Thank you for keeping the locations private on your adventures. I’ll never understand why everyone can’t be respectful and responsible. Even if it was determined that the cost to repair exceeded the value of the home all of those cabinets, chandeliers, light fixtures, even the wood floors can be removed and donated to Habitat or other charities before the home is razed. Sometimes people just suck.
Beautiful home. I would of loved to see it decorated. The September 12th newspaper made me so sad. You’re so respectful when you visit abandoned places, thank you for that. We have a home that the bank claimed and I would hope if anyone visited it they would be kind to it.
It looked like maybe a set up for assisted living. It's perfect for that. It could have also been a mansion built for a whole family with different apartment areas. Cool I wish I knew the address or builder. Beautifully built. Mother Nature did a Woolsey on it though.
I love the fact that when it comes to some properties you do not tell the location. I agree on leaving places the way they were abandoned. However, you leave to many clues when taking pictures. It took about two minutes to find out where this house was located.
The things hanging in the attic are plumbing hangers. The pipes sit in the rounded part of the hanger and can be adjusted up or down on those threaded rods.
I found the sales listing for this home. It was up for sale about a month before the tornado came thru, then removed from market several months later. Apparently all of the kitchens were built for extended family, and also for live-in maid, etc. There was a photo of that beautiful glass dining room table. It was very elegant, as was the entire home. Such a shame. I hope at some point someone would buy it and renovate it.
This house is right down the street from mine. Many houses were damaged like this, but I think the reason it’s still standing is because it was for sale at the time of the tornado.
Those things hanging down that you said looks weird to you those are for piping...to hold up water pipes . Stay safe , stay healthy out there my friend 😷👍🏽 !!! Thanks for sharing 🤙🏽🇬🇺🇲🇵🤙🏽!!!
Thank you for sharing. You should really wear masks. That black mold is not healthy. You may not feel the effects now, but you may in later years. Please be safe.
Love the architecture. I such a shame with the vandalism. Makes you wonder if the place was deemed too unsafe to let the owners back onto the property since those pictures and certificates were left. So sad such personal important items were left behind. Thanks for sharing.
Did he say subscribers have been damaging these houses? I’m glad they keep locations private! I don’t understand why ppl feel the need to damage such beautiful stunning buildings and houses. It’s saddening 😔 I thought by my age I would have been blessed enough to own a beautiful enchanting home of my own with a beautiful secret garden camouflaged into the surrounding landscape gardens and woods with a tall, huge brick and iron gate along the whole property and woods! The spirit in there is just as upset about the damage as you guys are. It was agreeing with you that it’s terrible. You can hear it say “wow” at 2:26 ..fairly loudly, too. Like right into the cameras mic. 2:32 “yeah” after he said theres like 100 kitchens, you’ll see em everywhere 3:08 it said “with” 3:09 “no keys” ..the no keys part will sound fast & high pitched/robotic almost. 3:50 “awful” at the cast with blood on it 3:59 “oh sh*t” after he says this one’s falling down (the trees are all busted) up 4:18 “hates” 4:59 “it’s f**king terrible” this sounds like static, but it isn’t 5:00 “happy, happy. 5:04 so happy here” it’s confused because the place is in such a bad state, but you guys are excited about it. ..again sounds just like static. Just loop it on highest volume with earbuds on you’ll hear it.. it gets clearer and clearer the more you ignore what the guys are saying and focus on the static sound. When y’all were in the office it was asking you to stop touching the pictures, but there’s no way you’d be able to hear it. Like right now at 10:05 it’s saying “can you ..get out.. now” I hear it loudly, most people won’t hear it at all. Unfortunately. 11:36 “look!” 11:57 “help”
8:20 FYI...”architectment” isn’t a word and that certificate frame still has the sheet in it from the store. Even says $11.99 on it. In no way does this imply the owner was an architect 😂😂. Great video though.
This is amazing. The newspaper from 9/11?! Insane. I wish we knew what happened to the people that lived there, what happened after the tornado? What are they doing now?
Dallas was hit by a tornado in november 2019. Is this in Dallas? Edit: saw news paper. Edit 2: found it. Not going there, however. Edit 3: the pics on zillow and now is night and day. holy cow. edit:4 I'd guess it would take a million or two to bring the home back from its current condition. edit 5: 15:14 looks like renovation attempts were made by the fresh drywall on the ceiling.
I know of ppl who plan on living in the same home forever, will convert it while they have money to be handicap-able. So as they grow old, or out of money the house will already be livable. So most don’t have to go to “old homes” or move in with their children.
That black mold at 17:04 is so dangerous for you. That stuff causes long term health damage, mentally and physically. Wear a respirator if you do these things man, its not safe to breathe. Don't ignore it.
I don't know where this is, but 4 million would not build this home where I live. I don't understand this one at all! There are so many persona itemsl, memories...plans to their house. Even if they couldn't bear to come back in themselves and had no family to do this, they could have hired someone to. They must have had insurance, sold off high end items built into the home instead of having someone tear it to pieces.. So many questions. Is there more to the story of this house?
You guys should see you can get ahold of any family members and see if they know about stuff left behind and see if they want the stuff and if not see if they'd give you permission to save the stuff and donate to real museums and nonprofit organizations that are well established and maybe selling a few low priced items to put back into your channel to help cover costs for doing this. I don't think I could do what you all do especially when it comes to family pictures and seeing things that the kids and Grandkids made just left behind knowing here was a Mom and or Grandma that held onto some funky looking things and she displayed them with so much care and love it's so heartbreaking when you go into some of these places and everything is still there things that meant everything to you and not one of your kids, grandkids, family members or vandals wanted anything. That's when I wish you good guys that do these shows would go ahead and save priceless art, antiques, old books etc.
That was a picture frame for a diploma. It was the stock photo, not “certificate of architecture” lol. It even has the price tag on the stock photo. They may not be architects lol.
The home was a beautiful home at one time such a waste to see this house just go untouched and let go like it is it’s has lots of sunlight and beautiful windows
It’s so sad to see such a beautiful house vandalized
De quién era? Porque no la arreglaron?
Then buy it and do renovation for children legacy pay it $350.000 and other $350.000 for renovation

