Hey BigBankz, I love this house, as a homeowner back in the 80's, this place is so cool. I know a lot does not make sense to you but makes perfect sense to me. The small room with the carpet, was a storage room, a crawlspace, in place of an attic. yes, a walk-in closet in the green room, again the secrete room, was just a crawlspace. sorry. the house was amazing, thank you so much for showing us, brought back memories for me. love from N.Y.
Woah..seriously?so you're in 40's I guess..personally,I thought these mansion are in pretty good conditions..there are no serious damages, the rooms in there also very clean even it is abandoned for a while already..

@@mars2melodythomas716 I'm 41 and was born in 1982. People in their 40s are too young to have owned a house in the 1980s under normal circumstances as it’s incredibly rare for someone under 18 to own a home. That house is so close to the house I grew up in it’s crazy. But those “secret rooms” are just the left over spaces on those houses that had a lot of angles, kinda like an attic that was used for extra storage. I use to get in those and hide stuff from my parents lol
I like seeing that actually that houses built in the 80s are standing up pretty good. You usually think of them as being flimsy in comparison to the older homes. This one had a lot of nice features. I really like the fireplace in the family room. I love the curve of the brick and the color, too. It's a real shame that they're going to tear this nice home down.
Such a shame that a place that beautiful is sitting empty and unused. Just think of how many families who would be elated to have a fraction of this place to call home. I'm surprised at the lack of graffiti in the house. Thank you for taking us on this adventure. ❤❤
Beautiful house. Those kitchen cabinet doors & wine rack are all oak. The tile on the counters was very handy for setting hot cooking pans, etc used to be lots of tile kitchen counters in CA before granite became so popular.
I really enjoyed the tour of this 80s family house. It reminds me a lot like the movie, Poltergeist. It has similar style and features. The kitchen with the tile bench, the breakfast nook, and the curve stairs. Im very surprised that it is very clean, no mould or any sign of decay. It is shame that it will be demolished. It could have been renovated and make it a home again. Thanks for the video.
What a shame someone will tear it down. It's a beautiful home in great shape. It just needs some updating. And yes, those are heat lamps in the bathroom. This could easily become a family home.
Has anyone else noticed that the outside shots of the house are a completely different house from the inside shots? First big tip off is the garage is on the wrong side of the house. Also, the windows are all different and/or boarded up on the outside shots. From the inside shots, this house has mature trees growing all around it, yet in the outside shots there are no trees. And of course, there's a pool and a basement visible from the outside shots. Something strange is afoot.

I’d definitely live there… an 80’s home is what I built, on a much smaller scale. That’s huge, I’d LOVE the space. Sad they will demolish a perfectly good house.
It makes you wonder where these people went. This house abandoned made me feel sad. It’s very clean. In 1981 they still built houses pretty well. I hate that this house will be torn down. The yard out back looked pretty. To me this is such a waste. Tearing this down and building something in its place is pure greed. Those ceiling things on that last bathroom were definitely for heating. I kept showing my husband the Chinese characters, asking what they meant. He’s Chinese but very Americanized so he had no clue, lol. The first character in that first room looked like horse to him. Thanks for bringing these videos to us. The house I live in was built the same year as this one. Ours is about half this size, but I see so many similarities. So, first of all, those closet doors are called bi-fold doors. Yes, kitchen counter tops with tile were a thing. Also, fabrics that matched wallpaper was a thing. I don't think the carpeting is true shag - that went out in the '70's. It is probably very plush, though. And homes used to use very nice wood for doors, trim, etc, and so of course it was stained & finished (brown wood). Usually, I'm not a fan of brick houses, but this one looks really nice, inside and out. It does look move in ready, but the electrical, and plumbing, are definitely not up to code
Can't believe that they are demolishing this place. It has some amazing features and is very clean. Beautiful wood flooring, staircase and the layout is great. it could really be fixed up nice with a few renovations. such a shame.
Another wonderful video! I was excited to watch this today! It has always frustrated me that in America, we tear down awesome stuff that we could clearly just update and get a family in! I mean this house is SWEET! Nice property that has just sat there empty 40 years. I have always thought we should give people some tax credits or something if they would buy older stuff like this and fix them up and move in, instead of just tearing stuff down. It's so sad we just discard barely used homes in this country.
Still a beautiful home. Sad it will be torn down. The mint green room, I wonder if that was the home school room? Those are heat lamps. Wonderful after you get out of the tub/shower.
The “secret” rooms seem to be in place of an attic since there’s no basement. Not a lot of space but still good enough to hold any miscellaneous items. Very nice home though, would’ve been amazing to see it renovated and lived in

