I make dough in the standing mixer but the dough will not come together (like honey comb as i have seen others making) in the hook. I use exactl measurement as given and yet it will stick to all over the mixer jar. Could you please suggest me what is the mistake i am making.
Best of all, I can watch any other video while the 2min30 ads playing before the actual video in which I am interested in-because there must be a better way to present a learning you tube video other than starting with a long commercial ad.

Followed exact instructions and it is indeed way to sticky and sloppy. It never comes together. Makes it impossible to work with. Bad recipe with wrong measurements. A other youtube fail.

For those of you who only have all-purpose flour. You can make bread flour with it. Just take a cup of all-purpose flour and take out two tablespoons of flour back out of the cup and add two tablespoons of Corn Starch. For each cup of flour repeat this step. And you then have Bread Flour.
as the other person said this makes cake flour which has less gluten content than all purpose which already has less gluten than bread flour. if you don't have bread flour just use all purpose, it won't be as soft but it'll be fine

You can add more flour. But you have to add little by little.
