I like that you weren't afraid to put The Batman over Dark Knight. Here's my list 8. Batman & Robin 7. Batman 1989 6. Batman Forever 5. Batman Returns 4. Dark Knight Rises 3. The Dark Knight 2. Batman Begins 1. The Batman
Great list with some really well-put takes! Here’s mine (all theatrical films, don’t kill me Snyder fans…): 1. Batman Mask Of The Phantasm 2. The Batman 3. The Dark Knight 4. Batman ‘89 5. Batman The Movie (1966) 6. Batman Begins 7. Batman Returns 8. The Dark Knight Rises 9. Batman Forever 10. The Lego Batman Movie 11. Batman: The Killing Joke 12. Batman & Robin 13. Zack Snyder’s Justice League 14. Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice 15. Justice League
Not bad! Here’s how I would rank them (Unfortunately haven’t seen Adam West’s Batman, and FORTUNATELY haven’t see The Killing Joke)… 1. Dark Knight- A 2. Batman Begins- A- 3. Batman ‘89- B+ 4. Mask of the Phantasm- B+ 5. The Batman- B+ 6. Dark Knight Rises- B+ 7. Lego Batman movie- B 8. Zack Snyder’s Justice League- C+ 9. Batman Forever- C 10. Batman Returns- either C- or D+, depends on the day 11. Josstice League- D+ 12. Batman and Robin- D- (too funny to give an F) 13. Batman vs Superman- F
Interesting ranking. I don't agree with some placements at all, but I can see why you and other people can enjoy them. This is my ranking (with ratings): #01. The Batman (10/10) #02. The Dark Knight (10/10) #03. Batman Begins (9/10) #04. The Dark Knight Rises (9/10) #05. Tim Burton's Batman (8/10) #06. Batman Returns (8/10) #07. Batman Forever (5/10) #08. Batman & Robin (3/10) I can't rank the other ones, because I have not seen them.
I don't count Justice League, either version. They are ensemble team movies. It just doesn't feel right. My raking as follows: 12.Batman & Robin 11.Batman Returns 10.Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (either version; I am one of the few who feels the ultimate edition is better, but not by much. The movie is still convoluted, overlong, and I still have to put up with Eisenberg.) 9.Batman '66 8.Batman Forever 7.Batman '89 6.The Batman (I love this film, but it is a bit too long and I honestly found some shots a little too dark. Still, I am excited to see where things are headed) 5.Batman: Mask of the Phantasm 4.The Lego Batman Movie 3.Batman Begins 2.The Dark Knight 1.The Dark Knight Rises (it's my favorite because it gave me closure, and I needed that after Dark Knight ended.) I also love Return of the Joker, Gotham by Gaslight, Soul of the Dragon, Under the Red Hood, The Dark Knight Returns, The Long Halloween, and Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And I also feel Joker should count. If I put it on my list, it would be above The Batman and under Mask of the Phantasm. Edit: So, I watched Zack Snyder's Justice League again. And unlike the theatrical version, I would include this version as a Batman film, as Bruce's arc drives the whole movie. I was being unfair to the Snyder cut originally because when I first watched it, all I saw was a longer version of the theatrical cut. I was very exhausted during my first viewing (been car shopping that day), and that tainted my experience. Watching it again, it's not even an comparison: the Snyder cut is way, WAY better, and I regret being so cold towards it initially. I am not against Snyder returning should he want to. I would put his Justice League right under The Batman.
My list. ADAM WEST series 10/10Loved almost every episode! BATMAN (1989) 7/10 Cut them some slack. It was a transition film. ..... RETURNS ✝10/10✝ Like LETHAL WEAPON 1, fell into no extremes. ✝ .... FOREVER 5/10It could have been worse I guess. .... & ROBIN 3/10 Doh! I shouldn't have said that. BATMAN & SUPERMAN 1997 8/10Mr. J. and HQ forever! RETURN OF THE JOKER 9/10Better than it was supposed to be. RETURN TO THE BATCAVE 10/10We can't count this. What? We can? BATMAN BEGINS 7.5/10 Not what I was expecting. But I was good with it. DARK KNIGHT 7/10Watchable, yes. But I didn't want 2nds. ROTCC (2016) 10/10I waited for this reunion. BM VS TF 10/10 Nice to see you in action one last time Mr. West. JOKER 9/10At one point, we had to understand the evil in the story. THE BATMAN No interest. It's WOKE. And it does NOT like Batman.
Good list, I guess. Only disagreement is I would put BvS as low tier with the poor villain portrayals (doomsday was disgraceful), Batman 89 top tier because it was a fantastic story behind it and it contributions to the Batman lore and put Batman beyond mid tier because may be a beautiful made move…. Val Kilmer as Batman was trash. Change my mind I dare yeah
Val Kilmer was great as Bruce Wayne, even better than Keaton or Pattinson;he had the looks and the cold awkwardness that makes Bruce Wayne such a complex and interesting character. Kilmer wasn't the best Batman but as Bruce Wayne it was only beaten by Affleck and Bale.
The Batman has to be the most overrated batman movie of all time!!! Horrible characters and weak plot, not to mention the runtime, that made the movie (besides the first 20 minutes) a predictable snooze fest and the utlimatede definition of "style over substance ".
Batman Forever in high rank is a big agree from me. I love Forever, and I'm glad that it's getting the respect it deserves.

Obviously I disagree, but I appreciate you checking out my ranking!
I agree it's ok not the best
