track. I was about 12 years old, found a cassette my brother had recorded of my uncle and stole it and loved give me the reason! Alot of the songs and artists I like when growing up are from my brother which my friends were never familiar with and who used to take the piss out of me but I love and still love that era of music! 80's and early 90's.
The 1st time i saw Luther was at Hammersmith Odeon the "Give Me The Reason" tour,i when i went to buy the tickets the line was right round to the back of the Odeon so i asked the guy on the door would i get tickets,he said join the line now and you will get tickets,i was about 20 rows back when he said ok no more tickets i was gobsmacked so i went up to the main door and told him he said i would get tickets,he took me straight into the room behind the counter and got me 4 tickets,anyway the tbc
