This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Ironwood.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,040 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

They sure didn't design that kitchen very well. The oven is in the living room and the sink is a mile from the stove. Nice house otherwise.

I agree! You abt have to walk half way the home from the sink to the stove!! Those need to be closer! Also that furnace out in the hallway with NO DOOR!!! YUCK! THAT NEEDS A DOOR!!!
It's not that it would not grow on my but definitely weird
I would cut those shelves in about half in the laundry room and put a door in that wall!! That way there could be a covered breezeway to a garage out that end. There are other changes I'd make but this house is gorgeous!! I give it an 8/10 overall.

I do love this home. My only changes would be to enclose the office space with a door or French doors. And put some type of door covering on the furnace. The kitchen layout was interesting. My only concern (for me personally, because I’m such a klutz 🥴), is I don’t know if I could make it from the stove to the kitchen sink with a pot of water (to drain)…again, I’m a self-proclaimed klutz 🤦♀️. The sink in the pantry/laundry room might be closer to the stove. 😂 In looking back, I think I have been with you almost from the beginning. I had been looking at mobile homes for a while and I learned a lot watching your channel. I did end up purchasing an older mobile home in 2020, in a senior park. I describe my house hunt as I knew what I dreamed of, yet God knew what I needed and in the end, those needs were exactly what I wanted. I love my mobile home!
I would put the stove & oven in the island.

I noticed that too, that the oven is really far away from the sink and island. I would put the oven closer and opt for more counter space. I'm glad these homes can be designed to your specifications you like that even make it more affordable! Thank you Chance! Good Job!

9/10 - Exterior - Gorgeous, but the white skirt is a no.
1/10 - Entry - No closet, no points.
9/10 - Kitchen - Beautiful! Well staged, love the cabinets and countertop choices. Island would have been better with same surface as the countertop. Love the windows above the sink, the ceiling is gorgeous!
7/10 - Dining - good amount of space.
7/10 - Bed 1 - It's a bedroom.
7/10 - Bed 2 - it's another bedroom.
12/10 - M Bed - it's another bedroom but bigger. lol Walk-in-closet is amaaaaazing! +5 bonus points!
7/10 - Bath 1 - it's a bathroom. Counter is nice
9/10 - M Bath - Love that the double sinks each have their own space! Excellent amount of storage, and the shower looks lovely!
10/10 - Living/Grand Room - Love the beams, lots of light, nicely staged, love the fireplace!
5/10 - Office - Nicely staged, but poor privacy for working.
9/10 - Laundry - Wow. I was not expecting that combo of pantry/laundry. I'm here for it! I wouldn't keep anything in there that wasn't in a jar or can, but it's still a good bit of space!
92/120 - Definitely would live in! Tons of space, lots of light, and flexible options for some of the areas (office would totally be turned into a Walk-in closet area!)
8:27 It's a pantry and a laundry room. We have that same set up at our house too. One side is the pantry and the other side of the room is the laundry area.
The kitchen is for appearance only. There’s NO WAY someone with a family that does ANY KIND of cooking designed that. The house is beautiful, but that kitchen blew it for me.
My husband and I have been binge watching you for the past week or two. We adore you - you do an amazing job showing the homes and you make us giggle with your crazy personality. I LOVE the pantry dance ❤️ although I like your original song better.

** a huge kitchen is wonderful, but with your little sand toys all around, you don’t wanna trip or spill coming from the oven/stove to the island or sink. Think… pasta for that Mack and cheese. Walking with that boiling water to the sink to drain the water out.

Good layout. The size of the rooms is quite sufficient. Excellent sized kitchen and laundry room. Huge terrace. The finishing is of course the cheapest, but this can be fixed.

Love this one! Chance you need to show inside of some cabinets & drawers. I know you use to and some complained, but show a couple just not all of them. I miss seeing inside space. Thank you & may God bless you in your travels.
I love the kitchen as a mom of 2 boys love it! Some people do not but I love the space. My boys are energetic and on rainy days this space would be awesome for them to take out some energy, they like to play indoor soccer with the indoor hoverballs so this area is perfect! I would make some changes as some have discussed to make is the dream home but I like it as is and would definitely be blessed if I could own this home as is and with time make the changes necessary. I would make the office a mudroom slash office by inclosing this area with French doors and inside leaving the desk area but building shelves on the right with hooks and shoe storage for hanging up backpacks, coats and muddy shoes, boots etc. Then the 2nd change I would make would be to enclose the laundry room area with a pocket door so it is seperated from the pantry area. 3rd (but least necessary) instead of the windows in the livingroom and dining room I would change those out to large folding windows that act like doors to bring the outdoors in to join the whole livingroom and dining room areas with the outdoor deck! (dream big LOL).

