@mikaela I'm assuming youre saying that tongue-in-cheek. But guys' and girls' abs and bodies are different, with different muscle groups and strengths. There's no humbling happening in this video lol. Different stamina levels, diet, body shape. I do love doing these exercises though. They are difficult to do straight through; I have to take breaks in between every 3-4 exercises.
Honestly, whenever I see other people struggling doing Pamela's ab workouts I feel a huge relief. I can tell how hard her workouts are and that are effective. And ofc fhat I'm not the only one dying whenever I'm doing these type of workouts 😂✌

I recently had an accidental Tylenol overdose after surgery and failed my liver and my pt said do core work to heal faster. After six months of Pam’s workouts I’m back to 100 percent functional !! THANK YOU !!!

Great video, you are making my days better with these educational and motivational workouts. I started to work again on my body before summer, now in much better shape than last year. Exercising does get really hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 170 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.
I played this through before I tried it, and I was like "this doesn't look too bad. I can do this!" Yeah well boy was I wrong!! Loved the end song most haha

Finally able to squeeze your workouts in for this week! Day 1, doing the 2nd workout (this one) and I already feel a huge relief! Have been unhappy with the actual sport I’m doing in my free time for a while now, so I was really looking forward to workout with you again! It’s awesome. All the stress from work today left my soul within a few minutes of exercising. I was used to train with you for one and a half year which made a huge impact in my life, then my usual training started again and I wasn’t satisfied anymore :(. It’s so sad to lose interest in a sport that you once loved so passionately, but your workouts never fail to make me feel better. And I just want to be strong again. I haven’t regularly worked out with you for weeks now and I could really feel it. Before I started working, I had time to workout 5 times a week which was absolutely amazing. I loved being fit, I loved being so strong. And I want to feel like this again. I fell in love with working out and with your videos! So I’m thinking about quitting the other sport to have time for you again. It’s a very huge decision I have to make until summer (the next football season is near) and I’m sure it won’t be easy to choose. Maybe I’ll make the wrong choice, who knows.🤷🏽♀️ But that’s okay, because I’ll still be able to choose the other path, if I realize the other one might not be right. I just wanted to share this, because I haven’t really told anyone about this yet. But I just miss working out, I miss feeling so strong and relieved and good after your workouts. Pamela sis . Ive been doing this workout everyday going on 2 weeks . I still cry at times . This has been a love hate relationship . My abs tho , damn they feel amazing . This is a challenging ass 10min workout and I love it thank you !
The more I do this workout the more I am convinced that Willi did something to piss Pamela off because I swear this is the hardest ab workout she has ever done on her channel. She was really trying to make him (and us) suffer through the burn.
I actually did it without lowering my feet to the floor or any breaks. It was pretty hard but the Killer Sixpack Workout is even harder. Now I'm patiently waiting for my prize, Pamela.... :D

Something that I learned pretty early in Pam's workouts - if plank feels like a break, 1) the workout is killing 2) R.I.P to every muscle on my body😂
Also when the workout is so so hard that even the plank - is hard (the end of HIIT workouts)

Finally able to squeeze your workouts in for this week! Day 1, doing the 2nd workout (this one) and I already feel a huge relief! Have been unhappy with the actual sport I’m doing in my free time for a while now, so I was really looking forward to workout with you again! It’s awesome. All the stress from work today left my soul within a few minutes of exercising. I was used to train with you for one and a half year which made a huge impact in my life, then my usual training started again and I wasn’t satisfied anymore :(. It’s so sad to lose interest in a sport that you once loved so passionately, but your workouts never fail to make me feel better. And I just want to be strong again. I haven’t regularly worked out with you for weeks now and I could really feel it. Before I started working, I had time to workout 5 times a week which was absolutely amazing. I loved being fit, I loved being so strong. And I want to feel like this again. I fell in love with working out and with your videos! So I’m thinking about quitting the other sport to have time for you again. It’s a very huge decision I have to make until summer (the next football season is near) and I’m sure it won’t be easy to choose. Maybe I’ll make the wrong choice, who knows.🤷🏽♀️ But that’s okay, because I’ll still be able to choose the other path, if I realize the other one might not be right. I just wanted to share this, because I haven’t really told anyone about this yet. But I just miss working out, I miss feeling so strong and relieved and good after your workouts. And football made me pretty unhappy at some points this season. So maybe it’s time to quit. We’ll see, Pam! Thank you for everything. ❤️

The more I do this workout the more I am convinced that Willi did something to piss Pamela off because I swear this is the hardest ab workout she has ever done on her channel. She was really trying to make him (and us) suffer through the burn.
I actually did it without lowering my feet to the floor or any breaks. It was pretty hard but the Killer Sixpack Workout is even harder. Now I'm patiently waiting for my prize, Pamela.... :D
