Haley Joel Osment the little boy was nominated for an Oscar for his role in this movie. “Pay It Forward”(2000) and “A.I.”(2001) are a couple of his other movies I think u will love. ABOUT THE SWEATSHIRT: He was able to add to the clothes he had on when he died, but the clothes he died in were always on. COLOR RED: anytime death/ghosts are near, the color red is on screen. Like the balloon, or the moms funeral outfit, or the door knob to the basement. This movie is so different on a rewatch. This was the first movie I ever saw with Toni Collette. She was a hero in this. I can recall Siskel & Ebert's review and they couldn't stop praising her and Osmont.
@@SurvivorBri You should see Toni in "Mental"; a real departure in characters for her, but she's BRILLIANT in it! Also, she's so funny in "Connie and Carla"; it's essentially a role reversal set in modern times of "Some Like it Hot".

I'm sure others have said this by now but as a ghost he was living in his memories seeing what he wanted to see and in some ways reenacting what he did in life and what he wore.
She didn’t record to catch the mom. She set up the tape to film her puppets, and just didn’t turn it off. The (blank) just happened to do the poisoning in front of the camera, not knowing it was still on or even there.

Everything he wears throughout the movie is what he was wearing the night he was shot. Remember she brought him the sweater when she felt cold. This is how you make ghosts scary. You make them feel like real people, and the ways they behave call upon scary things that people with no supernatural-ness are capable of. A recent film called “Talk To Me” did this well too.

All these decades and this is the FIRST time I've noticed when Cole asks Malcolm not to go home, and then reaches for the mirror finish bedroom door handle @33:59 in this video Cole is the ONLY person standing there. That was a brilliant little touch.
I swear, seeing this re-upload made me feel like I'm taking crazy pills. It's like that, "Have you seen so-and-so around?" And they respond with, "...But they've been dead for twenty years...!"
I know all I need to know about how you treat your dogs by the way they look at and check on their daddy. God bless you and thanks for the entertainment.
When I was a kid in the theater, I was holding a giant (for my little hands) cup of soda. When that kid turned around and the back of his head was blown off and the music shrieked, I jumped so bad that all you could hear in the theater was a bunch of ice cubes flying all over the cup! 😂😂😂
Such a masterpiece. The two big promotional items for this movie was the “I see dead people line” and the twist that nobody saw coming. I think that was the biggest selling point for the movie. Everyone was talking about that one.
Donnie Wahlberg (yes, from New Kids on the Block) is the most underrated actor in this whole movie. He’s only on screen for 5 minutes in the bathroom, but he is terrifying and captivating. I love that no one spoils it for those that haven’t seen it. I still remember seeing it in the theater. The gasp of realization rolled through the crowd all at once. Awesome experience.
I've always loved this movie. I also loved the way your fur baby kept checking on you to make sure you were okay, and how re-assuring you were that you were okay. Great reaction to the movie. 💜🤗
Hi M.D, to answer your query as per how could Bruce Willis could have worn the hoodie, remember what the boy told him, that the dead only saw what they wanted to see, so Bruce Willis saw himself wear this hoodie, when in actuality, he wore the same suit throughout
I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH, SIR, HOW MUCH JOY YOU BRING ME WITH YOUR REACTIONS. YOURS ARE LITERALLY THE BEST. I HOPE YOU GET TO 100K SUBSCRIBERS ONE DAY!
I almost died laughing when you said "is that why he had that same tie on the whole movie" Best reaction by far that I have watched for this movie. Especially since it also had the "awwwwww" effect everytime your dog came to check on you. And you making a Ghost reference made it perfection 😂
I’m still not sure how I completely missed this movie growing up but saw “Stir of Echoes”(1999), “What Lies Beneath”(2000), and “Gothika”(2003) instead.
The Happening,The Village, The Visit,Old,Unbreakable,Split , Glass and A Knock At The Cabin are also some great Shyamalan films to enjoy and check out!
Bruce wears the clothes he wore the day he died, even if he wasn't wearing it when he died. Hence the coat and sweater. Toni Collette is Australian and nailed a Philly accent. You need to rewatch and see Haley Joel Osment's acting from seeing a dead doctor in the church, which is why he stole the icon. It's why he said Bruce was nice but couldn't help him at his house, and why Cole's mom never talks to him, nor his wife at the anniversary dinner. He doesn't move furniture to sit. An incredible film.
An amazing movie to see you react to would be Bicentennial Man. A true treasure of a film starring Robin Williams. Much love to the team and the beautiful puppers. ❤❤❤
the movie A.I. is one of the saddest movies and Haley Joel Osmand kills it in that one too.. Not sure why he isn't a bigger star because he is amazing.. warning about A.I.. I've never seen so many men with allergies leave a theater at the same time as fast as they could... I didn't have allergies, I straight up cried..
This was a movie chocked full of amazing performances. I was one of the people who figured out Bruce was dead early in the movie. It was the dinner scene at the restaurant. She wasn't making eye contact or talking, so I was like, she doesn't see him...he's dead!! 😂 As a kid, the thought of her giving him the silent treatment because he was late did not cross my mind.
LOL! Great reaction! I was so sure you would realize the twist when Cole advised.Malcolm to try talking to his wife when she was asleep. Cole,I think, knew that Malcolm was dead and knew that he didn’t know it. That’s why Cole was telling him he was the only one who could help him. Maybe not, but I think the kid knew from the start he was dead and that was the reason for the hurrying into the church at the beginning. He wasn’t as frightened of Malcolm as much as he was of the other ghosts because he looked more normal, wasn’t as scary to him. Malcolm didn’t just appear there and scare him like the others do.
I dont know if you noticed the dude that killed Bruce Willis is Mark Wahlbergs brother Donnie Wahlberg. Little Forest Gump Jr. seeing dead people. Ive seen parodies of that "i see dead people." line. Now the whole "i wanna show you where my dad keeps his gun." scene they use to do alot of commercials regarding that especially in the 90's.
The flare scared you, that was the funniest part, great reaction, I was laughing my head off seeing you when you first realized he was dead 🤣 when she dropped the ring
36:09 That part confused me for years lol. She wasn't trying to record her mom poisoning her because she didn't know. She was recording a puppet show for her dad and her mom interrupted. She wasn't supposed to be out of bed so she rushed back to the bed and forgot to turn the video camera off. She caught her on tape by accident. Now how her ghost found out about the video, I have no idea. Thanks for your reaction! Your dogs are adorable! 45:51 I truly enjoyed Unbreakable. It was super different in a good way. I haven't seen another movie like it. It also has 2 sequels! I only saw the first sequel, which wasn't bad.
One of the best kept endings. On multiple rewatches, it was sooo obvious what the twist was, but nobody ever picked up on it. The kid told us!! Great react video!

