    I made it yesterday, came out perfect.
    I used all purpose flour.
    I put all six pieces in a big loaf pan. Thanks for the recipe 😘😘😘😘

    Hi I tried this recipe, substituting a few things and it came out amazing just like yours. Thank you so much.
    Some substitutes I used were:
    - I used instant yeast instead of active dry yeast. I added the instant yeast to the flour, sugar and salt and then added the water
    - I used plain flour instead of bread flour
    - I used margarine instead of butter
    With all these substitutes the bread still turned out really good.
    One thing though was that the dough was a bit sticky after I added the margarine and started kneading but I dusted my surface with flour and this issue was all sorted.
    Hope this helps someone else out

      Thanks for your feedback. Because we don't really have bread flour where I live.

    Thank you so much for this recipe. Quick question, what should i do differently if i am using rapid rise instant yeast?. Also, if i need to make 4 pans, do i just double the recipe including the yeast? Thank you

    Sorry, I tried this and the dough where so sticky. 300g of bread flour is the correct amount of flour? I followed the recipe exactly as it appears. Even the amount of dough un the vídeo seems to be the double of what i get doing the recipe.

      Hi, I’m sorry to hear that.
      I used the recipe as shown. My pans are quite small.
      If your batter is very sticky it’s okay to add a little flour while kneading.
      Are you using bread flour?

      I tried it with mama gold flour, multipled everything by 5. The flour was 1.5kg but it didn't rise after baking

    can i ask, what the difference between recipes that use egg and those that dont? I see some dont use egg and some that use 1 and other a few . also i see some let the dough rise twice

      It depends on the type of bread you want i guess. This like agege bread and and the one that use egg are mostly dinner rolls but it depends on you.i think with this,you add one egg. I don't think it will change it

      If u have time, u can let your dough proof twice if you want the bread to stay long but this recipe is probably something u and ur family can finish once so why go tru d stress ryt? 😀

    How long did you leave the bread for before putting it in the oven? Approximately. I don't feel like my bread is rising as much as yours.

      In a warm place, 1-3hrs depends on where you live. Cover with a dish cloth and place it in the oven without turning it on if everywhere else is cool. Or in the microwave switched off!

      Yes, you can. You will want to proof your dough twice because bread flour has more protein than all purpose flour, which cause the dough to rise after proofing.

      If you’re in Nigeria, the flour sold at the local market is bread flour (Golden Penny) , but if you’re abroad you’ll definitely find bread flour in supermarkets

      Proof is leaving the dough to rest, which causes it to rise/increase in volume.

      comfort agbaji yes. Just keep kneading until it comes together. It it’s still too sticky you can add a little flour to the surface or oil
