I love how you can see her improvement too. She's killing it in this video, but you can see that she struggles a tiny bit. Now she's an absolute beast. So stable and does every move like it's nothing. I love her workouts, she motivates me to work hard not only for better looks, but for getting stronger too. Consistency is the key, you can do it too!!
Guys while doing this, if you feel like dying, just remember that a few more seconds won't kill you. You may hurt, yes, that means it worked! I'm doing this once a day and take a rest every 3 days, also i drink a lot of water and combine everything with the general motor diet. I was kind of lazy in my first week, it was so hard and i paused twice in the video, but i made a promise that if i pause i will have to work for 5 more seconds in the next exercise. Guess what ? I lost 2 kilograms (from 57kgs to 55) just in one hard week. I will keep doing my routine to reach my goals (50kgs). And I'm writing this to motivate you guys! Nothing is impossible. Im lazy too and i want to do this workout but i really cant lose any weight because me doctor said soo . Im naturaly skinny because of my parents and because my height went quite a lot my weight dropt and now i am 1.71 and 50 kg and i lose weight very quikly but its hard to gain it back so if i do this workout is it good or bad??? Does anyone else has this problem or is it just me
Trigger warning: ED I used to follow this workout all the time in the thick of my eating disorder a few years ago, and I’m not going to lie, even hearing the music is kind of triggering to this day. I could never finish the workout all the way because my body was so weak from starving myself. Today I’m proud to say I revisited this video after fully recovering, and I was able to do the whole thing without stopping! I’m so glad I’ve been able to heal my attitude towards fitness- instead of viewing it as a chore or a punishment for “overeating”, now it’s a reward and a way for me to appreciate that I get to live in a healthy, strong body. It’s even become kind of fun- I get to revisit videos like this and marvel at how far I’ve come and how much stronger I am now that I fuel my body in a way that is healthy. To anyone who is currently going through what I was experiencing: it gets better. Food and fitness are your friends, not your enemies. Ok, I’m done now. You may now continue to enjoy this kick-ass workout. 💪
I swear I had to double check if this was a comment I wrote from a different account or something. I went through the exact same thing, this video was usually what I always did towards the end of my 5 hours something workout sessions and honestly, the music is enough to trigger me and remind me of my middle school self doing this at 2 last midnight because I didn't have enough time to workout after school (not enough time meant that I only worked out for 3 hours and I realize now that this is insane). Now that I have almost completely gotten over my terrible eating and fitness habits I can happily do this workout now without ever viewing it as a punishment again, although I re-discovered it in my old workout playlist and I am going through each one of them now, trying to do them for enjoyment only instead of doing them to feed my obsession. Just like you said, it gets better, it really does.
Hey guys! I’ve noticed a lot of you have said that you can’t finish the workout without a few breaks and that this workout is so hard. And i just wanted to tell to all of you that i’ve been doing this workout twice a week for around 2 months and it will get easier. I promise! and the results are amazing, i can see my abs for the first time in my life and i can do this workout without breaks🙂 you just need to push yourselves trough the workout and you’ll get stronger!! I believe in you, and now you just need to believe in yourself!
I understand you, I get that their talking is to motivate or explain but I prefer no talk or small talk videos, it really annoys me when I'm trying to follow a RUclips workout and my abs are burning but the girl keeps talking and talking while she does the exercises, it's much more relaxing this way, in my opinion
*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

Okay, a little update here :) I've done this workout 4 or 5 times this past week and can already see some results. My abs are showing a little more and my belly is flatter! When I'm not too tired I personally combine this workout with others from Vicky Justiz, she's good too.
I've been doing ab exercises regularly for approximately 4 years now and THIS is the hardest I have ever come across, BY FAR. It is even hard for me though my abs are already toned and strong. Or so I thought :D ^.^ but really challenging, so, thanks Pamela :)
I have been working out daily for six years, and this video has been in the rotation for just about the whole time, and today is the FIRST TIME I have ever been able to do that entire work out without taking any breaks, and I am definitely a fit person so that is saying a lot! I don't think anyone still watches this, but if u do, I have a Major tip!! If ur struggling with planks, do arms srretch3s and/or an arm workout before this!! I swear it works
you should always do a light warm-up and stretch before any class in no sport does an athlete begin an activity cold, or before you start working out in the gym you have to activate your body first,

I swear this is the best ab workout like this is my first day and I am sweating as hell like I never did in any of the ab workouts, I came to the point where planks were such a blessing, I felt so good after working out like my abs were screaming I am gonna try it out and update you all in 2 weeks(if someone's reading this comment on the 2nd week after I post this please like or reply it so I can remember to update).