I love this home. No vents in the floors and no wire racks. I would love to see tile of some sort in the master shower floor. All the windows in the kitchen and live room are perfect too!, thank you Chance for sharing this video!

The first thing I thought when you walk in is, it’s like being in a resort lobby. Not bad but just a feeling. And yes definitely a pantry laundry room combo without a doubt. Right where it should be off the kitchen. And yes I like the decks on these houses as well. Great video Chance

I really love this one! That kitchen is 😍😍, and I like the pantry in the laundry room. The living room is a LITTLE bit small, but I think I'd just put a smaller table in and expand the living room space a bit more maybe. I like the office (though I'd put in a desk facing outside - don't want to miss the outside while working. Also, that master bathroom has everything I need!
BEAUTIFUL HOME
Holy cow, Chance, this one is a hair south of perfect!!! The plethora of windows, the white shaker cabinets, the neutral wall paint, the free-standing tub & the huge shower, the DRAWERS in the master bath, the fireplace, huge pantry & sink/faucet in the laundry space & the generous master closet with substantial shelving!!! Oh, and the deck!!! Did I mention the many WINDOWS!!! About the only thing I'd change is to add a pot filler over the stove since there's a football field between that & the kitchen sink. However, the utility sink is MUCH closer, so there's an option... Man, oh man, you got me going now!! GORGEOUS!!!
That fireplace looks awesome! The only drawback is the lay out of the kitchen. I like for my appliances to be kind of close together, not spread out through the dining area and living room! Like the deck, I can picture having cookouts there.
I have to tell you, Chance, I cheated on this one- after the video of the last in the series, I went and looked at all of them with the 3d viewer! Still, the tour is even better...such a cool house!
The laundry room would be perfect for the small appliance we all have and no place to store them.

The pantry / laundry area is what it is. An extra space for whatever you want to put there. Tools right on to extra food. I slso think it is possible to fit a small chest freezer in there.

I would use that shelving in the laundry room for linens like towels and sheets. I would also extend the shelves out about 2 more inches.

I really love this home!! I would opt in a small bar at that beam in the kitchen area across from the stove (since the stove is so far away). Otherwise it's a beautiful home. A shout out to the manufacturer, builders and Chance for sharing this gorgeous home with us ❤❤❤❤

Great Pantry space and laundry room. The ovens should be placed where the double cabinet is next to laundry room entrance and those cabinets where the oven currently is. Need Roller Skates to work in this kitchen.

This is one of the most amazing houses I've ever seen! Big, beautiful kitchen! The countertop on the island is really nice. That tray ceiling is pretty. I like the pantry/utility room. That master closet is everything. 😍 Fabulous master bath! I love this, I'd move in tomorrow! ❤

Hello Chance! It's a nice house overall, but without a lot of major changes, not for us.
I love the Office off the foyer! I'd close it off though; don't want an open office for anyone to get into! I love the wood-burning fireplace!! Being a big kitchen, there's room for my wheelchair. But unless I put it at the end where the oven and microwave are, there's No place for Grandma's China Cabinet - and to put it there, it will be in the living room!! So...there's not really a place for Grandma's China Cabinet - and that is a Deal Breaker for me! The microwave is as high where it's at as it would be above the cook stove! Which means it's too high for me, and I can't climb so can't reach it that way either. I don't like the Pantry being in the Utility Room; unless I have a way to close off the utility room. Also where is the water heater? You showed the furnace, but not the water heater. You also didn't show what was behind the main door in the guest bathroom. Floorplan doesn't say what it is, just shows there's a room, or linen closet, or something there. I do like that back deck/porch though. And the porch with the fireplace in it. Need to combine the two, which would make a perfect porch with part of it enclosed for year round use!
Good video for the most part, Chance. But, as I said, without a good place for Grandma's China Cabinet, the house isn't for us. Too bad! Lots of it I do like! See you later, Chance. God bless you and your family!
