2 scoops protein
1 cup oats
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 Tbsp coconut flakes
3 Tbsp chocolate chips
Sprinkle of cinnamon optional
Bake for 12mins @ 350 degrees
Makes ~14 cookies: ~73cals, 5g protein, 1g fat per cookie

How many grams is a scoop of protein? My scoop doesn't look as large as the one in the video.

I really appreciate what you said at the end “if you want the cookie eat the cookie” I’ve struggled with EDs all my life and balance is so key for me, recipes like this really help me add in some sweet treats to keep me satisfied so I don’t go back into old habits and binge. I also will have regular cookies, brownies etc, but recipes like this allow me to have some form of sweet treat daily. Love it 🙌🏻

love this recipe....using parchment paper works great so your cookies don't stick and you don't need to "spray" your pan

Is there a good substitution for the coconut? It doesn't seem like a lot, so maybe it could just be left out, but I'm concerned that would affect the overall consistency of the batter.
Parchment paper is a lifesaver. I have been adding grated zucchini and very finely chopped up spinach to my cookies and muffins. Sounds weird but doesn’t seem to affect the taste and an easy way to squeeze in some extra veggies. Thanks for the recipe!

So I’ve been making these for the last 2 months and perfected it by adding 2 spoons of peanut butter & chocolate protein granola…. Also tried the protein switch and used casein to see how they’d turn out, and both perfect 😍😍 I love ur recipe and keep coming back to this video like once every couple weeks haha thank you so much! Baking is now my new hobby.

Have you tried any substitute for banana? I'm wondering about applesauce or sweet potatoes... There's a banana intolerance but these look good!
The protein power we use has a serving size of 25g. So for the 2 scoops would I use 50 g or would I use 74 g of my powder to equal yours?
Could you make you recipes with grams please?

Sounds great - fyi, on the cookie sheet, use parchment paper and your cookies won't stick, plus your trays will last a lot longer.

I’m not trying to down anyone or any products. But I’m from STL, where Andy stated 1st phorm and S2.
I know ppl that worked there. While it is on the better side of tasting proteins, I wouldn’t classify it as “clean” or eating clean when using it. Not even considering about it’s actually made, it even contains sucralose which were are finding out isn’t all that healthy.

What size cookie scoop do you use?
I have 3 diff sizes from Amazon! I usually use the smallest or middle. I rarely every use the large. I would say it looks similar to a TBSP
