Theres been an ad running on Irish tv about it, it shows a young guy, about 22, and his female boss whos late 50s at least, showing him how to do something on a computer by leaning across him, with both hands on his shoulders while he looks like he wants to crawl out of his skin. Then it says something like 'this is also harassment'
There is also domestic violence coming from women, but if a man claims he was raped or beaten by a woman all he will get is a laugh.

I am in senior leadership at a Fortune 500 company and my boss is on the executive leadership team. She made comments to me about my appearance and how that benefits me with leading my team, which are all females. Directly afterwards she openly stated that if she had said that as a man / me a woman / my team men, that wouldn't fly, but until the paradigm shifts she's going to enjoy the "female" privilege.
It's this power dynamic that's the reason for why history continues to repeat itself.

@Jessica S Grassroots movements are excellent. Do not let Republican vs Democrat and the associated indoctrination, or hatred of unwelcome neighbours, set your agenda. Focus on what you and your neighbour agree on. It should also help avoiding getting bogged down trying to solve things you can't stop anyway like your grandkids living on Mars right here. That's my philosophy of practical civic and political betterment.