This house is 70 Archerhill Court, Aurora, Ontario, Canada. It is part of a small cul-de-sac that was bought up (NOT seized!) to be redeveloped. The stuff about the criminality of the former owners is fake news. Your walkthrough is not even of this house. You'll see windows from the inside that do not correspond to anything on the outside of this house. Also, some of your looks outside windows show lush vegetation, which has been cleared from the remaining houses per the drone videos. It appears the interior shots are from a house in a different neighborhood as the exterior shots.

The wood around the fireplace is eighter Mahogany or Oak. Or even a possibility Maple
I love the blue color 💙 😍
Beauty. Hope you are enjoying yourself here in Canada 🇨🇦.
More explorations Please..
Yep....heat lamps in the bathroom ceiling.... actually, work pretty good!!
Incredible video and house 🏠🏡
Stunning ❤
Those wooden floors are incredible ❤
I have that exact same intercom system in my house right now. It still works perfectly.
Very nice home though, would’ve been amazing to see it renovated and lived in
Damn BB . I love your movies💙. U are the best. Semper fi bro
What a shame to demolish that house. It wouldn't need that much to bring it up to a really nice place.
I just found your channel today. Ive been binge watching your videos. Thanks for taking me along with you on your explorations!!
P.S.
What's with you & statues? Every time you see a ledge or shelf you say "you could put a statue here!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I really like how they seem to act surprised though out the showing of these homes when they already explored them before filming 🤣
N look at all the naive comments 😂. Im almost over the channel just after two videos. Its also a running theme that the guy recording tries to make everything, room, n all sad. Also just bc u find a place frozen in time doesnt mean the ppl froze too. He being curious about the kids, like uhhh maybe they grew up n moved on 😂.
Dude needs a mental evaluation for heavy depression😂
@@caldwell2253 That’s really uncalled for, seriously. If you don’t like his style move on, obviously a lot of others enjoy them. It’s ignorant & inappropriate to speculate on a stranger’s mental health based on two abandoned home commentary.
@@karenallen863 n is really uncalled for for u to comment on my comment if u disagree. U couldve moved on just as u suggested. Don't kno what make u think i stayed around. N i guarantee if this was not online u would not address me in person. Now move along karen
The wallpaper is the same in my bathroom, wow
Very nice and clean home as well.
That green I love. It was called in the 90s light apple green. I had it in my room when I was a kid. I was an 80s baby
I love how for a moment he was confused by the entertainment center and how it could fit a TV haha
My old house in the bonus room over the garage had extra spaces in it. My husband at the time when we bought it closed the extra spaces in for storage space. Nothing strange about it. Alot people do this.
Thank you. So much dishonesty going around on these channels for click bait. He's a Christian too. It makes genuine and truthful urban explorers look bad because of these dishonest click bait and made up stories. It's hard to tell what channels are being truthful. The same as people making up having paranormal activity in their properties with fake effects. No one will believe anything on channels anymore 😔
@@Mardi-Shorts-DevonGirlUK I think the Bible says something about bearing false witness against others? But if false witness isn't used, then how do you sell these videos?
Those little cubbyhole rooms were used for storage. We had them in the house I grew up in
that green which you weren't sure about the colour, is similar to my bathroom its called mossy stone in uk.
Love the video... Dated sheikh. I am in another dimension. Keep up the good work. please publish more.
So heartbreaking a beautiful home isn't being used..
It's beautiful As Is😊
What you call a screct room. Are really spaces to get to roof leaks, washer and dryer hook ups, etc. My bonus room had several in it. When the house was built. Yes you can use them for storage space, illegal hiding of things, etc. We had a friend that made one of theres in a play room for the kids. So there bedrooms would stay clean.
At 4:32 what moved the door?