The car scene...its like as soon as it hits the mother, it hits us all too.
This is one of the greatest examples of a plot twist movie.
My family will forever resent the janitor in Scrubs for spoiling this ending for me before I finally saw it. 🤣
I loved how concerned your cute doggie was for you. He has such sweet eyes :)
Same!
LOL, ME TOO!! 🤪
Misha Barton as well!😮
@franettesparks9949 oh really!? I did not know that.
Absolutely 💯
He lost so much weight for the role and played a younger person he had a lot of input on how he should do this performance
Mr Night is the best! I don't understand how people really don't like his movies.
I'm so sorry to say this again but YOUR ADORABLE DOG WAS SO CONCERNED 😂❤😭😭😭
The sweet way he looked at you... my heart is bursting.
The kid, Haley Joel Osment, is in Second Hand Lions, you would love that movie!!
I almost died laughing when you said "is that why he had that same tie on the whole movie"
Best reaction by far that I have watched for this movie.
What Lies Beneath was very good
May I recommend
Charlie St. Cloud
Lovely Bones
The Others with Nicole Kidman
Passengers with Anne Hathaway
Stir of Echoes is terrifying. Not sure I could watch it again.
I love stir of echoes and gothika
Great movies!!!
When the dog is scared and looking wild u know it’s a good one
Your ealization that he's dead, priceless 🫶🏾😅
No issues watching again. There are several of your reactions I watch multiple times to brighten my day 😂❤
i dont think ive seen anyone ask why hes only got one tie before. interesting way to try to see whats coming
Haley Joel Osment was in a movie called “Secondhand Lions”
The Happening,The Village, The Visit,Old,Unbreakable,Split , Glass and A Knock At The Cabin are also some great Shyamalan films to enjoy and check out!
Good observation with the tie!! He was able to wear the hoodie because he wore it earlier that night. Great reaction!!
The color red...used beautifully in this movie.
“I ain’t used to Bruce Willis having hair like that!” 😂 💀💀💀
The hoodie, the tie, etc- apparently the rule the film went with was, only clothes _that Malcolm interacted with, and wore, on that last evening._
Haley Joel Osment plays the little boy in this film. He plays in films Pay It Forward, A. I. Artificial Intelligence, And Tusk.
You're my favorite reactor. You keep it real!
An amazing movie to see you react to would be Bicentennial Man. A true treasure of a film starring Robin Williams. Much love to the team and the beautiful puppers. ❤❤❤
A lot of people hate on that movie but it is one of my favorites.
Your dog concerned is the sweetest thing 💖
fingers crossed 🤞🤞
"That was Bruce Wills in the car accident aint it.. we gonna see him tomorrow as a ghost!?" Well you got one part right xD
I’m here to watch this again to support my fellow Lexingtonians. That & I just love these reactions so much I watch them over & over.
Hi from Philadelphia!
the movie A.I. is one of the saddest movies and Haley Joel Osmand kills it in that one too.. Not sure why he isn't a bigger star because he is amazing..
warning about A.I.. I've never seen so many men with allergies leave a theater at the same time as fast as they could... I didn't have allergies, I straight up cried..
one of those movies that is a 10 out of 10 around the board. Hailey Joel Osment killed it.
I love that your pup was so concerned about you.
When you watch the first time, you are mainly watching Dr Crow's movie.
But once you've seen the ending, it's worthwhile to watch again as COLE'S movie. Rewatching from Cole's perspective is really fascinating.
50:29 Bruh I thought you were applauding us 😂😂- I’m weakk
Re-watching so my hommie murder whistle gets paid, get them babies some treats 👍❤🇬🇧
