    Wow, big bump in editing quality. Wasn't bad before but you took a whole another level on effort in transitions, scripting and B-Roll. And fitting ones on top of that. Nice work. And yeah - the message in this video is also on point. :)

    Thank you! I teach my mental health clients about proper nutrition and fueling to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. So many people’s “mental health” issues are helped by food! It’s medicine. Thanks for teaching people to eat enough- so many believe “diet” means less calories!!

    Great post! Symptoms of undereating, for me, also apply to overtraining. Guess it's a matter of balancing nutrition, training and recovery to hit that sweet spot. Being a, u'm, older athlete, this balancing gets tricky. Love following you guys. Keep up the good work!

    Guys I wish I could find the way to say thank you for this post!!! I spent the whole morning wondering if waking up with heavy dizziness could be due to under eating. Putting all on the scale what you've mentioned I must increase my calories. My laundry is in the basket for 3 days and I get to the gym every day with high enthusiasm but the WOD feels horrible. Honestly! You are golden stars 🌟 🤩 🥰

    Great vid! "Brain Fog" is a huge sympton of Fructose Intolerance. I thought I knew alot about eating heathing...but... Just went through it with one of my kids, and realized I had it too! So grateful to have found you. I watched your macros video, so helpful.
    I discovered through another video the signs of too much fasting and boy was that me. Always cold, not hungry, not sleeping well, etc etc etc. So I started My Fitness Pal app and started trying to track what I ate during the day and I discovered I was not eating enough. I probably messed up and slowed down my metabolism to wear all of my healthy food is being stored in my abdominal area.
    Its been challenging trying to eat the calories I am suppose to eat.
    As a post menopausal woman I am terrified to gain more weight. More food equals more weight in my brain. Mindset is everything so I am just trying to eat the calories and trust that my body will figure it out and let the weight go once I prove to it that I qont starve it. Lol.
    The symptom that I have expressed even to my hormone doctor is waking up a lot through the night. I have had some nights in slept good so now I will look at my foods/calories and see if I can figure out a better base line for me.
    Thanks for your videos. I am not an athlete like you. Just a 52 yr old post menopausal woman that has been on a health journey for 15+ years that wants to continue to live a fit, healthy life and to be strong and confident woman living her best life!

    I think my biggest problem is 'snacking', I eat after I workout, and then if I eat more it tends to get turned into belly fat, so I try to stick to fruit as a snack, but sometimes a few slices of cheese and hot sauce.

    You should do a video of you going to the grocery store

    What percentage of fats, carbohydrates and protein should we eat if we want to lose weight? and how many calories are enough to cut to lose weight?

    • @Kristi-Eramo-OConnell
      @Kristi-Eramo-OConnell  2 года назад +1

      Great suggestion! there are simple calculations out there , but it is helpful to have someone who knows what they are doing. it is also going to matter what your goal is loose or gain weight, as well as your activity level!

      it often comes down to the types of foods you are eating! eating simple and clean, veggies, rice and meat can trun out to be a lot of actual food! its the processed foods and eating out that has tons of calories and may not even be that much actual food!

    may want to emphasize need to consult with a sport med physician if symptoms don't abate as it can indicate a more serious condition.

    the video content is good but yo chill on the edits- why was pat walking through the whole house in tip #2, I was so focused on him not knowing where he was going because he was talking, walking, and focusing on the camera. Keep it simple.
