I really enjoyed the video but It's amazing how few people have heard of the banned Borlest books,I have a suggestion for those who train to read a book called "You are stronger than you think".the book contains secrets about the hormone (testosterone), which is very important for building muscles, it also contains things that fitness trainers and influencers will never tell you

Abs are revealed in the kitchen but built through direct and indirect training. Your take on insulin is not quite accurate. Your body needs insulin. The idea is not to have sustained insulin spikes. I've never eaten foods that had added sugars to minimize the insulin spikes. But insulin plays important roles in the body. If guys want to lose body fat they might try Intermittent Fasting (IF) or almost the same thing, Time Restricted Eating (TRE). The idea is to contain the window of eating to one period. The fasting can help you burn body fat as fuel. But as you say, you must be in a calorie deficit to burn fat. The body will adapt to cardio so may find that you won't lose fat as well and burning stored fat as fuel which IF can help you do. I grew up extremely lean from being in gymnastics by age 4. I also trained my body for the sport and abdominals especially (for all sorts of reasons not all for gymnastics). But abdominals are very easy muscles to build. They can be trained for hypertrophy so that they become more 3D (popping out more). I've trained my abs most days all my life and I'm 22 now. Do heavy resistance abs exercises including hanging leg raises to bring out your abdominals. And if you can build enough abdominal muscle to keep the hanging leg raise from the L-sit as the starting place you'll maximize the gains. I grew up as a little kid doing hanging leg raises from the uneven bars the girls use. You hang from the lower bar so that your butt is only a few inches above the mat. Then you do your hanging leg raises from that position--it eliminates momentum and puts most of the work on the abdominals. But yes--abs are easy to BUILD but as you say burning the fat the covers the abdominals will reveal them. BUT here's a motivational tip--if you really build up quality abdominal muscle you will see them soon even with a bit higher body fat %. You'll notice guys who are bulking but also have very well abdominals and they still show their "packs" with a bit higher % body fat. Those are my additions to your video.