So it kinda worked for me because my body can never lose alot if weight all together so it was a great workout and I wasn't updating because I am doing the work out regularly I wanted more results to share but it has already worked🙌🙌 definitely give it a try 👍

Harte Körper mit ausgeprägten Muskeln gelten generell als maskulin. Ob das so ist kann man sich drüber streiten, meine Meinung ist das jedenfalls nicht. Ich finde trotzdem dass solche Körper bei Frauen zieeemlich unattraktiv sind, ich kenne zwar paar Mädchen, aber keine Jungs, die anderer Meinung sind.
Resultssss!!! Not big ones but little ones. You have to be patient. My waist got smaller and I've noticed that after I eat, my stomach doesn't get fatter or buff up of anything. Keep working hard cuz it pays offfff
Everyone who’s trying this routine it works !! As well as the booty burn video this really does wonders. I was doing am ab routine that was around 25 min(everyday) and yeah it was hard but also I couldn’t fit it in my day this makes me sweat so hard literally beads of sweat running down my face in less then 10 minutes ! Doing this 4 times a week does more in 40 minutes then I was the entire week. Thanks girl
Ive been working out 4 days a week for more than a month. The results are great. My oblique really do show and damn, they are hard. Really recommend this one.
Guys, i highly recommend you do this workout (and another 5-10 min one if you aren’t that tired or if u did ab workouts before) and do 200 crunches a day ( i like to do them before bed but you can do them in the morning as well) and i swear to you you will get abs in like 2 weeks. When i started doing 200 crunches I swear to you i started seeing results so quickly. Try to do them without having any breaks in between but if you have to in the beginning, you can.
@@strawberryfox8819 NOOO!!!! do not give information out that you don't know about. it will NOT brun you're belly fat, but it will tone them. and you have to do STRENGHT TRAINING NOOOOOT cardio
The key to doing this right is to watch her closely, check how her neck is placed, how her legs move, the position of her hands all through each set. Doing it wrong places too much pressure over different points of your body and can get you tired pretty quickly. Don't forget to breathe, take deep breaths in and out, and most of all enjoy and have fun throughout the workout. Don't think like you are putting so much pressure on yourself or you're going to die, etc. Then this will be really easy and you will get her lovely figure for yourself.
I still remember how i tried this workout 4 years ago. I was almost DYING and hardly managed the first 4 minutes. But today i tried it again and it was almost "easy" compared with her new workouts🤔 So don't give up, it's worth it💪
Ash * yessss I have noticed a really cool change, I have been going at it for about two months but also doing other workouts. Abs do take some time to form depending on your body type so if you don't see results quickly enough don't worry :) it will happen
Anjana 1117 if your back isn't flat on the ground you aren't doing this right and it can cause back problems if you continue doing it that way I suggest you try a easier workout so you can get stronger and can keep your back on the ground
Anjana 1117 youblaugh but this could lead to long term serious issues with the lower back. Please make sure you’re always squeezing your core and your back is always in the floor. If it can’t - do other exercises that don’t put a strain on lower back. A slipped disc is no fun at 50 because of a weak lumber spine.. also it’s not helping your core at all if it’s hurting your back because all the tension due for your tummy is going into your back. I’m a PT and boxing coach and this is a huge issue for correction. Please protect your body. Especially in advance. Peace x
best. fucking. workout. hands down!! did his 4x for 3 weeks and seeing results. remember..everyone's metabolism is different meaning it varies when you will see results. what ive been doing for awhile is cut out chips + soda or any junk food in general, eat lean proteins + don't you fucking dare throw away them vegetables. i stick to low carbs also! ive just recently been incorporating this workout in, along with a few others. i have a playlist on my channel if you want to look at that called "daily" to make things simple. you are all beautiful and unique in many ways ladies and I'm rooting you on, anything is possible. have a great day!
If you've got a low fat percentage, then it should be a piece of cake. Otherwise, stop focusing on abs and focus on losing fat - which is by eating normal foods, sleeping and training your whole body.

I have being doing this for three days and have already seen results (I was slim before but had a little belly fat) but on the third day it was way harder bc my muscles are sore *will update in 2 weeks * I actually will lol
I defnitley see a diffrince if you wabt abbs resonably fast thrn use this everday with a healthy diet cut down on dairy and meat get protein from beans and vegies ect (bexause meat contains many addtives and hormonse etc) drink plenty of water and you will see diffrinces with time and dedication

Okay, a little update here :)
I've done this workout 4 or 5 times this past week and can already see some results. My abs are showing a little more and my belly is flatter!
When I'm not too tired I personally combine this workout with others from Vicky Justiz, she's good too.
I've been doing ab exercises regularly for approximately 4 years now and THIS is the hardest I have ever come across, BY FAR. It is even hard for me though my abs are already toned and strong. Or so I thought :D ^.^ but really challenging, so, thanks Pamela :)

