Those are the fundamentals or based on sounds fact. What if someone who wants to remain anonymous needs to give T**** what he needs, how does he do it ? It's a good game to figure out, it doesn't hurt anybody. It's not a conspiracy because it's based on facts. Only plausible never impossible.
The point is that he will still walk away with at least a billion dollars - and shareholders (suckers) will be left holding an empty bag yet again.
One should note that the stock is illiquid. There are not enough buyers for a large shareholder to dump their shares. The current freefall is just the early suckers losing their nerve and hitting the sell button to get their 800 dollars back. If a major seller tried to move a lot of share it would go to near zero and stop trading.
It would go to 0 and get delisted. Trump wont get his money.

It backfired yesterday. That 18% drop in the share price yesterday is much greater than the extra shares he intends to issue. I hope this strategy continues until he owns 100% of a worthless company.
The problem is that when they issue those 21 million shares, the existing shares will plummet in value. Truth Social will be hurting their own shareholders.

If nothing else, the plaintiffs in the law suits against him about Trump's plan to dilute the value of THEIR shares and warrants will force Trump into involuntary bankruptcy. No company that made minus $54 million in 2023 is going to actually make money in 2024. Trump Media is toast. When Trump tries to dump his shares, the stock value will tank so rapidly trading would probably be halted. I almost feel sorry for the MAGA investors who think Trump is some sort of "god" but when they lose their lives' savings, maybe some of them will finally wake up and realize that we "evil Dems" were right about Trump all along.

It matters that she not exaggerate what he's likely to pocket from this scam, though. Won't be anywhere near a billion. You can print all the new stock you want, but the price is already tanking, he can't sell it for months, and when the market sees millions of new shares available, it will be patently obvious that Trump himself has no faith in its future. We're talking penny stock territory within weeks. He'll be lucky to get a tenth of what she suggests.
But any asset will be confiscated to pay his debt to NY. Plus he will have to pay taxes on that money.

There are also $200 mil on the account that came in through IPO.
Even if he goes away with “just” few hundreds of millions. That is still a lot of cash made out of nothing.

I asked some people who knows these things, and yes, it's completely legal for a company going public to just make up a stock prize value when going public, and claiming that the company is worth 6 billion, when it in fact it isn't even worth 6 million.
Sure, you can sell you car for a million dollars if you can get a sucker to buy it.
Thankfully, it would be hard for him to get $1 billion from selling his shares, because if he sells any meaningful percentage of them, the price will plummet both from a bunch of shares coming onto the market, but also other stockholders might want to dump their shares seeing Trump dump his shares. Then again, it's Trump and who knows if what makes sense normally would actually apply here.
His shares are supposed to be locked in for six months, but, like everything else, he'll probably find a way around it. It's making me start to wonder about the SEC now - how could they not see it as a pump and dump scheme?
