    You should put a hook on the tool to grab the top from going into the drink

      You should add a bottle opener at the top

    Love mine and love the tab-up tip. For anyone complaining about the top in the beer sometimes - remember the tab itself dips into the liquid in 99% of normal opens anyway- if you're that worried about it -wipe top off prior to using... and live a little dangerously! Life is short and I say support entrepreneurs acting and adding to life's pleasures instead of just complaining all the time - can't please all the people all the time but supply and demand dictates, some will buy, some won't who cares , next. :)

    I didn't see anywhere on the website to give you guys a review, and I don't have social media, but for anyone watching this and thinking about buying it, GET YOU ONE! Don't waste your time and money on the knock off you can buy on Amazon. They don't work. They leave you frustrated and covered in beer. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

    I’ve had both good and bad luck using the Draft Top. Hopefully these tips and tricks will help. You make it look too easy! I’ll also make sure I don’t have a defective one, as you mentioned in your first video.

    Your earlier version seemed better. Had jimping on the sides to get a good grip and didn't seem to lock open or closed which seems unnecessary since locking the device isn't necessary to open a can. Also this device gets slippery after opening more than one drink and the lack of grip combined with the locking into place makes the device jump out of your hand when opening it up to use (like it did in your other video). I put rubberized grip tape on the sides one holds and it's helped a decent amount with those issues. I hope you take all of this into consideration when making the next iteration and maybe adding a bottle at the top where it says draft top since that just seems to be a waste of plastic and space for mere branding. Great idea guys just wish it was better designed like your older version. Cheers guys!

    I ordered a two pack, and was a little disappointed at first. I had opened the first DraftTop, and it wasn't consistent and took a lot of effort to get the lid off. A few months later I opened the second one, and holy crap what a difference. I was originally twisting 8-12 times, the second one gets it off in a quarter turn no problem. I'm a bit bummed my first one was defective, but the second redeemed it completely!

      why not? your mouth touches the lid anyway what difference does it make?

      @@fallios the inside of the can is coated to avoid a chemical reaction. The entire exterior of the lid? Not so. I don't like my beer soaking with raw aluminum.

    Would be nice if you could somehow figure out how to make the top come off with the tool when you remove the tool. Prevents from having to use your fingers to remove the top. Just a thought. Idk anything about engineering, so that might not be possible

    Bought two on Amazon - I think they are knock-offs - all black, logo is wrong and 2 out of 4 of the cutting wheels don't turn. Returning.

    After ordering several (as gifts etc) & trying before gifting, I'm gonna give it a 2 out of 5. It isn't as easy as it appears. I'll admit a GREAT IDEA, but the product itself fails (for me) & I've got tons of beer can experience after tending bar 15+ years. I'm gonna keep at it & try to perfect it so I'll update my comment if needed. Would I reorder... No.

    • @TheDraftTop
      @TheDraftTop  3 года назад

      The Draft Top® was specifically designed for most standard 8-16ozaluminum beverage cans and some 19oz cans with standard tops. It does not work on crowlers, 24oz tallboys, 8oz Redbull, the Sam Can or soup cans. There are certain regions of the world that produce different can lids and some are not compatible with this tool. The can diameters that fit are 50mm to 54mm. That includes Seltzer like Truly & Whiteclaw cans.