I have been working out daily for six years, and this video has been in the rotation for just about the whole time, and today is the FIRST TIME I have ever been able to do that entire work out without taking any breaks, and I am definitely a fit person so that is saying a lot! I don't think anyone still watches this, but if u do, I have a Major tip!! If ur struggling with planks, do arms srretch3s and/or an arm workout before this!! I swear it works
you should always do a light warm-up and stretch before any class in no sport does an athlete begin an activity cold, or before you start working out in the gym you have to activate your body first,

I swear this is the best ab workout like this is my first day and I am sweating as hell like I never did in any of the ab workouts, I came to the point where planks were such a blessing, I felt so good after working out like my abs were screaming I am gonna try it out and update you all in 2 weeks(if someone's reading this comment on the 2nd week after I post this please like or reply it so I can remember to update).

@@missyoung888 ohk thankyou for reminding me so let's come straight to the point that I have lost one and a half inches from my waist and about one inch of my thighs. So it kinda worked for me because my body can never lose alot if weight all together so it was a great workout and I wasn't updating because I am doing the work out regularly I wanted more results to share but it has already worked🙌🙌 definitely give it a try 👍

Harte Körper mit ausgeprägten Muskeln gelten generell als maskulin. Ob das so ist kann man sich drüber streiten, meine Meinung ist das jedenfalls nicht. Ich finde trotzdem dass solche Körper bei Frauen zieeemlich unattraktiv sind, ich kenne zwar paar Mädchen, aber keine Jungs, die anderer Meinung sind.

Resultssss!!! Not big ones but little ones. You have to be patient. My waist got smaller and I've noticed that after I eat, my stomach doesn't get fatter or buff up of anything. Keep working hard cuz it pays offfff

Everyone who’s trying this routine it works !! As well as the booty burn video this really does wonders. I was doing am ab routine that was around 25 min(everyday) and yeah it was hard but also I couldn’t fit it in my day this makes me sweat so hard literally beads of sweat running down my face in less then 10 minutes ! Doing this 4 times a week does more in 40 minutes then I was the entire week. Thanks girl

Guys, i highly recommend you do this workout (and another 5-10 min one if you aren’t that tired or if u did ab workouts before) and do 200 crunches a day ( i like to do them before bed but you can do them in the morning as well) and i swear to you you will get abs in like 2 weeks. When i started doing 200 crunches I swear to you i started seeing results so quickly. Try to do them without having any breaks in between but if you have to in the beginning, you can.

The key to doing this right is to watch her closely, check how her neck is placed, how her legs move, the position of her hands all through each set. Doing it wrong places too much pressure over different points of your body and can get you tired pretty quickly. Don't forget to breathe, take deep breaths in and out, and most of all enjoy and have fun throughout the workout. Don't think like you are putting so much pressure on yourself or you're going to die, etc. Then this will be really easy and you will get her lovely figure for yourself.

I still remember how i tried this workout 4 years ago. I was almost DYING and hardly managed the first 4 minutes. But today i tried it again and it was almost "easy" compared with her new workouts🤔 So don't give up, it's worth it💪

Ash * yessss I have noticed a really cool change, I have been going at it for about two months but also doing other workouts. Abs do take some time to form depending on your body type so if you don't see results quickly enough don't worry :) it will happen

Anjana 1117 if your back isn't flat on the ground you aren't doing this right and it can cause back problems if you continue doing it that way I suggest you try a easier workout so you can get stronger and can keep your back on the ground

Anjana 1117 youblaugh but this could lead to long term serious issues with the lower back. Please make sure you’re always squeezing your core and your back is always in the floor. If it can’t - do other exercises that don’t put a strain on lower back. A slipped disc is no fun at 50 because of a weak lumber spine.. also it’s not helping your core at all if it’s hurting your back because all the tension due for your tummy is going into your back. I’m a PT and boxing coach and this is a huge issue for correction. Please protect your body. Especially in advance. Peace x

best. fucking. workout. hands down!! did his 4x for 3 weeks and seeing results. remember..everyone's metabolism is different meaning it varies when you will see results. what ive been doing for awhile is cut out chips + soda or any junk food in general, eat lean proteins + don't you fucking dare throw away them vegetables. i stick to low carbs also! ive just recently been incorporating this workout in, along with a few others. i have a playlist on my channel if you want to look at that called "daily" to make things simple. you are all beautiful and unique in many ways ladies and I'm rooting you on, anything is possible. have a great day!

If you've got a low fat percentage, then it should be a piece of cake. Otherwise, stop focusing on abs and focus on losing fat - which is by eating normal foods, sleeping and training your whole body.

I think this is one of the hardest ab Workouts you did love it