The before pictures of the home was absolutely beautiful. The main area was all marble
I will have to try and see if I can track it down. I can only imagine.
@@BigBankz where is it
The silver things hanging in the attic are pipe hangers....mainly used for water lines to allow them to move with pressure
The original pictures of this house is amazing! I know it may cost a lot to fix but it would definitely restore it if I could it’s beautiful!
it would probably be better to be torn down because if family cared about it they would of saved it. plus there is mold everywhere!
Interesting floorplan . I think you hit the nail on the head with " I think he was an Architect "
so many kitchens, that's weird.
the staircase area is so beautiful.

I love all the windows, and pillars this place doesn't look very old at all.
Apparently this place is owned by a insurance company and going to be sold in a insurance auctioned. Edit: my grandparents live in this neighborhood
Hi +Buttdreads did your grandparents know the people who lived in this mansion, when did the tornado go happen?

Blue prints cost $$$$ to be done! They are so important in the building process! Surprised that they were left behind!

It's really sad 😥 how that tornado destroyed that beautiful mansion
I passed by this mansion the other day. Thanks for the upload I've been wondering it looked like on the inside.
That’s a mother in law suite. It’s for an elderly and or handicapped person.
This is so cool when I'm big I want to see Mansions like this it hurts to see it destroyed I wish I could live there.
Wow that's devastating.. I was wondering what happened to the roof. I can only imagined what it looked like in it's prime. Awesome explore and video!

Beautiful mansion.... maybe there was separate areas for relatives and friends to stay!
So sad the tornado ripped through it wiped the whole house!
I wonder who owned the house because this house is absolutely gorgeous and is still pretty in tact
