    I like how you get to the point without a lot of unnecessary showmanship! You add the dark soy separately at the end of frying the noodles, which was new to me.

    Saw this recipe today and made it for dinner!! I didn’t have Golden mountain sauce on hand. We usually use Maggi sauce but we were out, so instead I used “premium” soy sauce. For veggies I used broccoli and green peppers. For protein, I used sliced beef (I had chuck on hand). I cooked the ingredients a little out of order because I wanted the veggies to be a little soft with a lot of crunch. Garlic, eggs, protein, veggies with HALF mixture poured on, let that sit for a few minutes while stirring, noodles, rest of mixture and the rest in order. SO GOOD!!!

    Thank you for the recipe! I made this for dinner and it was so good! I used sliced beef and regular broccoli. Only thing I will personally do different next time is cook the egg separate from the protein. Since I used sliced beef, the eggs were getting overcooked while waiting for the meat to cook. Otherwise, a very easy recipe to follow. Thanks!

      You can also cook the beef til almost done, push it to the side, then add the eggs. When they are almost done, bring the beef back into the middle of the pan.

    Tan can you make a pad kra pao? I used to get it at an oriental food court in Boston's China Town. Since then, I've never found a place that knew how to make it properly. The one I had used ground chicken and the sauce was sweet and very spicy. Would love to learn how to make it properly at home.

    We do not understand what golden mountain sauce is.
    Why don,t you call it light or dark soya sauce.
    You can call the broccoli kailan.

    • @cyang7850
      @cyang7850 5 месяцев назад +1

      It’s a seasoned soy sauce & the brand is called Golden Mountain sauce. Find it at the Asian grocery store. Regarding Gailan, some foreigners would not know what Gailan is. Chinese Broccoli is commonly used name for this vegetable . However, regular broccoli from your local grocery store works just as well(most Thai restaurants use this--cheaper & more readily available).
